Abstract

一种改进的座椅结构,包括有一椅座,一椅背以及一收折装置,其中:该椅座后端连接有该椅背,椅座前端连接有该收折装置;该收折装置具有一基座、一传动组件及至少一延伸架,该基座固定设置于椅座前端,该传动组件设置于基座上,且传动组件可驱动该延伸架相对于基座翻转并上升。借此,使用者坐于椅座上时,除了背部可依靠于椅背,腿部亦可伸展并放置于延伸架上,提供使用上的舒适性,亦达到节省空间的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种座椅,尤其涉及一种提供腿部可舒服放置的改进的座椅结构。
背景技术
座椅为生活中必备的用品,其可支撑人体的重量,使人们得以放松,现有技术的座椅依据其使用地点与使用功能的不同而区分有多种结构,就装设于车辆内部且提供除驾驶的外的乘客使用的汽车座椅而言,其主要结构是于一椅座后端连接有一椅背,当使用者坐在椅座上时,其背部可依靠于椅背,且椅背可相对于椅座进行倾斜角度的调整,借以配合不同使用者的习惯或需求而获得较佳的舒适感。
然而,上述的汽车座椅于实际使用时存在有以下的缺点:于长程路途中,使用者的腿部会因为长时间弯曲而产生疲劳,甚至会有腿部或脚部发麻或酸痛等现象,进而降低乘坐的舒适度,且随着生活质量的提升,座椅的舒适与否日渐成为人们购车时所关注的重点,故如何提供一个舒适的座椅配备,确实为目前所需解决的课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种改进的座椅结构,借由设计有一收折装置于椅座前端,提供使用者可将腿部伸展放置而获得较佳的舒适性。
为达到前述的创作目的,本实用新型所设计的改进的座椅结构,其包括有一椅座、一椅背以及一收折装置,其中:该椅座后端连接有该椅背,椅座前端连接有该收折装置;该收折装置具有一基座、一传动组件及至少一延伸架,该基座固定设置于椅座前端,该传动组件设置于基座上,且传动组件可驱动该延伸架相对于基座翻转并上升。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中该传动组件具有一减速机、一螺杆、一蜗轮及一大齿轮,该减速机可驱动该螺杆转动,该蜗轮与螺杆相互啮合,蜗轮一侧设有一小齿轮,该小齿轮与该大齿轮相互啮合,大齿轮中心突伸设有一枢轴,该枢轴连接于延伸架。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中该延伸架内部可依序相互容置有另一延伸架,该延伸架具有三个,延伸架的体积由内层至外层依序渐增,最外层的延伸架后端与大齿轮的枢轴相互固设。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中:该最外层的延伸架内设置有一外层伸缩组件,该外层伸缩组件具有一外层减速机、一外层螺杆及一外层螺帽,该外层减速机可驱动该外层螺杆转动,该外层螺帽套设于外层螺杆外侧,该外层螺帽固设于中层延伸架的后端部;该中层延伸架内设置有一中层伸缩组件,该中层伸缩组件具有一中层减速机、中层螺杆及一中层螺帽,该中层减速机可驱动该中层螺杆转动,该中层螺帽套设于中层螺杆外侧,该中层螺帽固设于内层延伸架的后端部。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中:该外层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨;该中层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨,中层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该中层延伸架的滑块嵌合于外层延伸架的滑轨;该内层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该内层延伸架的滑块嵌合于中层延伸架的滑轨。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中该内层延伸架前端设有一可翻转的脚踏板。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中:该内层延伸架内设置有一翻转组件,该翻转组件具有一内层减速机、一从动齿轮及一皮带,该内层减速机的输出轴设有一传动轮,该从动齿轮中心突伸设有一连接轴,该皮带环设于传动轮与从动齿轮外侧;该脚踏板两侧分别突伸有一定位片,一定位片与从动齿轮的连接轴相互固接,另一定位片枢接于内层延伸架前端。
所述的改进的座椅结构,其中该外层延伸架与该中层延伸架之间设置有一检测装置,该检测装置具有一电位器、一定位块及一齿条,该电位器设置于中层延伸架后端,且电位器一侧形成有一齿轮,该定位块设 置于中层延伸架的侧板上,定位块设有一可转动的杆体,该杆体两端分别设有一端齿轮,一端齿轮与电位器的齿轮相互啮合,该齿条设置于外层延伸架的侧板的内面,齿条与定位块的另一端齿轮相互啮合,另于中层延伸架与内层延伸架之间设置有一相同结构的检测装置。
本实用新型所提供的改进的座椅结构,可以获得的优点及功效增进至少包括:借由延伸架可相对于基座翻转而上升,脚踏板可相对于延伸架翻转,提供使用者坐于椅座时,腿部得以伸展并放置于延伸架上,且脚部得以抵靠于脚踏板上,借此,腿部与脚部分别由于延伸架与脚踏板的支撑而得以放松,另延伸架与脚踏板是以翻转方式进行展开使用与收折,可节省空间的使用,故适合装设于有限的车内空间中,有效防止人们于长程路途中,腿部因长时间弯曲而造成不适感,提供乘坐上具有较佳的舒适性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及2所示,本实用新型的改进的座椅结构,其包括有一椅座10,一椅背20以及一收折装置30,其中:
该椅座10后端连接有该椅背20,椅座10前端连接有该收折装置30;
该收折装置30具有一基座31、一传动组件32、至少一延伸架33及一脚踏板34,该基座31固定设置于椅座10前端,基座31一侧设置有该传动组件32,请配合参阅图3所示,该传动组件32具有一减速机321、一螺杆322、一蜗轮323及一大齿轮325,该减速机321可驱动该螺杆322转动,该蜗轮323与螺杆322相互啮合,蜗轮323一侧设有一小齿轮324,该小齿轮324与该大齿轮325相互啮合,大齿轮325中心突伸设有一枢轴326;
该延伸架33具有一后端部331及连接于该后端部331两侧的两平行侧板332,且延伸架33内部可依序相互容置有另一延伸架33A,图中所示的较佳实施例,该延伸架33具有三个,延伸架33的体积由内层至外层依序渐增,最外层的外层延伸架33的后端部331与大齿轮325的枢轴326相互固设,并于最外层的延伸架33内设置有一外层伸缩组件333,请配合参阅图4所示,该外层伸缩组件333具有一外层减速机334、一外 层螺杆335及一外层螺帽336,该外层减速机334设置于外层延伸架33的后端部331且可驱动该外层螺杆335转动,外层螺杆335平行于侧板332,该外层螺帽336套设于外层螺杆335外侧,且外层螺帽336固设于中层延伸架33A的后端部331A,另于外层延伸架33的两侧板332的内面设有滑轨337(如图2所示);
中层延伸架33A内设置有一中层伸缩组件333A,该中层伸缩组件333A具有一中层减速机334A、中层螺杆335A及一中层螺帽336A,该中层减速机334A设置于中层延伸架33A的后端部331A且可驱动该中层螺杆335A转动,中层螺杆335A平行于侧板332A,该中层螺帽336A套设于中层螺杆335A外侧,且中层螺帽336A固设于内层延伸架33B的后端部331B,另于中层延伸架33A的两侧板332A的内面设有滑轨337A,两侧板332A的外面设有滑块338A,该滑块338A嵌合于外层延伸架33的滑轨337;
请配合参阅图5所示,内层延伸架33B内设置有一翻转组件333B,该翻转组件333B具有一内层减速机334B、一从动齿轮335B及一皮带336B,该内层减速机334B设置于内层延伸架33B的后端部331B,内层减速机334B的输出轴设有一传动轮3341B,该从动齿轮335B设置于内层延伸架33B前端,且从动齿轮335B中心突伸设有一连接轴3351B,该连接轴3351B突伸位于内层延伸架33B的一侧,该皮带336B环设于传动轮3341B与从动齿轮335B外侧,另内层延伸架33B的两侧板332B的外面设有滑块338B,该滑块338B嵌合于中层延伸架33A的滑轨337A;
该脚踏板34底端的两侧分别突伸有一定位片341、341A,一定位片341与从动齿轮335B的连接轴3351B相互固接,另一定位片341A枢接于内层延伸架33B前端;
请参阅图4及6所示,进一步于外层延伸架33与中层延伸架33A之间设置有一检测装置40,该检测装置40具有一电位器41、一定位块42及一齿条43,该电位器41设置于中层延伸架33A的后端部331A,且电位器41一侧形成有一齿轮411,该定位块42设置于中层延伸架33A的侧板332A后端,定位块42上设有一可转动的杆体421,该杆体421两端分别设有一端齿轮422、422A,一端齿轮422与电位器41的齿轮411相互 啮合,该齿条43设置于外层延伸架33的侧板332的内面且平行于外层延伸架33的滑轨337,齿条43与定位块42的另一端齿轮422A相互啮合,另于中层延伸架33A与内层延伸架33B之间亦设置有一相同结构的检测装置40A。
请参阅图2及图7所示,于实际进行使用时,是驱动减速机321使螺杆322转动,以带动蜗轮323、小齿轮324以及大齿轮325转动,与大齿轮325的枢轴326固接的延伸架33被带动而可相对于基座31进行翻转而上升;
请参阅图4所示,驱动外层减速机334以带动外层螺杆335转动,外层螺帽336可相对于外层螺杆335前端位移,与外层螺帽336连接的中层延伸架33A被带动并以其所设的滑块338A相对于外层延伸架33的滑轨337滑移,进而使中层延伸架33A可突伸于外层延伸架33外侧;
请参阅图2所示,驱动中层减速机334A以带动中层螺杆335A转动,使中层螺帽336A可相对于中层螺杆335A前端位移,与中层螺帽336A连接的内层延伸架33B被带动并以其所设的滑块338B相对于中层延伸架33A的滑轨337A滑移,进而使内层延伸架33B可突伸于中层延伸架33A外侧;
请参阅图5所示,驱动内层减速机334B,内层减速机334B提供的动力借由皮带336B传递至从动齿轮335B,与从动齿轮335B的连接轴3351B固接的脚踏板34被带动而可相对于内层延伸架33B进行翻转。
请参阅图6所示,当中层延伸板33A相对于外层延伸板33滑移的同时,会带动与齿条43啮合的一端齿轮422A转动,进而带动与另一端齿轮422啮合的电位器41,电位器41的转动可改变其电阻大小,借由检测电阻值,便可明确得知是否已完成定位。
请参阅图7及8所示,延伸架33相对于基座31翻转并上升,各延伸架33、33A、33B之间为伸长状态,且脚踏板34相对于延伸架33B翻转,此时,使用者坐于椅座10上,其腿部得以伸展并放置于延伸架33、33A、33B上,且脚部得以抵靠于脚踏板34,提供乘坐上具有较佳的舒适度,另具翻转与伸缩功能的延伸架33、33A、33B与脚踏板34,可达到节省空间的实用功效。

Claims (11)

1.一种改进的座椅结构,其特征在于,包括有一椅座,一椅背以及一收折装置,其中:
该椅座后端连接有该椅背,椅座前端连接有该收折装置;
该收折装置具有一基座、一传动组件及至少一延伸架,该基座固定设置于椅座前端,该传动组件设置于基座上,且传动组件可驱动该延伸架相对于基座翻转并上升。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述传动组件具有一减速机、一螺杆、一蜗轮及一大齿轮,该减速机可驱动该螺杆转动,该蜗轮与螺杆相互啮合,蜗轮一侧设有一小齿轮,该小齿轮与该大齿轮相互啮合,大齿轮中心突伸设有一枢轴,该枢轴连接于延伸架。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述延伸架内部可依序相互容置有另一延伸架,该延伸架具有三个,延伸架的体积由内层至外层依序渐增,最外层的延伸架后端与大齿轮的枢轴相互固设。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:
该最外层的延伸架内设置有一外层伸缩组件,该外层伸缩组件具有一外层减速机、一外层螺杆及一外层螺帽,该外层减速机可驱动该外层螺杆转动,该外层螺帽套设于外层螺杆外侧,该外层螺帽固设于中层延伸架的后端部;
该中层延伸架内设置有一中层伸缩组件,该中层伸缩组件具有一中层减速机、中层螺杆及一中层螺帽,该中层减速机可驱动该中层螺杆转动,该中层螺帽套设于中层螺杆外侧,该中层螺帽固设于内层延伸架的后端部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:
该外层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨;
该中层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨,中层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该中层延伸架的滑块嵌合于外层延伸架的滑轨; 
该内层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该内层延伸架的滑块嵌合于中层延伸架的滑轨。
6.根据权利要求4所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:
该外层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨;
该中层延伸架的两侧板的内面设有滑轨,中层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该中层延伸架的滑块嵌合于外层延伸架的滑轨;
该内层延伸架的两侧板的外面设有滑块,该内层延伸架的滑块嵌合于中层延伸架的滑轨。
7.根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述内层延伸架前端设有一可翻转的脚踏板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的改进的座椅结构,其中:
该内层延伸架内设置有一翻转组件,该翻转组件具有一内层减速机、一从动齿轮及一皮带,该内层减速机的输出轴设有一传动轮,该从动齿轮中心突伸设有一连接轴,该皮带环设于传动轮与从动齿轮外侧;
该脚踏板两侧分别突伸有一定位片,一定位片与从动齿轮的连接轴相互固接,另一定位片枢接于内层延伸架前端。
9.根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述外层延伸架与该中层延伸架之间设置有一检测装置,该检测装置具有一电位器、一定位块及一齿条,该电位器设置于中层延伸架后端,且电位器一侧形成有一齿轮,该定位块设置于中层延伸架的侧板上,定位块设有一可转动的杆体,该杆体两端分别设有一端齿轮,一端齿轮与电位器的齿轮相互啮合,该齿条设置于外层延伸架的侧板的内面,齿条与定位块的另一端齿轮相互啮合,另于中层延伸架与内层延伸架之间设置有一相同结构的检测装置。
10.根据权利要求7所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述外层延伸架与该中层延伸架之间设置有一检测装置,该检测装置具有一电位器、一定位块及一齿条,该电位器设置于中层延伸架后端,且电位器一侧形成有一齿轮,该定位块设置于中层延伸架的侧板上,定位块设有一可转动的杆体,该杆体两端分别设有一端齿轮,一端齿轮与电位器的齿 轮相互啮合,该齿条设置于外层延伸架的侧板的内面,齿条与定位块的另一端齿轮相互啮合,另于中层延伸架与内层延伸架之间设置有一相同结构的检测装置。
11.根据权利要求8所述的改进的座椅结构,其特征在于:所述外层延伸架与该中层延伸架之间设置有一检测装置,该检测装置具有一电位器、一定位块及一齿条,该电位器设置于中层延伸架后端,且电位器一侧形成有一齿轮,该定位块设置于中层延伸架的侧板上,定位块设有一可转动的杆体,该杆体两端分别设有一端齿轮,一端齿轮与电位器的齿轮相互啮合,该齿条设置于外层延伸架的侧板的内面,齿条与定位块的另一端齿轮相互啮合,另于中层延伸架与内层延伸架之间设置有一相同结构的检测装置。
