本实用新型涉及一种折叠式床上用椅，属于生活用品。本实用新型包括靠背、座垫，靠背下端部与底座通过活动轴连接，底座前端设有设有座垫，底座后端设有卡槽，支架一端通过轴与靠背连接，另一端置于卡槽内。本实用新型在底座上设计不同的齿状卡槽，因此可以根据舒适度调节身体的倾斜角度，方便灵活；靠背，靠枕及座垫上均设计海绵垫，舒适，能够有效抵抗疲劳；整个靠椅，都采用活动结构设计，可以折叠，可以移动，使用方便，适合医院和家庭等使用。本实用新型具有很高的使用价值，是医用床和老人椅性能相结合的一次改进，产品新颖，易于加工，成本低，易于推广。

背景技术
在日常生活中，目前有可调倾斜角度的医院用病床，汽车、飞机上的可调座椅，家庭用的老人椅等，深受人们欢迎。但是它们都是支撑在地上，或固定于地面，不可移动，更不能放在床上，不能满足卧床疗养、休息的病人或身体不适者的需求，在一定程度上都受到了很大的限制。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种舒适的，独立的，折叠式的，使用方便的折叠式床上用椅。 
技术解决方案 
本实用新型包括靠背、座垫，靠背下端部与底座通过轴连接，底座前端设有设有座垫，底座后端设有卡槽，支架一端通过活动轴与靠背连接，另一端置于卡槽内。 
所述靠背上端部设有靠枕。 
本实用新型比现有技术优点在于： 
(1).本实用新型的底座，支架，靠背，靠枕，座垫构成，各处均用轴或键连接，方便灵活，可以移动，而并非固定于地面或其他地方，更能满足卧床疗养、休息的病人，身体不适者或老年人的需求。 
(2).本实用新型在底座上设计不同的齿状卡槽，因此可以根据舒适度调节身体的倾斜角度，方便灵活。 
(3).本实用新型的靠背，靠枕及座垫上均设计海绵垫，舒适，能够有效抵抗疲劳。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是包括：靠枕1，靠背2，座垫3，支架4及底座6，靠枕1与靠背2用销7固定连接；靠背2两侧与支架4用轴8连接；靠背2、座垫3与底座6用活动轴9固定连接；在底座6中部对称设置有齿状卡槽5，可以随时调节靠背2的倾斜角度，使用方便；同时靠 枕1、靠背2及座垫3上均设计海绵垫，舒适，有效抵抗疲劳；支架4及底座6均采用钢管结构设计，既减轻重量又节省材料。

1.一种折叠式床上用椅，包括靠背(2)、座垫(3)，其特征在于，靠背(2)下端部与底座(6)通过活动轴(9)连接，底座(6)前端设有设有座垫(3)，底座(6)后端设有卡槽(5)，支架(4)一端通过轴与靠背(2)连接，另一端置于卡槽(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式床上用椅，其特征在于，靠背(2)上端部设有靠枕(1)。
