Description
(所謂、強化ガラス基板)が用いられている(特許文献1、非特許文献1参照)。
Claims (14)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、モル%で、SiO2 40〜75%、Al2O3 7〜15%、B2O3 0〜8%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 8〜20%、K2O 0.5〜20%、MgO 0〜4%、SrO 0〜3%、TiO2 0〜0.5%、SnO 2 0.01〜6%を含有し、モル比で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3比が1.4〜3、Na2O/Al2O3比が1〜2.5、MgO/Al2O3比が0〜0.5であり、実質的にAs2O3、PbO、Fを含有しないことを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、モル%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 8〜11%、B2O3 0〜5%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 8〜20%、K2O 0.5〜8%、CaO 0〜6%、MgO 0〜4%、Al2O3+MgO 8〜16.5%、CaO+MgO 0〜6%、SrO 0〜3%、TiO2 0〜0.5%、SnO 2 0.01〜6%を含有し、モル比で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3比が1.4〜3、Na2O/Al2O3比が1〜2.5、MgO/Al2O3比が0〜0.5、K2O/Na2O比が0.1〜0.8であり、実質的にAs2O3、PbO、Fを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス。
- 平均破壊応力が300MPa以上であり、ワイブル係数が15以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 表面の圧縮応力が300MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の強化ガラスからなることを特徴とする強化ガラス基板。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法によって板状に成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 液相温度が1075℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- タッチパネルディスプレイに用いられることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 携帯電話のカバーガラスに用いられることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 太陽電池のカバーガラスに用いられること特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- ディスプレイの保護部材として用いられることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- モル%で、SiO2 40〜75%、Al2O3 7〜15%、B2O3 0〜8%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 8〜20%、K2O 0.5〜20%、MgO 0〜4%、SrO 0〜3%、TiO2 0〜0.5%、SnO 2 0.01〜6%を含有し、モル比で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3比が1.4〜3、Na2O/Al2O3比が1〜2.5、MgO/Al2O3比が0〜0.5であり、実質的にAs2O3、PbO、Fを含有しないことを特徴とするガラス。
