Description
請求項3の発明は、上記ノイズ除去回路は、分光画像形成時に、上記増幅回路のゲインのアップダウンに応じてノイズ除去率をアップダウンさせるようにしたことを特徴とする。
請求項4の発明は、上記分光画像形成回路は、前段の信号処理回路におけるガンマ補正を解除して得られたカラー画像信号又は逆ガンマ補正処理回路を介して得られたカラー画像信号を入力し、ガンマ補正が施されていないカラー画像信号に基づいて分光画像信号を形成し、後にガンマ補正を施すようにしたことを特徴とする。
上記請求項2の構成によれば、特定の微細構造である例えば血管を抽出できる波長域λ1,λ2,λ3を選択し、この中のλ3(例えば赤色域)信号のゲインをλ1,λ2信号のゲインの1.2倍として増幅することにより、特定の血管構造が浮き出る状態の画像を形成表示することができる。

Claims (4)
- 内視鏡に搭載された撮像素子で被観察体のカラー画像信号を形成する内視鏡装置において、
上記カラー画像信号に基づいて分光画像信号を形成するための各波長域のマトリクスデータを記憶する記憶部と、
この記憶部の中の該当する波長域のマトリクスデータを用いて上記カラー画像信号に基づくマトリクス演算を行い、任意に選択された複数の波長域の分光画像信号を形成する色空間変換回路、及びこの色空間変換回路から出力される複数の波長域の分光画像信号を通常表示のためのカラー画像信号を形成するときのゲインよりも高いゲインで増幅する増幅回路を有し、この増幅回路から出力された複数の分光画像信号から分光画像を形成する分光画像形成回路と、
上記カラー画像信号又は分光画像信号のノイズを除去する回路であって、分光画像形成時に、上記増幅回路による上記分光画像信号のゲインアップに対応し、通常表示のためのカラー画像信号のノイズ処理よりもノイズ除去率を高めたノイズ処理を実行するノイズ除去回路と、を設けたことを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 上記増幅回路は、選択された複数の波長域の分光画像信号のそれぞれを異なるゲインで増幅するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡装置。
- 上記ノイズ除去回路は、分光画像形成時に、上記増幅回路のゲインのアップダウンに応じてノイズ除去率をアップダウンさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡装置。
- 上記分光画像形成回路は、前段の信号処理回路におけるガンマ補正を解除して得られたカラー画像信号又は逆ガンマ補正処理回路を介して得られたカラー画像信号を入力し、ガンマ補正が施されていないカラー画像信号に基づいて分光画像信号を形成し、後にガンマ補正を施すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
