Abstract
套膜防爆玻璃瓶属于增加玻璃瓶强度,改善其使用安全性的发明。近年来啤酒瓶、汽水瓶爆炸伤人的投诉时常见诸报端。为了消除这些危害,在玻璃瓶的外表面紧套一层塑料薄膜是可行的。套上薄膜后,玻璃表面的摩擦消除,碰撞被缓冲,就不易在玻璃表面产生微裂纹和裂纹扩大,因而不易爆炸;即使爆炸,薄膜靠其坚韧性也能将碎玻璃片牵扯住而不至飞散或飞散速度大降,从而保障了饮用者的安全。
Description
本实用新型是一种关于在玻璃瓶外表面上套薄膜衣,以增加玻璃瓶的强度和提高使用安全性的发明。
现有玻璃瓶在包装、搬运、灌装过程中,因摩擦、碰撞导致瓶子表面产生无数肉眼看不见的微裂纹。裂纹逐步扩大,产生应力集中现象,进而突然炸裂,造成人身伤害和财产损失。仅以啤酒瓶为例,每年因爆炸造成人身伤害的投诉量就达数十起,加上造成伤害而未投诉的和虽爆炸了但未造成人身伤害的,估计有上千宗,被媒体称为“啤酒炸弹”。为了保护消费者的利益,近年来国家颁发了啤酒瓶、汽水瓶的强制性标准:GB45'/4-96《啤酒瓶》和QB2142-95《碳酸饮料玻璃瓶》。但是,仅以现行标准《啤酒瓶》为例,新标准除了把瓶子的理化指标人为提高和定量化以外,并没有从形状、结构等方面采取有效的措施来增加其安全性,因此瓶子本身的质量并没有得到显著提高。目前市场上也有少量在瓶口或瓶身上套薄膜衣的瓶子,但只是用来密封瓶口或作为商标载体来显现装饰效果;韧性极差。随着饮料消费量的增大,用瓶量也急增。减轻乃至消除玻璃瓶爆炸的危害势在必行。
本实用新型的目的是要提高玻璃瓶的质量,以策安全,让其不易爆炸。即使爆炸,其“杀伤力”也会减弱甚至消失。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用在玻璃瓶外表面套薄膜衣的方法把玻璃瓶的外表面覆盖起来,使之与外界隔离。这样就能有效消除瓶子表面的摩擦,缓冲碰撞,破坏了产生微裂纹的条件,从源头上预防玻璃瓶爆炸;与此同时,即使因使用不当,让玻璃瓶产生碰撞而炸裂,其坚韧的薄膜衣也会让碎玻璃片被牵扯住,或不能飞出,或飞出速度大大降低。这样就保证了玻璃瓶的安全使用。
套薄膜衣的方法是用塑料液涂满玻璃瓶外表面,干燥凝固后自然形成紧贴瓶子的整体保护膜。也可采用根据瓶子直径的变化而分段套上热收缩薄膜圈,再经过烘箱加热,使薄膜圈受热收缩,并与瓶子结为一体。
本方案只需要在玻璃瓶外表面套一层薄膜衣,因而结构简单,工艺容易实现,成本低;从套薄膜衣的直观分析可知,它能提高玻璃瓶的整体质量和使用安全性。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下两种实施例及附图给出。
实施例一是这样实现的:如图1所示,在玻璃瓶1的表面满涂一层塑料液,待其干燥凝固后自然形成一道完整的薄膜保护衣1’。
实施例二则是根据瓶子在高度方向上的直径不同而分段预先制作好热收缩薄膜套圈,然后将套圈分段笼在瓶子上,送入烘箱加热,套圈因受热收缩而紧箍在瓶子表面。如图2所示,圆柱面形状的薄膜图2’套在瓶身2上,圆锥面形状的薄膜圈3’套在瓶肩3上,且薄膜圈3’的上口直径应与该高度上的瓶肩直径相同,它才不致于因重力往下掉。涂覆膜4’则可直接涂刷塑料液于瓶颈4处,并且可延伸至瓶口5。三段薄膜应重叠搭接,才能将瓶子保护完整。热收缩薄膜套圈应比瓶子直径稍大,才便于套装。套圈的收缩率大的方向应位于瓶子的圆周方向,以便箍紧瓶身;收缩率小的方向应位于瓶子的高度方向,以免收缩太大,形成无保护膜的裸露玻璃,造成安全隐患的薄弱环节。
Claims (6)
1、本实用新型的玻璃瓶,其特征是在普通玻璃瓶的外表面(1)上套一层薄膜衣(1’)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶,其特征是在玻璃瓶的外表面(1)直接涂一层塑料液,干燥后自然形成整体薄膜套(1’)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶,其特征是在玻璃瓶的瓶身(2)上套一层圆柱面形状的热收缩薄膜圈(2’)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶,其特征是在玻璃瓶的瓶肩(3)上套一层圆锥面形状的热收缩薄膜圈(3’)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶,其特征是在玻璃瓶的瓶颈(4)和瓶口(5)上刷一层塑料液,干燥后形成涂覆膜(4’)。
6、根据权利要求1、3、4或5所述的玻璃瓶,其特征是圆柱形薄膜圈(2’),圆锥形薄膜圈(3’)和瓶颈瓶口的涂覆膜(4’)重叠交错搭接,不留空档。
