Claims (2)
- 測距光を射出する投光系と、該投光系からの前記測距光を一軸を中心に回転照射し、測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光系に入射させる走査ミラーと、該走査ミラーを収納し、前記測距光及び前記反射測距光が透過する透過窓とを具備するレーザスキャナの光学系であって、前記測距光が照射され、前記反射測距光が入射する共通光路に、前記透過窓の光学作用を相殺する矯正光学部材が設けられ、
前記透過窓は円筒曲面又は円錐曲面で形成され、曲面の周方向に光束を発散する光学作用を有し、前記矯正光学部材は前記発散する方向に光束を収束、又は前記発散する方向と直交する方向に光束を発散する光学作用を有し、
前記矯正光学部材は前記走査ミラーの反射面に対峙する位置に設けられ、且つ前記走査ミラーと一体に回転する様設けられ、前記透過窓の光学作用を相殺する光学作用を発揮する様形成され、
前記測距光が前記矯正光学部材を透過して前記走査ミラーに入射し、前記反射測距光が前記走査ミラーで反射され前記矯正光学部材を透過して受光系に入射する様構成されたレーザスキャナの光学系。 - 整準部と、該整準部に水平方向に回転可能に設けられた托架部と、該托架部に鉛直方向に回転可能に設けられ、測距部を内蔵する望遠鏡部とを具備するトータルステーションの前記托架部の上面に前記走査ミラーが水平軸心を中心に回転する様、請求項1のレーザスキャナの光学系を具備するレーザスキャナが設けられた測量装置。
