本发明属于换热器加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种一体式换热装置。
背景技术
现有换热加工设备都是将换热器与储罐是分开的,经过换热器进行换热后,通过两者之间的连接管道进入储罐,再由储罐得到相应的流体,这样的缺点是占地面积大,同时因为经过的管道多,热量的损失严重,导致换热效果受到影响。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种更方便灵活且节省空间、换热效果好的换热装置。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种一体式换热装置,包括换热器和储罐,所述的换热器嵌在储罐内部,通过焊接连成一体,流体经过换热器后直接进入储罐。
本发明通过特殊的构造和组合将换热器和储罐融为一体,省去了原换热器的支座、换热器与储罐之间的连接管道、阀门等,减少占用面积,安装和使用都更为方便灵活,最重要的是,减少了热量损失,使得换热效果得到了保证。
