Description
ところで、上述の一実施形態においては、螺旋形状部51のコイル91のリード角の設定によって、螺旋形状部51が回動することで内視鏡挿入部の先端部が体腔内を進退する際の推進力が規定されることになる。
ーブの外周に螺旋形状部を配置したものにおいて、小さいモータトルクで充分な推進力を得ることができるため、小型モータを利用することで操作部を容易に小型化でき、操作部を把持する使用者にかかる負担を減らすことができると共に、複雑に入り組んだ体腔内への挿入部の導入に適している。

Claims (3)
- 被検体に挿入可能な可撓性を有する細長な内視鏡挿入部と、
前記内視鏡挿入部の外周側に回転自在で、外周面に螺旋形状部を設けた可撓性を有する推進力発生部と、
を具備し、
前記螺旋形状部のリード角は、角度9°(度)〜15°(度)の範囲内に設定されていることを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記螺旋形状部の長さは、少なくとも600mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡と、
前記推進力発生部を長手軸廻りに回転させる回転装置と、
を具備したことを特徴とする内視鏡システム。
