Abstract

1. Способ разрезания и герметизации сменной многопросветной трубки, используемой в эндоскопическом устройстве, включающий:а) обеспечение первой поверхности и второй поверхности, расположенной напротив указанной первой поверхности;б) размещение части многопросветной трубки между первой и второй поверхностями;в) подвод тепла и давления по меньшей мере к одной из поверхностей, так чтобы пластически деформировать и разрезать указанную часть многопросветной трубки и герметизировать посредством тепловой сварки ее отрезанные концы.2. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тепло и давление подводят одновременно.3. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.2, включающий относительное перемещение первой и второй поверхностей перед подводом тепла и давления с целью создания пространства для размещения указанной части многопросветной трубки между первой и второй поверхностями.4. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.3, включающий перемещение первой поверхности относительно второй поверхности.5. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что давление подводят посредством смещающего элемента.6. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.5, отличающийся тем, что давление подводят к первой поверхности.7. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, включающий подвод электроэнергии для нагревания по меньшей мере одной из первой и второй поверхностей.8. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.7, отличающийся тем, что электроэнергию подводят ко второй поверхности.9. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные первая и вторая поверхности выполнены из материала, обладающего

Claims (20)

1. Способ разрезания и герметизации сменной многопросветной трубки, используемой в эндоскопическом устройстве, включающий:
а) обеспечение первой поверхности и второй поверхности, расположенной напротив указанной первой поверхности;
б) размещение части многопросветной трубки между первой и второй поверхностями;
в) подвод тепла и давления по меньшей мере к одной из поверхностей, так чтобы пластически деформировать и разрезать указанную часть многопросветной трубки и герметизировать посредством тепловой сварки ее отрезанные концы.
2. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тепло и давление подводят одновременно.
3. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.2, включающий относительное перемещение первой и второй поверхностей перед подводом тепла и давления с целью создания пространства для размещения указанной части многопросветной трубки между первой и второй поверхностями.
4. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.3, включающий перемещение первой поверхности относительно второй поверхности.
5. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что давление подводят посредством смещающего элемента.
6. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.5, отличающийся тем, что давление подводят к первой поверхности.
7. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, включающий подвод электроэнергии для нагревания по меньшей мере одной из первой и второй поверхностей.
8. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.7, отличающийся тем, что электроэнергию подводят ко второй поверхности.
9. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные первая и вторая поверхности выполнены из материала, обладающего электрическим сопротивлением.
10. Способ разрезания и герметизации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные первая и вторая поверхности выполнены плоскими.
11. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации сменной многопросветной трубки, используемой в эндоскопическом устройстве, содержащее:
а) первый зажим и второй зажим, смежный с первым, выполненные с возможностью перемещения по отношению друг к другу и оснащенные соответствующими первой и второй поверхностями;
б) смещающий элемент, сближающий первый зажим со вторым и оказывающий давление по меньшей мере на одну из указанных первой и второй поверхностей;
в) источник электроэнергии для нагревания по меньшей мере одной из указанных первой и второй поверхностей.
12. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.11, отличающееся тем, что первый зажим выполнен с возможностью перемещения относительно второго зажима.
13. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.12, отличающееся тем, что от указанного источника электроэнергия подведена по меньшей мере к одной из указанных первой и второй поверхностей, причем указанные первая и вторая поверхности выполнены из материала, обладающего электрическим сопротивлением.
14. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.13, отличающееся тем, что указанное устройство выполнено в виде пистолета, содержащего спусковой крючок, смещающий первый зажим относительно второго зажима.
15. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.11, отличающееся тем, что указанный смещающий элемент представляет собой пружину, оказывающую давление на первую поверхность для сведения ее вместе со второй поверхностью.
16. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.11, отличающееся тем, что указанный первый зажим имеет U-образный передний конец, оснащенный первой полкой и второй полкой, имеющей отверстие, а указанный второй зажим имеет стержневой передний конец, проходящий через указанное отверстие.
17. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.16, отличающееся тем, что указанная первая поверхность выполнена на первой полке, а указанная вторая поверхность выполнена на стержневом конце.
18. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.17, отличающееся тем, что указанная первая поверхность имеет режущую кромку, а указанная вторая поверхность имеет соответствующую выемку.
19. Устройство для разрезания и герметизации по п.13, отличающееся тем, что электроэнергия подведена ко второй поверхности,
