Description
被観察体に白色光を照射する光源と、
この白色光の照射を受けた前記被観察体を撮像するカラー撮像素子と、
このカラー撮像素子の出力に基づくRGB3色画像信号と、所定のマトリクスデータとの演算により、指定された波長の分光画像を示す分光画像信号を形成する分光画像形成回路とを備えてなる電子内視鏡装置において、
前記分光画像形成回路が前記分光画像信号を、それぞれ前記指定された波長の色で分光画像を示す信号として、互いに異なる少なくとも3波長について生成するように構成されたことを特徴とするものである。

上記9個の係数a〜iは下記の通りにして定められて、例えば前記メモリ36に波長λ1,λ2,λ3の組み合わせ毎にテーブルの形で記憶されており、上記演算に際してはそれらがマイコン35によって読み出され、色空間変換処理回路29に入力される。これらの係数a〜iが波長λ1,λ2,λ3の組み合わせ毎に適切に定められていれば、モニタ34に表示され、あるいは画像記録装置45で記録される分光画像が、CCD15によって撮像された被観察体の部分を、基本的に実物と同じ色相で示すものとなる。

Claims (2)
- 被観察体に白色光を照射する光源と、
この白色光の照射を受けた前記被観察体を撮像するカラー撮像素子と、
このカラー撮像素子の出力に基づくRGB3色画像信号と、所定のマトリクスデータとの演算により、指定された波長の分光画像を示す分光画像信号を形成する分光画像形成回路とを備えてなる電子内視鏡装置において、
前記分光画像形成回路が前記分光画像信号を、それぞれ前記指定された波長の色で分光画像を示す信号として、互いに異なる少なくとも3波長について生成するように構成されるとともに、前記RGB3色画像信号に基づいて固定の色で分光画像を示す信号も生成可能とされた上で、
前記固定の色で分光画像を示す信号と、前記指定された波長の色で分光画像を示す信号とを、選択的に切り換えて出力可能に構成されたことを特徴とする電子内視鏡装置。 - 前記指定された波長の色で分光画像を示す分光画像信号を生成するためのマトリクスデータを記憶した記憶手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子内視鏡装置。
