技术领域
本公开总体上涉及一种车辆座椅总成,更具体地涉及一种用于车辆座椅总成的独立座垫大腿支撑件。
背景技术
随着对人类人体工程学、姿势和舒适性的进一步理解的研究,现代车辆座椅变得越来越舒适。包括车辆座椅靠背和车辆座椅中的舒适部件的车辆座椅总成可以为驾驶员和乘客提供改进的舒适性和对于长时间车辆行驶的提升的耐受性。此外,提供车辆座椅总成时,各种身材和体型的驾驶员和乘客可能构成挑战性。因此,包括适应驾驶员和乘客的不同身材和体型的部件以及这些驾驶员和乘客的期望姿势和就坐位置的车辆座椅总成已变得越来越重要。
发明内容

如图2-4所示,第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28构造成围绕H点16的预定位置前方约148mm的位置旋转。应当理解,枢转轴线可以位于在130mm至170mm的范围之间或145mm至160mm之间的多种预定位置。将枢转轴线定位在H点16的预定位置前方该距离处允许第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28向上和向下枢转,而不会对乘员的腿筋肌腱施加过度的应变。如现有技术中典型的那样,将枢转轴线定位得过于向前,导致在膝盖下方的更加隔离的接触,这对腿筋肌腱施加应变。将枢转轴线定位在太靠后的位置(这在现有技术中也经常见到)导致整个座椅结构向下旋转,导致在乘员膝盖下缺乏所需的支撑。第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28的枢转轴线35的特定距离和测量是重要的,因为这些距离被特别调整到使用车辆的乘员的身材和重量。通常应当理解,第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28可以包括允许第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28一致或独立地旋转的机构。另外,通常预期的是,第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28和支撑第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28的机构可以与允许第一和第二大腿支撑件26、28一致地或独立地向上和向下旋转或枢转的运动的马达可操作地联接。值得注意的是,座椅靠背46可相对于基座12独立调整,并且通常构造成仅最小地影响H点16的预定位置。
上述手动腿倾斜总成提供了一种简单,易于使用且可靠的系统,其允许容易地调节车辆座椅的前部,同时保持了整体车辆座椅总成上的总成本和重量减轻。

第一和第二承垫,所述第一和第二承垫分别设置在所述基座的所述第一侧和所述第二侧处;和
第一和第二大腿支撑件,所述第一和第二大腿支撑件设置在所述基座的前部,所述第一和第二大腿支撑件限定座垫分离部;
跨越所述基座的前边缘延伸的横向接缝,其中所述横向接缝在所述H点的前方预定距离处,并且其中所述第一和第二大腿支撑件可围绕设置在所述H点的前方所述预定距离处的轴线枢转,其中所述轴线在所述座椅总成的竖直方向上与所述座椅基座的所述前边缘重合,并且从所述H点到所述座垫分离部的所述距离在130mm和170mm之间。
