Description

Claims (23)
- 어노드, 캐소드 및 발광층을 포함하는 유기 발광 장치로서, 상기 발광층은 상기 어노드와 상기 캐소드 사이에 위치하고, 상기 발광층은 하기 화학식의 인광성 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 장치:L2MX상기 식 중에서,L 및 X는 동일하지 않은 두 자리 리간드이고,M은 팔면체 착물을 형성하는 금속이며,L은 sp2 혼성 탄소 및 헤테로원자를 통해 M에 배위된 1가 음이온계 두 자리 리간드이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L 리간드의 헤테로원자는 질소인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 X 리간드는 O-O 리간드인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 X 리간드는 N-O 리간드인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 호스트 및 도펀트를 포함하고, 상기 도펀트는 인광성 유기 금속 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 M의 원자 수는 40을 초과하고, Sb, 주기율표의 전이 계열의 제2 열의 전이 금속 및 주기율표의 전이 계열의 제3 열의 전이 금속으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 M은 주기율표의 전이 계열의 제3 열의 전이 금속으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 L 리간드는 2-((1-나프틸)벤족사졸), (2-페닐벤족사졸), (2-페닐벤조티아졸), (7,8-벤조퀴놀린), 쿠마린, 페닐피리딘, 벤조티에닐피리딘, 3-메톡시-2-페닐피리딘, 티에닐피리딘 및 톨릴피리딘으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 X 리간드는 아세틸아세토네이트, 헥사플루오로아세틸아세토네이트, 살리실리덴, 피콜리네이트 및 8-히드록시퀴놀리네이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 L 리간드는 페닐이민, 비닐피리딘, 아릴퀴놀린, 피리딜나프탈렌, 피리딜피롤, 피리딜이미다졸 및 페닐인돌로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 치환 또는 비치환 리간드인 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L 리간드는 치환 또는 비치환 아릴퀴놀린인 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 X 리간드는 아세틸아세토네이트를 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 X 리간드는 아세틸아세토네이트를 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 M이 Ir을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 장치.
- 제17항의 유기 발광 장치를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 장치는 비히클, 컴퓨터, 텔리비젼, 프린터, 플러시 장착 벽면 모니터, 빌보드, 스타디움 스크린, 극장 스크린 및 표지판으로 구성되는 시스템 군으로부터 선택되는 시스템에 포함되는 것인 디스플레이 장치.
