Description
以下、本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態の内視鏡装置は、スコープ1とプロセッサ装置3とを有して構成され、スコープ1はプロセッサ装置3に接続される。また、プロセッサ装置3には複数台のモニタが接続される。図1は2台のモニタが接続されているものを例示している。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。第2の実施形態では、第1の実施形態と同様に複数台のモニタのうち1のモニタに全体画像を表示し、他のモニタに部分画像の拡大画像を表示する。ここで、全体画像を表示するモニタの解像度はCCD11の画素数よりも大きいものが望ましい。そして、部分画像の拡大画像を高画質で表示するために、プロセッサ装置3に接続される複数台のモニタは夫々異なる解像度を有するものとし、最も高い解像度を有するモニタを全体画像表示用のモニタとし、他のモニタを部分画像の拡大表示用のモニタとして割り当てる。以下、全体画像を表示するモニタの解像度はCCD11の画素数以上であるものとし、部分画像の拡大画像を表示するモニタの解像度はCCD11の画素数以下であるものとする。

Claims (4)
- 固体撮像手段を設けた内視鏡に接続され、前記固体撮像手段からの信号により観察画像を生成するプロセッサ装置を有する内視鏡装置であって、
前記内視鏡装置は、前記プロセッサ装置と接続される1台または複数台のモニタを有し、
前記プロセッサ装置は自身に接続されているモニタの台数を検出して、
接続されるモニタが複数台の場合には、前記接続された複数台のモニタのうち少なくとも1台には前記観察画像の全体画像が表示され、それ以外のモニタには前記観察画像の部分画像を拡大表示するように制御し、
接続されるモニタが1台の場合には、このモニタに前記全体画像を表示するように制御することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記プロセッサ装置に複数台のモニタが接続されているときの各モニタは夫々異なる解像度を有し、前記プロセッサ装置は、前記各モニタの解像度を取得して、最も高い解像度を有する高解像度モニタには前記観察画像の全体画像が表示されるように、それ以下の解像度を有する低解像度モニタには前記観察画像の部分画像が表示されるように制御するものであり、
前記低解像度モニタの1画素と前記部分画像に対応する固体撮像素子の1画素とが対応されるように表示することにより、前記低解像度モニタには前記部分画像を拡大表示可能なことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記高解像度モニタと前記低解像度モニタとは、画面サイズがほぼ同じであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記部分画像は、さらに電子拡大処理を行って前記低解像度モニタに表示されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡装置。
