Abstract

一种叠衣机及其控制方法。叠衣机包括折叠腔室和收纳腔室,折叠腔室具有衣物掉落口,收纳腔室与衣物掉落口对应的位置设置有载衣装置(21),收纳腔室设置有可移动的推拉装置(24)用于带动载衣装置(21)移动。控制方法为叠衣机控制载衣装置(21)下降,在载衣装置(21)被推拉装置(24)限位并与升降装置(22)脱离后,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置(24)的状态。叠衣机能够在衣物折叠完成后,通过升降装置(22)的控制保证衣物能够不在掉落过程中散落,并且提升了叠衣机整体的自动化程度,结构简单,并且推拉装置(24)能够距离地面一定的高度,从而使得用户不用下蹲取衣服,为用户带来便利。

Description

一种叠衣机及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种叠衣机及其控制方法。
背景技术
在日常的家居生活中,需要将晾干的衣物或制作好的衣物折叠存储,生活中人们叠衣一般通过手动折叠,由于社会发展生活节奏的加快,用于做家务的时间减少,晾好的衣物随意堆放,既造成收纳空间的浪费,又对衣物造成损伤;生活水平的提高也带来了衣物的种类的增加,用户并不能掌握针对不同衣物的折叠以及收纳的技巧,以至于折叠后的衣物并不能得到较好的保护,折叠不平整的衣物在穿着前仍需要熨烫,因而有必要提供一种体积小、自动化程度高并且外形美观的叠衣机供家庭使用。
日常需要穿着的衣物种类众多,工业上使用的叠衣机仅能提供单一的程序对特定的衣物类型进行折叠,衣物由于具有尺寸的差别,针对不同尺寸的衣物如果采用相同的折叠流程,不能达到良好的折叠效果,并不能为家庭用户带来便利,因而市场上缺少一种更加智能化的适合折叠不同类型衣物的叠衣机。
折叠完成的衣物还需要合理的收纳,在收纳过程中需要保证折叠完成的衣物不会散落变形,否则失去折叠和收纳的意义,由于家庭中空间所限,收纳空间具有一定的限制,因而如何对折叠完成的衣物进行收纳时叠衣机需要解决的问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种叠衣机及其控制方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种叠衣机包括:折叠腔室和收纳腔室,折叠腔室具有开口,所述收纳腔室与开口对应的位置设置有载衣装置,所述收纳腔室设置有可移动的推拉装置用于带动载衣装置移动。
所述载衣装置下部设置有升降装置带动载衣装置上下移动,所述推拉装置设置有限位机构,所述限位机构能够限制载衣装置移动令载衣装置与升降装置脱离。
所述推拉装置具有底壁,所述底壁具有避让升降装置的避让口,所述避让口的尺寸小于 等于载衣装置的尺寸,所述避让口边缘处用于对载衣装置限位。
所述避让口上部具有较大开口,下部具有较小开口,所述载衣装置能够从避让口上部嵌入推拉装置的底壁;优选地,所述避让口边缘处设置有阶梯状结构。
所述载衣装置与升降装置间设置有配合结构限制载衣装置与升降装置的水平相对移动;优选地,所述载衣装置底部与升降装置上表面凹凸配合。
所述载衣装置至少包括两个凹陷部,所述升降装置上表面设置有与凹陷部对应的凸起部;优选地,所述凸起部由升降装置上表面处向上尺寸逐渐收缩形成倾斜的侧面,并在端部具有圆滑的过渡;优选地,所述凹陷部为贯穿载衣装置的贯穿孔。
所述收纳腔室内壁设置有水平的滑轨,所述推拉装置设置有驱动装置驱动推拉装置沿滑轨移动。
一种如上所述的叠衣机的控制方法,叠衣机控制载衣装置下降,在载衣装置被推拉装置限位并与升降装置脱离后,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态。
叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至升降装置与载衣装置完全脱离的高度,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态;优选地,叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至最低高度;
叠衣机具有锁定装置,载衣装置未与升降装置完全脱离时,叠衣机对推拉装置进行锁定,在载衣装置与升降装置完全脱离后,叠衣机对推拉装置解锁;优选地,叠衣机对推拉装置解锁后,叠衣机通过指示灯或显示屏显示推拉装置状态提醒用户取衣,或者,叠衣机驱动推拉装置的驱动装置令推拉装置弹出。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
叠衣机能够在衣物折叠完成后,通过升降装置的控制,保证衣物能够不在掉落过程中散落,保证衣物的平整,并且在衣物达到最大的承载量后,能够提醒用户或自动弹出,提升了叠衣机整体的自动化程度,而不会造成衣物卡在收纳空间内,或者衣物无法掉落的问题;
升降装置固定在腔室的底部而不需要随推拉装置一同运动,结构简单,并且推拉装置能够距离地面一定的高度,从而使得用户不用下蹲取衣服,为用户带来便利。

本发明的叠衣机如图1所示,叠衣机通过将支撑在衣架上的衣物取下,平铺后通过多次翻折对衣物进行折叠。
所述叠衣机包括衣架输送单元3、折叠单元1,还包括收纳单元2,衣架输送单元3将支撑有衣物的衣架31输送至折叠单元1,衣架31可收折,收折后可以将衣物释放,折叠单元1设置有衣物输送装置和折叠平台12,折叠平台具有水平的表面用于放置衣物,并对衣物进行折叠,衣物输送装置可以将衣架输送单元的衣架31上的衣物取下后并将衣物铺放在折叠平台上。
图2为衣物输送装置示意图,所述衣物输送装置包括移动机构和夹持机构,移动机构包括X向移动机构和Z向移动机构,X向移动机构可以在水平方向移动,Z向移动机构可以在竖直方向移动,所述X向移动机构包括第一运动部1111、X向导轨1112和第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机驱动第一运动部1111在X向导轨1112上移动,同样地,Z向移动机构包括第二运动部1121、Z向导轨1122及第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机驱动第二运动部1121在Z向导轨1122上移动。如图2中所示,Z向移动机构设置在第一运动部1111上,第一运动部1111在第一驱动电机驱动时,可以带动Z向移动机构沿着X向导轨1112移动,同时Z向移动机构的第二运动部1121可以在第二驱动电机的驱动下沿着Z向导轨1122移动,因而第二运动部1121可以在X向导轨1112和Z向导轨1122形成的平面区域内的任意位置。
所述X向移动机构至少包括第一限制位置和第二限制位置,第一运动部1111在第一限制位置和第二限制位置之间移动,第一运动部1111位于第一限制位置时保证夹持机构能够夹取衣架31上的衣物,第一运动部1111位于第二限制位置时保证将衣物释放在折叠平台指定位置;所述Z向移动机构至少包括顶部限制位置和底部限制位置,第二运动部1121在顶部限制位置和底部限制位置之间移动,第二运动部1121位于顶部限制位置时保证夹持机构能够夹取衣架31上的衣物,第二运动部1121位于底部限制位置时保证将衣物与衣架31脱离。
如图2所示,所述夹持机构包括一根连接杆113和两个夹持部114,连接杆113固定在第二运动部1121上,并且连接杆的方向与Z向导轨1122和X向导轨1112形成的平面垂直,连接杆113本身为水平设置,两个夹持部114设置在连接杆113上,并间隔设置,第二运动部1121可以带动连接杆113在折叠平台的上方移动,从而带动夹持部114移动。
所述夹持部114可开合,夹持部可以通过开合夹取衣架上的衣物,还可以通过张开释放衣物将衣物放置在折叠平台上。两个夹持部间隔设置,而两个夹持部间的距离与衣架上避让部匹配,所述衣架31具有可收折的撑衣臂,撑衣臂上具有向下凹陷的避让部,在夹持部114夹取衣物时,可以通过夹取避让部的衣物,而不会夹到撑衣臂,从而可以顺利从衣架上取下衣物。
上述叠衣机的控制方法包括,所述叠衣机具有衣架收折位置,叠衣机在衣架31位于衣架收折位置时,控制夹持机构开闭夹持衣架31上的衣物,并在衣架31收折后移动夹持机构令衣物与衣架31脱离。
脱离过程为:叠衣机驱动Z向移动机构令衣物和衣架脱离,具体地,叠衣机开启第二电机带动第二运动部向下运动使得夹持机构带动衣物向下运动,当衣物顶部与衣架收折的撑衣臂底部完全脱离时停止Z向移动。当衣物与衣架脱离后,叠衣机驱动X向移动机构在折叠平台上拖动衣物,具体地,叠衣开启第一电机带动衣物向折叠平台另一侧移动,当第一运动部达到第二限制位置时停止移动,叠衣机控制夹持机构释放衣物令衣物平铺在折叠平台。
如图1及图2所示,叠衣机包括衣架31,用于用衣架31将衣物撑起后,悬挂在衣架输送单元3处,衣架输送单元3可以输送衣架31,所述衣架31包括挂部、主体及具有可收折的撑衣臂,在主体的下部设置有收折开关,所述收折开关用于控制撑衣臂的收折。当收折开关被按下时,对称设置的两个撑衣臂会向下垂,形成收拢状,而被撑衣臂支撑的衣物则会被释放。叠衣机还包括触发机构,所述触发机构用于对收折开关进行触碰,从而对衣架31是否收拢是否能够释放衣物进行控制,衣架输送单元3可以将衣架31输送至触发机构。触发机构 包括驱动部件和移动部件,驱动部件可以为电机,用于提供移动部件移动的驱动力,移动部件在驱动部件的驱动下可移动,在衣架31被输送至触发机构处时,移动部件在移动时对衣架31的收折开关施加作用力用于触发收折开关令撑衣臂收折。
如图3及图4所示,折叠单元1包括水平设置的折叠平台,折叠平台设置有折叠翻板,用于对衣物进行翻折,本发明的叠衣机的折叠平台还设置有下落板,所述下落板可以向下翻折,从而在折叠平台上形成一个开口,而折叠好的衣物可以从这个开口位置直接掉落,本发明的叠衣机在折叠单元1的下部设置有收纳单元2,通过开口位置可以将折叠单元1和收纳单元2连通,衣物从开口处直接掉落入收纳单元2进行收纳。
具体的折叠平台结构如图所示,折叠翻板至少包括两个衣侧翻板1211及衣身翻板1212,所述衣侧翻板1211位于折叠平台的两侧,用于对衣物的宽度方向进行整理,衣身翻板1212可以将衣物长度方向翻折,并使得最终折叠好的衣物位于下落板处。
所述衣侧翻板1211相对设置在折叠平台的两侧,并向折叠平台的中部翻折用于对衣物两侧进行折叠,所述衣身翻板1212与下落板设置在两个衣侧翻板1211之间且衣身翻板1212与下落板宽度一致并对齐设置,所述衣身翻板1212可向下落板方向翻折,所述衣侧翻板、衣身翻板及下落板整体呈矩形布置。
所述折叠翻板还包括衣尾翻板1213,所述衣尾翻板1213设置在折叠平台的一侧对衣物的底部进行折叠,所述衣尾翻板1213与衣侧翻板1211、衣身翻板1212、下落板整体呈矩形布置。衣尾翻板1213可以对过长的衣物下部进行整理,从而保证衣物全部落在折叠平台的上表面,便于其他折叠翻板对衣物进行折叠。衣物折叠完成后通过开启的下落板形成的开口进入收纳单元2,所述下落板包括相对设置的第一下落板1221和第二下落板1222,所述第一下落板1221和第二下落板1222从中间向下部翻折在折叠平台上形成开口令衣物掉落。
由于不同的衣物在平铺后具有不同的覆盖范围,因而所述叠衣机可以设置有衣物识别单元用于识别衣物的尺寸,可以是设置在折叠翻板上的感应装置,从而获取衣物的覆盖范围,并指导折叠翻板的动作。上述叠衣机的控制方法可以为衣服平铺在折叠平台后,叠衣机控制折叠翻板按顺序依次翻折,衣身翻板将衣物翻折至下落翻板处时,叠衣机控制下落板开启令衣物下落。
如图4所示,本发明的叠衣机具有折叠平台,所述折叠平台具有衣物进入端A,以及衣物终点端B,在衣物输送装置输送衣物的过程中,衣物从衣物进入端A向衣物终点端B方向移动,在折叠平台上,各个折叠翻板的布置为,衣尾翻板1213设置在衣物进入端A,衣尾翻 板1213向折叠平台的中部翻折,从而对衣物的尾部进行整理。
由于衣物长度的不同,衣物如果被输送至衣物终点端后,可能不会覆盖衣尾翻板,可能会覆盖部分衣尾翻板,还可能会完全覆盖衣尾翻板,上述衣物长度由于在衣尾翻板的不同状态,因而叠衣机需要根据衣物长度的不同范围,对衣物放置的位置以及翻板的动作进行不同的控制。
对于衣物长度及位置的判断,通过设置的多个传感器反馈的信号进行判断,传感器可以为光电传感器,当传感器感应到衣物时与未感应到衣物时具有不同的信号反馈,叠衣机具有主控系统,主控系统可以根据传感器的信号判断衣物的长度范围。
衣物在输送过程中,在衣物移动的路径上设置有多个传感器,衣物一般沿着折叠平台的对称线进行移动,为了使得衣物能够到达遮盖住传感器的位置令传感器能够感应衣物,因而传感器可以设置在对称线上,以使得传感器获得准确的衣物位置。
如图4所示,所述折叠平台的衣物进入端与衣物终点端的距离为L1,衣物由衣物进入端向衣物终点端移动,衣尾翻板沿衣物进入方向的长度为L2,由于衣身翻板、下落板、衣尾翻板之间的间隙较小,因而可以忽略,衣物进入端与衣物终点端的距离可以认为是衣身翻板、下落板、衣尾翻板三者的总长度,衣尾翻板的长度为L2,则可以认为衣身翻板与下落板的总长为(L1-L2)。衣身翻板的作用为,将整理完成的衣物进行最后一次对折,使得衣物全部位于下落板的位置。因而优选地,衣身翻板与下落板可以设置为相同的长度,以使得最后一次翻折令衣物折叠的较为均匀。
折叠平台上设置有有第一传感器51和第二传感器52,所述第一传感器设置在衣物进入端处,所述第二传感器设置在沿衣物进入方向距离第一传感器X1处,X1=L1-L2。
由于X1的可以认为是衣身翻板与下落板的长度,设置第一传感器与第二传感器的目的是为了判断衣物长度X与衣身翻板、下落板总长的比较,当衣物长度小于X1时,说明衣物输送至衣物终点端后,铺放的衣物在长度方向仅覆盖衣身翻板与下落板,而不会覆盖衣尾翻板,衣物较短时,衣尾翻板可以不进行动作就可以完成衣物的折叠。
为了能够保证衣物被准确地输送至衣物终点端,在衣物终点端设置有第三传感器53,由于第一传感器设置在衣物进入端,而第三传感器设置在衣物终点端,因而第三传感器与第一传感器在衣物路径方向的距离为L1。
主控系统在判断衣物长度X>X1后,可以直接控制衣尾翻板对衣物的尾部进行翻折,从 而令衣物位于下落板上,但是,由于衣物仅有较短的边缘位于衣尾翻板上时,衣尾翻板翻折后,衣物的尾部会发生回弹,再次回落到衣尾翻板上,令衣尾翻板的翻折失去效果。
为了解决该问题,折叠平台上还设置有第四传感器54,所述第四传感器设置在衣物进入方向上与第一传感器的距离为X2处,(L1-L2)<X2<L1。
第四传感器54与第一传感器51之间的长度就是当衣物仅部分覆盖衣尾翻板时的衣物长度,当衣物长度X仅能够覆盖部分衣尾翻板时,需要对衣物进行不同的处理。
优选地,第一传感器51与第四传感器54的距离X2=L1-L2/2;以衣物长度覆盖一般的衣尾翻板作为界限,对覆盖小一半的衣尾翻板时进行不同的处理,而对于覆盖一大半的衣尾翻板时,由于覆盖范围较大,可以与全部覆盖衣尾翻板时的衣物长度进行相同的处理。
对衣物长度X在X1与X2之间的衣物,即为在衣物输送至衣物终点端时仅覆盖衣尾翻板一小半的衣物,进行处理方式为,不将衣物输送至衣物终点端进行折叠,而是将衣物放置在衣物能够覆盖衣尾翻板,使得衣尾翻板能够对衣物尾部进行一次折叠的位置。
另一种处理方式为,将衣物继续输送至超出衣物终点端的位置,令衣物的尾部不再遮盖衣尾翻板,这样可以不需要衣尾翻板进行动作。折叠平台上还设置有第五传感器55,所述第五传感器55设置在沿着衣物进入方向距离第一传感器L1的位置处,第五传感器55可以检测衣物的尾部是否完全脱离了衣尾翻板。
这种方式还可以通过设置有第六传感器56对衣物的位置进行检测,令衣物到达不会遮盖衣尾翻板的位置。如图4所示,第六传感器56距离下落板和衣尾翻板1213交界处的距离为X2,这样衣物输送至第六传感器处时停止,则可以保证衣物不会覆盖衣尾翻板。
具有上述传感器设置后,叠衣机具有如下控制方法:主控系统判断衣物长度的时机为第一传感器感应不到衣物时。
衣物沿着衣物进入方向移动,当第一传感器未感应到衣物时,主控系统判断第二传感器是否感应到衣物,当第二传感器未感应到衣物时,则判断衣物长度X<X1;当第二传感器感应到衣物时,则判断衣物长度X>X1。
当衣物长度X<X1时,主控系统控制衣物在第三传感器感应到衣物时停止移动令衣物边缘到达衣物终点端,并控制第一下落板向折叠平台中部翻折。
当衣物长度X>X1时,可以通过第四传感器的反馈信号对衣物的长度范围进行进一步的判断。衣物沿着衣物进入方向移动,当第一传感器未感应到衣物时,主控系统判断第二传感 器是否感应到衣物;当第二传感器感应到衣物时,进一步判断第四传感器是否感应到衣物;
当第四传感器未感应到衣物时,则判断衣物长度X1<X<X2;
当第四传感器感应到衣物时,则判断衣物长度X>X2。
当衣物长度为X1<X<X2时,主控系统控制衣物在第一传感器未感应到衣物时停止移动,再控制衣尾翻板、衣身翻板依次翻折;
当衣物长度X>X2时,主控系统控制衣物在第三传感器感应到衣物时停止移动,令衣物移动至第三传感器感应到衣物时到达衣物终点端,再控制衣尾翻板、衣身翻板依次翻折。
当衣物长度为X1<X<X2时,还有另一种控制方法为,主控系统控制衣物在第五传感器未感应到衣物时停止移动,再控制衣身翻板翻折;
当衣物长度X>X2时,主控系统控制衣物在第三传感器感应到衣物时停止移动,令衣物移动至衣物终点端,再控制衣尾翻板、衣身翻板依次翻折。
如图12所示,主控系统经过第一次判断后,能够得到衣物长度X与X1之间的关系,当X>X1时,进行进一步的判断,判断衣物长度X与X2之间的关系。
主控系统在衣物完成折叠后,控制下落板移动形成衣物掉落口,同时衣尾翻板向衣物掉落口方向翻折,以防止有衣物在经过衣身翻板翻折后,有部分衣物落在衣尾翻板上,无法从衣物掉落口下落。
本发明的叠衣机具有折叠腔室和收纳腔室,收纳腔室为了便于用户将收纳好的衣物从叠衣机内部取出,可以设置有推拉装置,能够将折叠完成的衣物从腔室内部带出,以供用户取走衣物。
所述收纳腔室与折叠腔室的衣物掉落口对应的位置设置有载衣装置21,所述收纳腔室设置有可移动的推拉装置24用于带动载衣装置移动。
如图5-图8所示,所述载衣装置下部设置有升降装置22带动载衣装置21上下移动,当折叠单元衣物折叠完成时,升降装置带动载衣装置上升至靠近衣物掉落口的位置盛接衣物,在一件衣物折叠完成后,由于该衣物占用了一定的空间,因而升降装置带动载衣装置向下移动,为下一件折叠完成的衣物预留空间。由于收纳腔室的空间大小有限,因而在载衣装置上的衣物承载量达到上限时,需要通过推拉装置将衣物从腔室内带出。
升降机构由于具有电机等驱动装置,因而升降机构固定在腔体内部而不随推拉装置移动 可以保证升降机构各个部位走线的稳定性,不会在移动过程中对走线的部件造成损伤。
所述推拉装置设置有限位机构,所述限位机构能够限制载衣装置21移动令载衣装置21与升降装置22脱离。如图9所示,所述推拉装置24具有底壁,所述底壁具有避让升降装置的避让口241,所述避让口的尺寸小于等于载衣装置的尺寸,所述避让口边缘处用于对载衣装置限位。
所述避让口与载衣装置的尺寸关系,既可以为载衣装置的尺寸大于避让口的尺寸,载衣装置搭放在避让口边缘处的底壁上,从而与升降装置脱离。还可以为避让口的尺寸与载衣装置的尺寸相当,载衣装置能够刚好嵌入避让口的位置,从而使得推拉装置的底壁与载衣装置形成一个整体的载衣面。
所述避让口上部具有较大开口,下部具有较小开口,所述载衣装置能够从避让口上部嵌入推拉装置的底壁;优选地,所述避让口边缘处设置有阶梯状结构,还可以为倾斜的斜面,从而使得载衣装置能够陷入避让口的位置不会掉落。
所述载衣装置21与升降装置22间设置有配合结构限制载衣装置与升降装置的水平相对移动;所述载衣装置底部与升降装置上表面凹凸配合,升降装置可以带动载衣装置在一定范围内上下移动,两者之间不存在水平的相对位移。
为了使得载衣装置与升降装置之间的配合更加稳固,在载衣装置上可以设置有多个凹陷部,所述升降装置上表面设置有与凹陷部对应的凸起部;同样的,也可以在载衣装置上设置凸起部,在升降装置上设置凹陷部。
所述载衣装置至少包括两个凹陷部,所述升降装置上表面设置有与凹陷部对应的凸起部261,如图11所示,所述凸起部由升降装置22上表面处向上尺寸逐渐收缩形成倾斜的侧面,并在端部具有圆滑的过渡;载衣装置的凹陷部为贯穿载衣装置21的贯穿孔211,如图10所示。由于凸起部具有倾斜的侧面,能够在载衣装置与升降装置脱离后再次结合时,起到一定的导向作用。由于推拉装置需要带动载衣装置进行水平位移,因而在推拉装置与载衣装置归位后,载衣装置与升降装置间在垂直方向可能存在一定的位置差,凸起部具有倾斜的结构能够更便于在微小的位移范围内对载衣装置进行位置调整,以保证凸起部能够顺利插入贯穿孔中。
推拉装置可以设置为一个抽屉形状的结构,在收纳腔室内壁设置有水平的滑轨,所述推拉装置设置有驱动装置驱动推拉装置沿滑轨移动,这样可以令推拉装置自动弹出,用户无需 手动拉出。
如图8所示,所述升降装置22包括两个交叉的支撑杆221形成X型结构,支撑杆221中部通过固定轴连接可相对转动,所述支撑结构包括两组对称设置的X型机构,形成稳定的并且可伸缩的支撑结构。
支撑杆221在具有固定的一端和可以移动的一端从而实现两根支撑杆221间的相对转动,实现升降。所述升降装置22还包括上滑轨222和下滑轨223,X型结构的其中一根支撑杆221的一端沿上滑轨222移动,另一根支撑杆221的一端沿下滑轨223移动。
所述升降装置22设置电机控制支撑杆221的移动,所述支撑杆221一端固定连接有传动件,所述电机通过传动件驱动支撑杆221移动,优选地,所述传动件为由螺杆和螺母构成的丝杠,所述螺母与支撑杆221固定连接,所述丝杠随电机转动,所述螺母套设在螺杆上随螺杆转动而水平移动。
上述叠衣机的控制方法为,叠衣机控制载衣装置下降,在载衣装置被推拉装置限位并与升降装置脱离后,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态。
叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至升降装置与载衣装置完全脱离的高度,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态;
当载衣装置需要与升降装置脱离时的情况,一种为载衣装置上的载衣量达到了上限,载衣装置上部不再有空间盛放新的衣物,因而需要用户将衣物取走以接收新折叠的衣物,因而需要推拉装置与载衣装置弹出,另一种为叠衣机将所有衣物折叠完成后,不再有衣物需要掉落在载衣装置上,因而此时虽然载衣装置上部可能还具有空间,但由于折叠过程已经结束,用户需要将本批次的衣物取出,因而在上述任一种情况产生时,都可以令升降装置与载衣装置完全脱离,使得用户可以自主拉出推拉装置取衣服,或者,推拉装置自动弹出供用户取衣。叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至最低高度,下降至最低高度能够保证凸起部与凹陷部完全脱离不会阻碍载衣装置的水平移动。
在叠衣机的工作过程中,推拉装置应当进行锁定,以防止用户误触将其拉开,而使得载衣装置错位,或者令升降装置造成损坏,叠衣机具有锁定装置,载衣装置未与升降装置完全脱离时,叠衣机对推拉装置进行锁定,在载衣装置与升降装置完全脱离后,叠衣机对推拉装 置解锁。
为了便于用户查看推拉装置的状态,叠衣机对推拉装置解锁后,叠衣机通过指示灯或显示屏显示推拉装置状态提醒用户取衣,或者,叠衣机驱动推拉装置的驱动装置令推拉装置弹出。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种叠衣机,其特征在于,包括:折叠腔室和收纳腔室,折叠腔室具有衣物掉落口,所述收纳腔室与衣物掉落口对应的位置设置有载衣装置,所述收纳腔室设置有可移动的推拉装置用于带动载衣装置移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述载衣装置下部设置有升降装置带动载衣装置上下移动,所述推拉装置设置有限位机构,所述限位机构能够限制载衣装置移动令载衣装置与升降装置脱离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述推拉装置具有底壁,所述底壁具有避让升降装置的避让口,所述避让口的尺寸小于等于载衣装置的尺寸,所述避让口边缘处用于对载衣装置限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述避让口上部具有较大开口,下部具有较小开口,所述载衣装置能够从避让口上部嵌入推拉装置的底壁;
    优选地,所述避让口边缘处设置有阶梯状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述载衣装置与升降装置间设置有配合结构限制载衣装置与升降装置的水平相对移动;
    优选地,所述载衣装置底部与升降装置上表面凹凸配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述载衣装置至少包括两个凹陷部,所述升降装置上表面设置有与凹陷部对应的凸起部;
    优选地,所述凸起部由升降装置上表面处向上尺寸逐渐收缩形成倾斜的侧面,并在端部具有圆滑的过渡;
    优选地,所述凹陷部为贯穿载衣装置的贯穿孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的叠衣机,其特征在于,所述收纳腔室内壁设置有水平的滑轨,所述推拉装置设置有驱动装置驱动推拉装置沿滑轨移动。
  8. 一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,叠衣机控制载衣装置下降,在载衣装置被推拉装置限位并与升降装置脱离后,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至升降装置 与载衣装置完全脱离的高度,叠衣机显示或控制推拉装置的状态;
    优选地,叠衣机中全部衣物折叠完成后,或者,在载衣装置盛放的衣物达到最大容纳量时,叠衣机控制升降装置下降至最低高度。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的叠衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,叠衣机具有锁定装置,载衣装置未与升降装置完全脱离时,叠衣机对推拉装置进行锁定,在载衣装置与升降装置完全脱离后,叠衣机对推拉装置解锁;
    优选地,叠衣机对推拉装置解锁后,叠衣机通过指示灯或显示屏显示推拉装置状态提醒用户取衣,或者,叠衣机驱动推拉装置的驱动装置令推拉装置弹出。
