技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种热管式换热装置。
背景技术:热管式蒸发器是与加热炉配套使用的节能设备,其主要结构是:侧面设有热流体进出口的热流体预热器的箱体上端开口与汽包连接,箱体内设有垂直的热管管束加热段,该热管管束穿过汽包下壳体的通孔,冷凝段置于汽包中液面下。它的不足之处在于,热管与汽包连接处的密封很难保证,热管在焊接过程中容易被击穿。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种传热效率高、加工容易、密封性能好的热管式蒸发器。
本实用新型主要由热流体热管预热器、热管管束和锅炉汽包组成。其中,侧面设有热流体进出口的热流体预热器的箱体上端开口与汽包连接,箱体内设有垂直的热管管束加热段,该热管管束穿过汽包下壳体的通孔,冷凝段置于汽包中液面下。上述热管束各热管其与汽包通孔对应的部位外设套于其上的套管,最好套管上设有径向孔,通过径向孔进行排气,提高使用效率。该套管外径与汽包通孔相对应。
本实用新型的工作过程大致如下:热流体流经热管预热器箱体,热管内的传热工质蒸发上升,在冷凝端放出热量,将汽包内的水成为饱和蒸汽,由汽包实现汽水分离。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1.热管和汽包之间利用套管连接,增强了密封性能,提高了使用寿命。 
2.加工容易,节约了成本。
3.提高了传热效率。

具体实施方式:在图1和图2所示的热管式蒸发器的简图中,侧面设有热流体进出口的热流体预热器1的箱体上端开口与汽包2连接,箱体内设有垂直的热管管束3加热段,该热管管束穿过汽包下壳体的通孔,冷凝段置于汽包中液面下。上述热管束各热管其与汽包通孔对应的部位外设套于其上的套管4,套管上设有径向孔,通过径向孔进行排气。该套管外径与汽包通孔相对应。

1.一种热管式蒸发器,其侧面设有热流体进出口的热流体预热器的箱体上端开口与汽包连接,箱体内设有垂直的热管管束加热段,该热管管束穿过汽包下壳体的通孔,冷凝段置于汽包中液面下,其特征在于:上述热管束各热管其与汽包通孔对应的部位外设套于其上的套管,该套管外径与汽包通孔相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热管式蒸发器,其特征在于:套管上设有径向孔,通过设径向孔进行排气。
