Abstract

技术领域
本公开各实施例涉及具有柔性电子电路板的多摄像头内窥镜。
背景技术
内窥镜已在医学界取得了普遍公认,因为它们提供了在对病人创伤最小的情况下用于进行手术的手段,同时使医生查看病人的内部解剖。多年来,许多内窥镜已被研发出来,并根据具体应用分类,诸如膀胱镜、结肠镜、腹腔镜、上消化道内镜等。内窥镜可以插入到人体的自然开口中,或穿过皮肤上的切口。
内窥镜通常是细长的管状轴,刚性或柔性,在其远端处具有摄像机或光纤透镜组件。该轴连接到手柄,手柄有时包括用于直接观看的目镜。经由外部屏幕观察通常也是可行的。各种手术工具可以插入穿过内窥镜中的工作通道,用于进行不同的外科手术。
现在使用的内窥镜,诸如结肠镜,典型地具有用于观察如结肠的内部器官的前置摄像头、照明器、用于清理摄像头透镜的流体注射器,其有时也清理照明器和用于插入手术工具的工作通道,例如,用于移除结肠内找到的息肉。内窥镜经常也具有流体注射器(“jet”,“喷射器”)用于清理体腔,如它们插入进去的结肠。通常使用的照明器是将远程产生的光传输到内窥镜端部部分的光纤。使用发光二极管(LED)来照明也是公知的。

由此,在内窥镜的领域内,诸如结肠镜,需要允许更广阔的视野,也需要使所有必需元件在端部部分中高效包装,同时保持它们的功能。

当尝试将所有必要的部件包装进内窥镜较小的内部体积内时,本领域一直存在显著的问题。根据本文所公开的本发明的一些实施例,当三个摄像头和各自的照明光源(如LED)需要包装进内窥镜端部中时,这个问题极大地增加。由此,根据本发明的一些实施例,提供了柔性电子电路,用于在内窥镜端部的有限内部体积内至少承载和包装前置摄像头和一个或多个(例如两个)侧视摄像头以及它们各自的照明光源。

根据一些实施例,柔性电路板和控制单元通过多导线电缆连接;这个电缆焊接在电路板释放端部组件内更多空间和增加电缆接入灵活性的指定位置上。将多导线电缆直接组装到电气元件上是一个重大的挑战,使用根据本发明实施例的柔性板缓解了此挑战。

这里以折叠构造展示的柔性电子电路板400被构造为承载:前视摄像头116;定位为基本上照亮前视摄像头116的视场(FOV)的LED240a、240b和240c;侧视摄像头220b;定位为基本上照亮侧视摄像头220b的视场(FOV)的LED250a和250b;侧视摄像头220a和定位为基本上照亮侧视摄像头220a的视场(FOV)的LED250a’和250b’。
图3和4中可以看到,其分别示出了扁平和折叠的柔性电子电路板的等距视图,根据本发明的实施例,柔性电子电路板400包括三个部分:前端部分402、主体部分404和后端部分406。
柔性电子电路板400的前端部分402包括第一前置LED表面408、第二前置LED表面410和底部前置LED表面412。第一前置LED表面408、第二前置LED表面410和底部前置LED表面412是由整块PCB层形成的平坦表面。第一前置LED表面408适合于承载前置LED240a,第二前置LED表面410适合于承载前置LED240b,而底部前置LED表面412适合于承载前置LED240c。第一前置LED表面408、第二前置LED表面410和底部前置LED表面412在它们之间形成弧形形状,此弧形形状构造为支持前视摄像头116。
柔性电子电路板400的前端部分402通过底部部分412连接到主体部分404。柔性电子电路板400的主体部分404包括中心部分418、第一可折叠侧板414和第二可折叠侧板416。当柔性电子电路板400处于折叠构造时,第一可折叠侧板414和第二可折叠侧板416构造为向上折叠(朝向内窥镜端部的长轴),例如,如本文所示,与主体部分404的中心部分418形成约45度角。第一可折叠侧板414还包括从那里延伸的臂状部分420,其具有适合于承载前视摄像头116的前置传感器表面422(也可以被称为摄像头表面)。当柔性电子电路板400处于折叠位置时,臂状部分420折叠以基本上和主体部分404的中心部分418垂直,并且前置传感器表面422折叠以基本上和中心部分418以及臂状部分420垂直,使得它基本向前面对第一前置LED表面408、第二前置LED表面410和底部前置LED表面412的同一方向。这个构造使前视摄像头116和LED240a-c能够面对同一方向。
如上文所描述的,主体部分404连接到前端部分402的底部部分412。在主体部分404的另一端,它连接到后端部分406。
后端部分406包括后端中心部分424。后端中心部分424连接到第一后端臂状部分426,其从后端中心部分424的一侧延伸,还连接到第二后端臂状部分428,其从后端中心部分424的另一侧延伸。
第一后端臂状部分426包括第一侧置传感器表面430(适合于承载侧视摄像头220a)。第二后端臂状部分428包括第二侧置传感器表面432(适合于承载侧视摄像头220b)。
第一后端臂状部分426还包括第一侧置LED表面434和第二侧置LED表面436,其分别适合于承载侧置LED250a’和250b’。第二后端臂状部分428还包括第三侧置LED表面438和第四侧置LED表面440,其分别适合于承载侧置LED250a和250b。
根据一些实施例,前置传感器表面422(其适合于承载前视摄像头116)、第一侧置传感器表面430和第二侧置传感器表面432(其适合于承载侧视摄像头220a和220b)比前置和侧置LED表面更厚。例如,传感器表面的厚度构造为用于定位(摄像头的)传感器,使得传感器的焊接引脚包住表面并焊接在传感器相对侧的特定的焊盘上。
该传感器表面可以是刚性的并用作摄像头组件的基础。传感器表面的高度具有显著的重要性,其允许传感器导线以它们将直接到达传感器刚性表面相对侧的焊盘上的方式弯曲。刚性基础还作为电气接地,过滤从传感器和到传感器的电磁噪声,从而提高信号完整性。
当柔性电子电路板400处于折叠构造时,后端中心部分424向上折叠,和主体部分404的中心部分418垂直。第一侧置传感器表面430和第二侧置传感器表面432定位为和中心部分418垂直也和后端中心部分424垂直。另外,第一侧置传感器表面430和第二侧置传感器表面432定位为基本上互相平行并且“背靠背”,使得当它们承载侧视摄像头220a和侧视摄像头220b时,这些摄像头观看相对的两侧。第一侧置LED表面434和第二侧置LED表面436定位为和第一侧置传感器表面430垂直,并且适合于在它们的内侧分别承载侧置LED250a’和250b’,使得LED250a’和250b’定位为靠近侧视摄像头220a。第三侧置LED表面438和第四侧置LED表面440定位为和第二侧置传感器表面432垂直,并且适合于在它们的内侧分别承载侧置LED250a和250b,使得LED250a和250b定位为靠近侧视摄像头220b。
根据本发明的一些实施例,柔性电子电路板400的前端部分402、主体部分404和后端部分406都是整体由整块电路板层形成。
现在参考图5和图6,其示意性示出了根据本发明示例性实施例的折叠式柔性电子电路板的等距视图(图5示出了分解图),该电子电路板承载了摄像头和照明光源及柔性电子电路板保持器。
同图2相似,柔性电子电路板400在图5里以它的折叠构造展示,其构造为承载:前视摄像头116;定位为基本上照亮前视摄像头116的视场(FOV)的LED240a、240b和240c;侧视摄像头220b;定位为基本上照亮侧视摄像头220b的视场(FOV)的LED250a和250b;侧视摄像头220a和定位为基本上照亮侧视摄像头220a的视场(FOV)的LED250a’和250b’。
柔性电子电路板保持器500适合于保持柔性电子电路板400在它所需的折叠状态,并且确保前视和侧视摄像头和它们对应的照明器就位。如图5所示,柔性电子电路板保持器500是整块的刚性材料,如黄铜、不锈钢、铝或任何其它材料。
根据一些实施例,使用金属建造柔性电子电路板保持器对导电性和热传导的目的是很重要的。根据本发明的实施例,柔性电子电路板保持器(如柔性电子电路板保持器500)可以被用作一些或全部的位于端部部分的电气部件的散热器,特别是照明器(如侧置或前置LED)的散热器,并且降低内窥镜端部的整体温度。这可以解决或至少减轻内窥镜端部和/或它的任何部件的温度升高的重大问题,特别是当使用LED照明器时。
柔性电子电路板保持器500包括后部部分502,其适合于支持第二侧置LED表面436和第四侧置LED表面440。
柔性电子电路板保持器500还包括前端部分504a和504b,分别支持第一前置LED表面408和第二前置LED表面410的后侧(与LED附着的一侧相对)。
柔性电子电路板保持器500还包括两个在柔性电子电路板保持器500相对的两侧的侧面部分506a(未示出)和506b。侧面部分506a和506b的每一个都包括两个用于侧置LED(250a、250b、250a’、250b’)的小开口,和一个用于侧视摄像头220b和220a(未示出)的开口。柔性电子电路板保持器500的侧面部分506a和506b分别抵接柔性电子电路板400的第一和第二可折叠侧板416和414。
柔性电子电路板保持器500还包括包含顶部部分508a和508b的顶部(柔性电子电路板保持器的顶部也可以包含一个顶部部分),其覆盖柔性电子电路板400的顶部并且构造为支持流体通道部件600(图7)。
现在参考图7,其示意性地描述了根据本发明示例性实施例的折叠式柔性电子电路板的等距视图,该电子电路板承载了摄像头和照明光源、柔性电子电路板保持器和流体通道部件。图6示意性地描述了折叠式柔性电子电路板的等距视图,该电子电路板承载了摄像头和照明光源及柔性电子电路板保持器。图7在图6的构造上增加了流体通道部件600,其包括冲洗和吹入(I/I)通道、喷射通道和工作通道。流体通道部件600是与柔性电子电路板400分离的部件。这个构造适合于从位于柔性电子电路板400区域中的敏感电子和光学部分分离位于流体通道部件600中的流体通道和工作通道。
根据一些实施例,流体通道部件600(或者根据一些实施例,整体流体通道部件)通常可以包括两个部分:近端流体通道部件部分690’和远端流体通道部件部分690’’。近端流体通道部件部分690’可以具有基本上是柱体的形状。远端流体通道部件部分690’’可以部分地延续近端流体通道部件部分690’的柱体形状,并可以具有只有柱体一部分(沿着柱体的高度轴)的部分柱体的形状(可选地,细长的部分柱体),其中柱体的另一部分(沿着柱体的高度轴)消失了。远端流体通道部件部分690’’可以和近端流体通道部件部分690’一体地形成为整体的块。远端流体通道部件部分690’’的高度可以高于近端流体通道部件部分690’的高度。在远端流体通道部件部分690’’的情况下,部分柱体的形状(例如,只沿着高度轴一侧具有一部分柱体形状的部分柱体)可以提供容纳柔性电子电路板400和柔性电子电路板保持器500的空间。
远端流体通道部件部分690’’的前端面620包括工作通道(位于流体通道部件690内部,未示出)的远端开口640。远端流体通道部件部分690’’的前端面620还包括喷射流体通道的远端开口644,其可以提供用于清洁体腔(如结肠)壁的如水或生理盐水的高压流体喷流,并且可选地用于抽吸。远端流体通道部件部分690’’的前端面620还包括冲洗和吹入(I/I)开口664,其可以用于注射流体(液体和/或气体)以从前视摄像头116的前置光学组件236上冲洗污染物,如血液、粪便和其它垃圾。
流体通道部件600的近端流体通道部件部分690’包括分别瞄准侧置光学组件256a和256b的I/I开口666a(未示出)和666b,并且用于注入流体(术语“流体”也可以包括气体和/或液体)以从侧视摄像头220a和220b的侧置光学组件256a和256b上冲洗污染物,例如血液、粪便和其他垃圾。根据一些实施例,注射器可以提供液体以清洁任何端部元件(如任何光学组件、窗口、LED和其它元件)。
现在参考图8,其示意性地示出了根据本发明示例性实施例的折叠式柔性电子电路板的等距视图,该电子电路板承载了摄像头和照明光源、柔性电子电路板保持器、流体通道部件和端部罩(在分解视图中),这些一起组成了内窥镜的端部部分。
流体通道部件600、柔性电子电路板400和柔性电子电路板保持器500在图6和7中描述。端部罩700被设计为装配在端部部分230内部部分上,并且提供对内部部分的内部部件的保护。
端部罩700包括:构造为与前视摄像头116的前置光学组件236对准的孔736;LED240a、240b和240c的光学窗口242a、242b和242c(例如,参见图2和图5-8);工作通道(未示出)的远端开口340;喷射流体通道的远端开口344;具有喷嘴348的I/I注射器346(与流体通道部件600的开口664对准);构造为与侧视摄像头220a和220b的侧置光学组件256a和256b对准的孔756a(未示出)和756a;用于摄像头220a的LED250a和250b的光学窗口252a和252b;和用于摄像头220b的LED250a’和250b’的光学窗口252a’和252b’;适合于与I/I开口666a(未示出)和666b对准的侧孔266a(未示出)和266b。

Claims (32)
1.一种用于多摄像头内窥镜的端部部分的柔性电子电路板,所述电路板包括:
前置摄像头表面,其构造为承载前视摄像头;
第一侧置摄像头表面,其构造为承载第一侧视摄像头;
第二侧置摄像头表面,其构造为承载第二侧视摄像头;
一个或多个前置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮前视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个前置照明器;
一个或多个侧置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮第一侧视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个侧置照明器;和
一个或多个侧置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮第二侧视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个侧置照明器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述一个或多个前置照明器表面包括三个前置照明器表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述前置摄像头表面和所述一个或多个前置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与所述柔性电子电路板的中心部分垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上互相平行,使得所述第一侧视摄像头和所述第二侧视摄像头被定向到相对的侧面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上与所述柔性电子电路板的中心部分垂直。
6.根据权利要求4所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上与所述前置摄像头表面垂直。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述一个或多个侧置照明器表面包括两个侧置照明器表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为承载基本上照亮第一侧视摄像头的FOV的两个侧置照明器,并且其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述两个侧置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与位于两个侧置照明器表面之间的所述第一侧置摄像头表面垂直。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为在其面对第一侧视摄像头的两侧承载两个侧置照明器。
10.根据权利要求7所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为承载基本上照亮第二侧视摄像头的FOV的两个侧置照明器,并且其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述两个侧置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与位于两个侧置照明器表面之间的所述第二侧置摄像头表面垂直。
11.根据权利要求10所述的柔性电子电路板,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为在其面对第二侧视摄像头的两侧承载两个侧置照明器。
12.一种多摄像头内窥镜的端部部分,所述端部部分包括:
用于多摄像头内窥镜的端部部分的折叠式柔性电子电路板,所述电路板包括:
前置摄像头表面,其构造为承载前视摄像头;
第一侧置摄像头表面,其构造为承载第一侧视摄像头;
第二侧置摄像头表面,其构造为承载第二侧视摄像头;
一个或多个前置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮前视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个前置照明器;
一个或多个侧置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮第一侧视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个侧置照明器;和
一个或多个侧置照明器表面,其构造为承载基本上照亮第二侧视摄像头的FOV的一个或多个侧置照明器;以及
柔性电子电路板保持器,其构造为将所述柔性电子电路板保持在折叠位置中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,还包括适于引导流体以吹入和/或冲洗的流体通道部件。
14.根据权利要求13所述的端部部分,其中,所述流体通道部件是整体式部件,所述整体式部件包括通往在所述整体式流体通道部件的远端尾部处的前端开口的前置流体通道,用于清洁所述端部部分的一个或多个前置光学元件;还包括通往在所述整体式流体通道部件内的左侧开口和右侧开口的侧置流体通道,用于清洁所述端部部分的侧置光学元件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的端部部分,其中,所述整体式流体通道部件还包括适合于插入医学工具的工作通道。
16.根据权利要求14所述的端部部分,其中,所述整体式流体通道部件还包括喷射流体通道,所述喷射流体通道适于清洁所述内窥镜插入其中的体腔。
17.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,其中,所述一个或多个前置照明器表面包括三个前置照明器表面。
18.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,其中,所述前置摄像头表面和所述一个或多个前置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与所述柔性电子电路板的中心部分垂直。
19.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,其中,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上互相平行,使得所述第一侧视摄像头和所述第二侧视摄像头被定向到相对的侧面。
20.根据权利要求19所述的端部部分,其中,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上与所述柔性电子电路板的中心部分垂直。
21.根据权利要求19所述的端部部分,其中,所述第一侧置摄像头表面和所述第二侧置摄像头表面基本上与所述前置摄像头表面垂直。
22.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,其中,所述一个或多个侧置照明器表面包括两个侧置照明器表面。
23.根据权利要求22所述的端部部分,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为承载基本上照亮第一侧视摄像头的FOV的两个侧置照明器,并且其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述两个侧置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与位于两个侧置照明器表面之间的所述第一侧置摄像头表面垂直。
24.根据权利要求23所述的端部部分,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为在其面对第一侧视摄像头的两侧承载两个侧置照明器。
25.根据权利要求22所述的端部部分,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为承载基本上照亮第二侧视摄像头的FOV的两个侧置照明器,并且其中,当所述柔性电子电路板处于折叠构造时,所述两个侧置照明器表面基本上互相平行,并且基本上与位于两个侧置照明器表面之间的所述第二侧置摄像头表面垂直。
26.根据权利要求25所述的端部部分,其中,所述两个侧置照明器表面构造为在其面对第二侧视摄像头的两侧承载两个侧置照明器。

28.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,具有大约17mm或者更小的直径。
29.根据权利要求12所述的端部部分,具有大约12mm或者更小的直径。
30.根据权利要求13所述的端部部分,具有大约10mm或者更小的直径。
31.一种内窥镜,其包括权利要求12-30任一项所述的端部部分。
32.一种结肠镜,其包括权利要求12-30任一项所述的端部部分。
