Description

前記ガラス本体がアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物から形成される、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物が、ホウ素およびホウ素を含有する化合物を実質的に含まない、実施形態3記載の医薬品パッケージ。
実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージにおいて、さらに、
前記ガラス本体の前記外表面から前記壁厚内に延在する圧縮応力層であって、150MPa以上の表面圧縮応力を有する圧縮応力層を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのマーキングが、前記圧縮応力層の内側にはない、医薬品パッケージ。
前記マーキングが顕在的なマーキングである、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
前記マーキングが潜在的なマーキングである、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
前記マーキングが前記壁厚の中間の80%の範囲内にある、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
前記マーキングが、実質的に壁厚全体に延在しているが、前記内表面または前記外表面には達していない、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
前記マーキングの前記屈折率は、前記ガラス本体の前記非マーキング形成部分の前記屈折率とは、約0.3%から約0.5%まで異なる、実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
実施形態1記載の医薬品パッケージにおいて、当該医薬品パッケージが、前記マーキングの検出を向上させる、当該医薬品パッケージの組成に起因する蛍光、応力場、または低摩擦係数のコーティングを含む、医薬品パッケージ。
医薬品パッケージ内に偽造防止マーキングを形成する方法において、
アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物から形成されるガラス本体の壁厚であって、当該ガラス本体の内表面と外表面の間に延在する当該壁厚内の一点にパルスレーザビームを集束するステップ、および
前記パルスレーザビームに曝露されない前記ガラス本体の部分の屈折率に対して走査路に沿って屈折率における変化を誘起するのに有効な前記壁厚内の当該走査路に沿って当該パルスレーザビームを平行移動することによって、当該医薬品パッケージ内に前記偽造防止マーキングを形成するステップ、
を含む方法。
実施形態12記載の方法において、さらに、前記パルスレーザビームを集束して当該パルスレーザビームを平行移動する前に、前記ガラス本体をイオン交換強化するステップを含む方法。
実施形態12記載の方法において、さらに、前記パルスレーザビームを集束して当該パルスレーザビームを平行移動した後に、前記ガラス本体をイオン交換強化するステップを含む方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約1000nJから約5000nJまでのパルスエネルギーを有する、実施形態12記載の方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約900nmから約1600nmまでの波長を有する、実施形態12記載の方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約0.05MHzから約0.5MHzまでのパルス周波数を有する、実施形態12記載の方法。
前記本体が3以下のデラミネーションファクタを有する、実施形態12記載の方法。
前記偽造防止マーキングが潜在的である、実施形態12記載の方法。
医薬品パッケージ内に偽造防止マーキングを形成する方法において、
アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス組成物から形成されるガラス本体の表面上の一点にパルスレーザビームを集束するステップ、および
前記ガラス本体の前記表面からポリマー系コーティングを除去するのに有効な当該表面に沿う走査路に沿って前記パルスレーザビームを平行移動することによって、前記ガラス本体上に前記偽造防止マーキングを形成するステップ、
を含む方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約0.025J/cm2よりも大きい出力密度を有する、実施形態20記載の方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約193nmから約2000nmまでの波長を有する、実施形態20記載の方法。
前記パルスレーザビームが約50mWから約500mWまでの平均出力を有する、実施形態20記載の方法。
前記ポリマー系コーティングはポリイミド系コーティングを含む、実施形態20記載の方法。
前記偽造防止マーキングと前記ガラス本体の非マーキング形成部分の間のUV吸収の差が約10%から100%である、実施形態20記載の方法。
前記偽造防止マーキングと前記ガラス本体の非マーキング形成部分の間のUV誘起蛍光の差が10%よりも大きい、実施形態20記載の方法。
医薬品パッケージ上の偽造防止マーキングを検出する方法において、
前記偽造防止マーキングを含有する表面に向かって、約0°から約45°までの投影角で光源を案内するステップ、および
検出用結像平面上に前記偽造防止マーキングを投影するステップ、
を含み、
前記偽造防止マーキングは、直接検査を通しては、または前記光源による直接照明では、検出することができない、方法。
前記光源は、約400nmから約1,000nmまでの波長を有するヘリウムネオンレーザを含む、実施形態27記載の方法。
前記投影角が約1°から約40°までである、実施形態27記載の方法。
前記偽造防止マーキングは、前記医薬品パッケージの非マーキング形成部分の屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有する当該医薬品パッケージの部分を含む、実施形態27記載の方法。

Claims (5)
- 加速デラミネーション試験後において50μmの最小長さを有するガラス粒子の個数を表すデラミネーションファクタが10以下であるガラス本体であって、内表面、外表面、および該外表面と該内表面の間に延在する壁厚を有し、前記外表面から前記壁厚内に延在する圧縮応力層であって、150MPa以上の表面圧縮応力を有する圧縮応力層を含むガラス本体、および
前記壁厚内にフォトニック微細構造を含む少なくとも一つのマーキングであって、前記ガラス本体の非マーキング形成部分の屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有する該ガラス本体の部分を含むマーキング、
を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのマーキングが、前記圧縮応力層の内側にはなく、前記ガラス本体の強度、前記ガラス本体の損傷抵抗性、または前記ガラス本体の前記デラミネーションファクタに影響を与えない、医薬品パッケージ。 - 前記マーキングが潜在的なマーキングである、請求項1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
- 前記マーキングが前記壁厚の中間の80%の範囲内にある、請求項1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
- 前記マーキングの前記屈折率は、前記ガラス本体の前記非マーキング形成部分の前記屈折率とは、0.3%から0.5%まで異なる、請求項1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
- 前記医薬品パッケージが、該医薬品パッケージの組成物、応力場、または低摩擦係数のコーティングに起因するUV誘起蛍光性により、前記マーキングのUV検出を向上させる、請求項1記載の医薬品パッケージ。
