Claims (28)
- 지지체 (12) 와,상기 지지체 (12) 상에 형성되고, 도전성 금속을 포함하는 세선 구조부 (14) 와 투광성 도전층 (16) 을 갖는 전극부 (22) 와,상기 전극부 (22) 상에 배치되고 발광층 (26) 을 갖는 표시부 (24) 를 포함한 자발광 표시 장치로서,상기 전극부 (22) 에서, 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는 체적 저항이 10-4 Ω·㎝ 이하 및 표면 저항이 100 Ω/sq 이하인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며, 상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 은 체적 저항이 0.05 Ω·㎝ 이상 및 표면 저항이 100 Ω/sq 이상인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며,굴곡 시험 이전의 상기 전극부 (22) 의 표면 저항을 R1, 상기 굴곡 시험 이후의 상기 전극부 (22) 의 표면 저항을 R2 로 했을 때, 상기 전극부 (22) 는R2/R1<18 을 만족하고,상기 굴곡 시험에서는, 직경 4㎜ 의 롤러 (32) 를 회전할 수 있도록 베이스 (30) 에 장착하고, 상기 전극부 (22) 를 상기 롤러 (32) 에 걸고, 상기 전극부 (22) 의 일단 (34a) 을 폭 1m 당 28.6 (㎏) 의 텐션으로 당기면서 상기 롤러 (32) 를 회전시키는 공정과 상기 전극부 (22) 의 타단 (34b) 을 폭 1m 당 28.6 (㎏) 의 텐션으로 당기면서 상기 롤러 (32) 를 회전시키는 공정을 반복하여 상기 전극부 (22) 를 100 회 굴곡시키는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 에서, 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는 체적 저항이 5×10-5 Ω·㎝ 이하 및 표면 저항이 50 Ω/sq 이하인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며, 상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 은 체적 저항이 0.5 Ω·㎝ 이상 및 표면 저항이 1000 Ω/sq 이상인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 에서, 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는 체적 저항이 2×10-5 Ω·㎝ 이하 및 표면 저항이 10 Ω/sq 이하인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며, 상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 은 체적 저항이 1 Ω·㎝ 이상 및 표면 저항이 10000 Ω/sq 이상인 것 중 하나 이상을 만족하며, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 의 상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 은 도전성 재료를 함유하는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 재료가 투명 도전성 유기 폴리머 또는 도전성 미립자를 함유하 는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 미립자가 도전성 금속 산화물, 도전성 금속 미립자 또는 카본 나노 튜브를 포함하는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 의 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는 두께 (높이) 가 10㎛ 이하인, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세선 구조부 (14) 의 두께 (높이) 가 상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 의 두께 (높이) 와 실질적으로 동일한, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투광성 도전층 (16) 이 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 의 상면 또는 하면에 형성되는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 는 550㎚ 인 광에 대한 광 투과율이 70% 이상인, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 의 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는, 상기 지지체 (12) 상에 적어도 감광성 은염층 (44) 을 포함하는 감광층을 노광 및 현상함으로써 형성된 도전성 금속은을 포함하는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 의 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는, 1/4 이상의 Ag/바인더 체적비로 은을 함유하는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전극부 (22) 의 상기 세선 구조부 (14) 는, 상기 지지체 (12) 및 그 위에 감광성 은염층 (44) 을 포함하는 감광 재료를 노광 및 현상하고, 형성된 도전성 금속은을 압밀 처리하여 형성되는, 자발광 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 압밀 처리는 캘린더 롤 유닛을 사용하여 실시되는, 자발광 표시 장치.
