Claims (40)
1. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов, содержащая:
стеклянный корпус, сформованный из стекольной композиции типа I в соответствии со стандартом ASTM E438-92(2011), стеклянный корпус имеет область стенок с внутренней поверхностью и внешней поверхностью, при этом внутренняя поверхность стеклянной упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов имеет стеклянный корпус;
причем стеклянный корпус имеет щелочестойкость, по меньшей мере, класса A2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 695, гидролитическую стойкость, по меньшей мере, типа HgB2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 719 и химическую стойкость типа 1 в соответствии со стандартом USP <660>;
внутреннюю область, проходящую от приблизительно 10 нм ниже внутренней поверхности и имеющую устойчивую однородность слоя, такую, что экстремальное значение концентрации в слое каждого из составляющих компонентов стекольной композиции во внутренней области превышает или равно приблизительно 80% или составляют приблизительно 120% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в средней точке толщины стеклянного корпуса, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования; и
поверхностную область, проходящую по внутренней поверхности и имеющую устойчивую однородность поверхности такую, что стеклянный корпус является устойчивым к отслаиванию так, что для отдельной точки на внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса экстремальное значение поверхностной концентрации каждого из составляющих компонентов в поверхностной области в отдельной точке превышает или равно приблизительно 70% и составляет приблизительно 130% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в поверхностной области в любой другой отдельной точке внутренней поверхности, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования.
2. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой толщина TLR внутренней области составляет, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 100 нм.
3. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой глубина поверхностной области составляет, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 100 нм.
4. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой глубина поверхностной области составляет, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 50 нм.
5. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован при температуре выше или равной 1100°C или равной приблизительно 1650°C или менее.
6. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован при условиях обработки, которые уменьшают испарение соединений в стекле по сравнению с условиями обработки, включающими в себя более высокие температуры или большие скорости формования.
7. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован при условиях обработки, которые обеспечивали равномерное изменение температуры во времени на внутренней поверхности.
8. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован из стекольной композиции, не имеющей фазового разделения.
9. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован из стекольной композиции, по существу свободной от соединений, которые улетучиваются существенным образом при температурах, соответствующих вязкости стекольной композиции в диапазоне приблизительно от 200 пуаз до приблизительно 100 килопуаз.
10. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус упрочнен ионным обменом.
11. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из п. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован из стекольной композиции, которая имела температуру, при которой вязкость составляет 1000 пуаз, менее чем или равную приблизительно 1700°C.
12. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой стеклянный корпус имеет коэффициент отслаивания, равный 10 или менее.
13. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой поверхностная область проходит по внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса на глубину от приблизительно 10 нм до приблизительно 50 нм от внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса.
14. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой внутренняя область проходит от около 10 нм ниже внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса и имеет толщину TLR по меньшей мере приблизительно 100 нм.
15. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой внутренняя область проходит от около 10 нм ниже внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса и имеет толщину TLR по меньшей мере приблизительно 100 нм, при этом экстремальное значение концентрации в слое каждого из составляющих компонентов стекольной композиции во внутренней области превышает или равно приблизительно 80% или составляют приблизительно 120% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в средней точке толщины стеклянного корпуса, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования.
16. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов, содержащая:
стеклянный корпус, сформованный из стекольной композиции типа I в соответствии со стандартом ASTM E438-92(2011), стеклянный корпус имеет область стенок с внутренней поверхностью, внешней поверхностью и имеет толщину со средней точкой между ними, и область стенок переходит в донную часть через изогнутую нижнюю часть, при этом внутренняя поверхность стеклянной упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов имеет стеклянный корпус;
причем стеклянный корпус имеет щелочестойкость, по меньшей мере, класса A2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 695, гидролитическую стойкость, по меньшей мере, типа HgB2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 719 и химическую стойкость типа 1 в соответствии со стандартом USP <660>;
поверхностную область, проходящую по меньшей мере по внутренней поверхности изогнутой нижней части и имеющую глубину, проходящую от внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса, при этом поверхностная область имеет устойчивую однородность поверхности такую, что по меньшей мере изогнутая нижняя часть является устойчивой к отслаиванию так, что для отдельной точки на внутренней поверхности изогнутой нижней части стеклянного корпуса экстремальное значение поверхностной концентрации каждого из составляющих компонентов в поверхностной области в отдельной точке превышает или равно приблизительно 70% и составляет приблизительно 130% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в поверхностной области в любой другой отдельной точке внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования.
17. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов, содержащая:
стеклянный корпус, сформованный из стекольной композиции типа I в соответствии со стандартом ASTM E438-92(2011), стеклянный корпус имеет область стенок с внутренней поверхностью, внешней поверхностью и имеет толщину со средней точкой между ними, при этом внутренняя поверхность стеклянной упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов имеет стеклянный корпус;
причем стеклянный корпус имеет щелочестойкость, по меньшей мере, класса A2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 695, гидролитическую стойкость, по меньшей мере, типа HgB2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 719 и химическую стойкость типа 1 в соответствии со стандартом USP <660>;
внутреннюю область, проходящую от приблизительно 10 нм ниже внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса и имеющую толщину TLR по меньшей мере приблизительно 100 нм, причем экстремальное значение концентрации в слое каждого из составляющих компонентов стекольной композиции во внутренней области находится в пределах ±20% от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в средней точке толщины стеклянного корпуса, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования; и
поверхностную область, проходящую по всей внутренней поверхности на глубину приблизительно 10 нм от внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса, при этом для отдельной точки на внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса экстремальное значение поверхностной концентрации каждого из составляющих компонентов в поверхностной области в отдельной точке находится в пределах ±30% от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в поверхностной области в любой другой отдельной точке внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования.
18. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 17, в которой экстремальное значение концентрации в слое каждого из составляющих компонентов во внутренней области превышает или равно приблизительно 90% или составляют приблизительно 110% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в средней точке толщины.
19. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 17, в которой экстремальное значение поверхностной концентрации каждого из составляющих компонентов стекольной композиции в поверхностной области в отдельной точке превышает или равно приблизительно 85% и составляет приблизительно 115% или менее от концентрации того же самого составляющего компонента в поверхностной области в любой другой отдельной точке внутренней поверхности, когда корпус находится в состоянии сразу после формования.
20. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 17, в которой стеклянный корпус имеет коэффициент отслаивания, равный 10 или менее.
21. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 17, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован при условиях обработки, которые уменьшают испарение соединений в стекле по сравнению с условиями обработки, включающими в себя более высокие температуры или большие скорости формования.
22. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 1, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован при условиях обработки, которые обеспечивали равномерное изменение температуры во времени на внутренней поверхности.
23. Устойчивая к отслаиванию стеклянная упаковка для фармацевтических продуктов по п. 17, в которой стеклянный корпус сформован из стекольной композиции, не имеющей фазового разделения.
24. Способ получения устойчивой к отслаиванию стеклянной упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов, включающий в себя
обеспечение сырьевого материала, сформированного из стекольной композиции типа I в соответствии со стандартом ASTM E438-92(2011), имеющего щелочестойкость, по меньшей мере, класса A2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 695, гидролитическую стойкость, по меньшей мере, типа HgB2 или лучше в соответствии с международным стандартом ISO 719 и химическую стойкость типа 1 в соответствии со стандартом USP <660>; и
придание сырьевому материалу формы устойчивой к отслаиванию стеклянной упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов, имеющей стеклянный корпус, имеющий область стенок с внутренней поверхностью, внешней поверхностью и имеющий толщину со средней точкой между ними, так что стеклянный корпус имеет внутреннюю область, проходящую от приблизительно 10 нм ниже внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса в толщину стеклянного корпуса, при этом внутренняя область имеет устойчивую однородность слоя, так что стеклянный корпус является устойчивым к отслаиванию;
причем стеклянная упаковки для фармацевтических продуктов содержит один из или оба из напряженного сжатого слоя или гладкого покровного слоя.
25. Способ по п. 24, в котором сырьевому материалу придают форму так, что стеклянный корпус дополнительно содержит поверхностную область, проходящую по всей внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса на глубину приблизительно 10 нм от внутренней поверхности стеклянного корпуса, и поверхностная область имеет устойчивую однородность слоя, так что стеклянный корпус является устойчивым к отслаиванию.
26. Способ по п. 24, в котором сырьевому материалу придают форму при условиях обработки, которые уменьшают испарение летучих соединений в стекле.
