- (a) 내부 용적을 한정하도록 형성된 반응기를 제공하되, 상기 내부 용적의 적어도 일부가 제 1 폴리에스테르 반응물 및 폴리에스테르 반응 생성물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물에 의해 채워지고, 상기 반응 혼합물을 에스테르화 반응, 에스테르 교환 반응 또는 중축합 반응에 적용시키는 단계;(b) 유입부 및 유출부를 갖되, 상기 유입부가 반응기의 내부 용적과 유체 연통되는 재순환 루프를 제공하는 단계;(c) 상기 반응 혼합물의 적어도 일부를 재순환 루프를 통하여 재순환시키되, 상기 재순환 루프를 통해 흐르는 제 1 폴리에스테르 반응물 및 폴리에스테르 반응 생성물이 재순환 유체인 단계;(d) 상기 재순환 루프 내의 하나 이상의 지점에서 하나 이상의 압력 감소 장치를 이용하여 재순환 유체의 압력을 감소시키는 단계; 및(e) 고체 폴리에스테르 전구체 반응물인 제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물을 상기 압력 감소 장치에서 또는 그에 인접하여 재순환 루프로 공급하여, 상기 고체 폴리에스테르 전구체 반응물을 반응 혼합물 내로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 고체 폴리에스테르 전구체 반응물을 반응 혼합물로 도입하는 방법.

- 제 14 항에 있어서,공급 도관이,(a) 공급 도관의 수용 말단과 유체 연통되고 공급 도관의 수용 말단 및 방출 말단의 중간에 위치한 것으로, 재순환 루프 내로 공급되는 제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물을 저장하기 위한 고체 저장 장치;(b) 공급 도관의 수용 말단과 유체 연통되고 공급 도관의 수용 말단 및 방출 말단의 중간에 위치한 고체 계량 장치; 및(c) 공급 도관의 수용 말단과 유체 연통되고 공급 도관의 수용 말단 및 방출 말단의 중간에 위치한 중량 손실 공급기를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물이 공급 도관의 수용 말단 및 방출 말단의 중간 지점으로부터 공급 도관의 방출 말단을 통해 재순환 루프 내로 향하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,고체 저장 장치가 사일로(silo)이고, 고체 계량 장치가 로터리 에어 록(rotary air lock)인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물이 재순환 루프의 유출부로 유동되기 전에 재순환 유체에 의해 실질적으로 용해되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 폴리에스테르 반응물이 디하이드록시 화합물을 포함하고, 제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물이 디카르복실산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 폴리에스테르 반응물이 테레프탈산인 방법.

- (a) 유입부 및 유출부를 갖되, 상기 유입부가 공정 유체와 유체 연통되는 재순환 루프를 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 재순환 루프를 통하여 (a) 단계의 공정 유체의 적어도 일부를 재순환시키되, 상기 재순환 루프를 통해 흐르는 공정 유체가 재순환 유체인 단계;(c) 상기 재순환 루프 내의 하나 이상의 지점에서 하나 이상의 압력 감소 장치를 이용하여 (b) 단계의 재순환 유체의 압력을 감소시키는 단계; 및(d) (c) 단계의 압력 감소 장치에서 또는 그에 인접하여 재순환 루프 내로 고체 성분을 공급하여 공정 유체 내로 상기 고체 성분을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 공정 유체 내로 고체 성분을 도입하기 위한 방법.
