Description
Claims (16)
- 離れた空間位置にある再帰反射ターゲットによってその一部が第2光ビームとして反射されるよう、当該再帰反射ターゲットへと第1光ビームを差し向ける座標計測装置であって、
第1モータが第1軸周りで第1回動角に亘り回動させる一方、第2モータが第2軸周りで第2回動角に亘り回動させる、という協働を通じ第1光ビームの方向を定める第1モータ及び第2モータと、
第1回動角を計測する第1角度計測装置及び第2回動角を計測する第2角度計測装置と、
第2光ビームのうち第1部分を第1光検波器で受光し、その結果を全面的に又は部分的に利用しつつ、本座標計測装置から再帰反射ターゲットまでの距離即ち第1距離を計測する距離計と、
第2光ビームのうち第2部分を受光し、その入射位置に基づき第1信号を生成する位置検出器と、
少なくとも第1信号に基づき第2及び第3信号を生成し、第2信号を第1モータ、第3信号を第2モータに供給することで、再帰反射ターゲットの空間位置に従い第1光ビームの方向を調整する制御システムと、
可視スペクトル域に属する複数通りの色から選定された色の第1光を放つよう構成される一方、第2軸上にあり本座標計測装置から見て互いに逆側に位置する装置外第1及び第2ポイントからその第1光が見えるよう構成されており、第1軸周りでは可回動で第2軸に対しては固定の第1発光部群と、
可視スペクトル域に属する複数通りの色から選定された色の第2光を放つよう構成されており、第1軸及び第2軸周りで可回動な第2発光部群と、
第1距離、第1回動角及び第2回動角に全面的に又は部分的に依拠しつつ再帰反射ターゲットの三次元座標を求める一方、第1及び第2発光部群をあるパターンに従い発光させるプロセッサと、
を備える座標計測装置。 - 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、その第1発光部群が、第1軸及び第2軸に直交する直線上にあり本座標計測装置から見て第1光ビームとは逆側に位置する装置外第3ポイントから、第1光ビームが第1軸と一致していない状態で、第1光が見えるように構成されている座標計測装置。
- 請求項2記載の座標計測装置であって、その第1発光部群が、本座標計測装置外の任意方向から第1光が見えるように構成されている座標計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、その第1発光部群に属する発光部のうち幾つかが発光ダイオードである座標計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、その第1発光部群に属する発光部が散光素材で覆われている座標計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、第1軸がアジマス軸、第2軸がゼニス軸である座標計測装置。
- 請求項6記載の座標計測装置であって、第1発光部群がゼニスキャリッジ、第2発光部群がペイロードに固定装着されており、ゼニスキャリッジが第1軸周り、ペイロードが第1軸及び第2軸周りで可回動な座標計測装置。
- 請求項7記載の座標計測装置であって、そのゼニスキャリッジが第1支持材及び第2支持材を有し、第1及び第2支持材によってペイロードがゼニスキャリッジに装着されており、且つ第1軸及び第2軸に対し直交する線に沿い片側にゼニスキャリッジの前面、逆側に背面がある座標計測装置。
- 請求項8記載の座標計測装置であって、第1発光部群が第1及び第2部品を有し、第1部品が第1支持材、第2部品が第2支持材に装着されている座標計測装置。
- 請求項8記載の座標計測装置であって、第1発光部群が第1乃至第4部材を有し、第1部材が第1支持材の前面、第2部材が第1支持材の背面、第3部材が第2支持材の前面、第4部材が第2支持材の背面に位置する座標計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、第1又は第2発光部群に属する発光部のうち1個又は複数個が発光ダイオード型多色光源である座標計測装置。
- 請求項11記載の座標計測装置であって、その発光部を赤、緑及び青を含む諸色で発光させうる座標計測装置。
- 請求項12記載の座標計測装置であって、その発光部を、赤、緑及び青の組合せ色で発光させうる座標計測装置。
- 請求項13記載の座標計測装置であって、その発光部を、白を含め赤、緑及び青の組合せ色で発光させうる座標計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の座標計測装置であって、第1又は第2発光部群に属する発光部のうちいずれかが、1個又は複数個の光源を起点とする光パイプを有し、その光源に発した光即ち第3光がその光パイプに沿い伝搬した後出射される座標計測装置。
- 請求項15記載の座標計測装置であって、その光源が発光ダイオードを有する座標計測装置。
