Abstract

背景技术
由于整体式椅背显示器具有高成本和复杂性,并且不能在这种显示器上进行计算或者不能容易地升级到更新型,航空公司正转向平板计算机,因为他们具有计算能力、无线连接性、较长的电池寿命、便携性、轻重量和较薄的外型。可以在飞行过程中使用平板计算机用于上网冲浪、观看电影、电子阅读器和其他用途中的每件事情。
与显示器由其连接的键盘底座可调地支撑的笔记本计算机不同,平板计算机基本上是没有任何类型的集成台架的平面显示器,因此,在使用过程中通常需要被支撑。为了将其用在交通工具例如飞机上,有利的是有一个用于平板计算机的支座。例如,有用的是,具有可释放地连接到例如座椅靠背的支撑表面上的支座,使得就座的乘客不需要拿着该平板计算机或搭建临时支座就可以浏览平板计算机。如果支座使得平板计算机的角度能被调整,以提供适当的浏览角度并适应座椅靠背的后仰,也是有用的。支座还可用于在不使用时或在滑行、起飞、降落期间装载平板计算机。
发明内容
因此,一方面,本发明提供一种用于平板计算机的支座,其被配置成用于保持平板计算机以便进行不用手持的观看。
另一方面,支座配置成可释放地将平板计算机连接到例如飞机座椅靠背的支撑表面上。
在又一方面,支座使得其安装的平板计算机的浏览角度能被调整。
在又一方面,支座使得已安装的平板计算机的角度能相对于后仰的座椅靠背调整。
在又一方面,支座使平板计算机安全地装载在就座的乘客可触及的范围内。
在又一方面,支座对平板计算机充电并将该平板计算机连接到通讯网络。
为了实现上述以及其它的方面和优点,在第一实施例中,本发明提供了一种用于平板计算机的支座,其包括托架和框架,托架被配置成可释放地接合在座椅靠背凹穴中;框架可枢转地连接到托架上,所述框架被配置成将已被安装的平板计算机牢固地保持在其中,并使平板计算机显露出来以便观看和使用,框架被配置成能相对于托架枢转,以调整已安装的平板计算机相对于座椅靠背的浏览角度。
托架可包括第一部分和释放杆,第一部分成形为坐放在座椅靠背凹穴的凸缘上,释放杆能相对于所述第一部分运动,其中,释放杆沿朝向所述第一部分的方向可压缩,使得当托架接合在座椅靠背凹穴中时竖向地压缩,而当从座椅靠背凹穴中被移除时竖向地膨胀。释放杆和所述第一部分可一起形成V形弹簧。

参考图1和图2,总体上以附图标记10示出了用于平板计算机的支座的第一实施例。支座10被配置为牢固且可释放地保持任何尺寸的平板计算机或显示器,该平板计算机或显示器总体上以附图标记12示出。合适的平板计算机的例子包括Kindle平板和其它平板计算机。平板计算机12优选被保持在支座10中,使得支座与平板计算机框架的一部分重叠,但不妨碍任何屏幕或阻碍访问平板计算机控制按钮。支座10可以被配置为保持平板计算机12,使得平板计算机在不用工具或不拆卸掉部分支座的情况下不能被移除;或可以被配置为在不使用工具或不拆卸掉部分支座的情况下释放平板计算机。例如,平板计算机12可以从上面滑进支座10中。
支座10通常包括框架14和后托架16,框架使安装好的平板计算机12显露出来以便观看/使用,后托架接合座椅靠背或其他支撑表面以保持平板计算机12以便不用手持地观看。框架14被配置为用于相对于后托架16枢转运动以使平板计算机12的角度能被调整。在支座10可释放地连接到后仰的座椅靠背的应用中,随着向前定位的座椅靠背后仰,框架14的角度可由就座的乘客进行调整(例如倾斜)。
框架14具有足够的深度,并具有距离托架16足够的间隙,使得框架能相对于托架枢转。框架14可具有例如大约30度的枢转运动范围。如图所示,框架14相对于托架16绕诸如铰链18的枢轴点枢转。支座10可以由任何材料构成,但优选由例如铝、塑料等耐用、轻质材料构成。支座10的座椅靠背接合部可包括衬垫42,所述衬垫用于紧配合地与座椅靠背接合,并能减少传递给平板计算机12的振动。
如图所示的框架14是三面的,其限定了有敞开面的套筒,平板计算机12从上面滑动到该套筒中。正如上文所述,框架14可以基本上连续地围绕平板计算机12的周边以防止平板计算机从侧部、上方或下方从框架退出,或者可在少于平板计算机12的基本上全部周边的范围内覆盖所述平板计算机,使得平板计算机可以从一个方向取出。例如,框架14可以覆盖平板计算机12的角部和/或侧部的一部分。如图1所示,可沿框架14的侧部提供开口20,以使平板计算机12的按钮、控制、插头、端口等未被覆盖以便于访问它们。
在一个示例性实施例中,框架14可以包括前对半部分和后对半部分,它们分开以将平板计算机12装载在框架中以及固定在一起以将平板计算机锁定在框架内。框架14的其它部分可以是可被移除的以将平板计算机12安装在框架内。框架14优选根据被保持的平板计算机的尺寸定制以用于安全目的并防止平板计算机和框架之间的运动。
参考图2和图3,为了可释放地将支座10连接/安装到座椅靠背上,后托架16的第一部分40坐放在被限定在座椅靠背26中的凹穴24的凸缘22上。座椅靠背26可包括凹穴插入件28,所述凹穴插入件的形状被构造成可释放地接合托架16,以使托架恰当且牢固地在座椅靠背上保持就位,并通过托架的动作释放托架16。如图所示,该托架包括用于从座椅靠背释放支座10的释放杆30。托架16坐放在所述凸缘22上,并且部分地位于凹穴24内,以防止支座10在被安装和“锁定”时相对于座椅靠背在向后的方向上退出。释放杆30限定了突起32,所述突起当被正确安装时接收在凹穴插入件28或凹穴24的顶部中的凹部34内。
在正确的安装位置中,托架16坐放在所述凸缘22上,并且释放杆30被向下压缩。释放杆30和托架16的其它部分一起形成在竖直方向上可压缩的V形弹簧,使得被压缩的释放杆朝凹穴插入件28或凹穴24的顶部的方向被向上偏压。托架16与所述凸缘22的接合、所述突起32与所述凹部34接合和弹簧力的协同作用将托架16保持在凹穴24或凹穴插入件28内。为了从凹穴24中释放支座10,释放杆30朝地板方向被向下压以将突起32从它们各自的凹部34中移除。通过使托架16正确地坐放在所述凸缘22上并朝座椅靠背26的方向移动释放杆30,直到所述突起32接合在各自的凹部34中并且支座10“锁定”在适当的地方而实现安装。突起32和凹部34(或槽)可具有互补的形状,以防止它们之间的移动并防止支座10从座椅靠背26上无意地移除。
托架16可被本领域技术人员很容易地修改,使得支架10能固定到其他结构上。
参考图4,总体上以附图标记50示出了用于平板计算机的支座的第二实施例。在第二实施例中,释放杆30相对于托架16坐放在所述凸缘22上的部分枢转。为了致动从座椅靠背上的释放,释放杆30被向下压向地板,以将突起32从互补的槽或凹部中移除。同第一实施例一样,框架14枢转地连接到托架16,使得托架相对于支撑表面(例如座椅靠背)固定,但是框架能相对于座椅靠背枢转,以调整已安装的平板计算机的浏览角度。
在另一个实施例中,将支座可释放地锁定到座椅靠背上的托架还可以额外地连接到座椅靠背中的电源从而为平板计算机供电/充电。电源线可铺设在托架16内。托架16还可相对于框架14枢转以在自立的位置支撑平板计算机12。因此,该支架还起到台座的的作用。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于平板计算机的座椅靠背支座,包括:
托架,所述托架被配置成可释放地接合在座椅靠背凹穴中;和
框架,所述框架可枢转地连接到托架上,所述框架被配置成将已被安装的平板计算机牢固地保持在该框架中,并且使平板计算机显露出来以便于观看和使用,所述框架被配置成能相对于托架枢转,以调整已被安装的平板计算机相对于座椅靠背的浏览角度,
其中,托架包括第一部分和释放杆,所述第一部分成形为坐放在座椅靠背凹穴的凸缘上,所述释放杆能相对于所述第一部分运动,所述释放杆能沿朝向所述第一部分的方向压缩,使得托架当接合在座椅靠背凹穴中时竖向压缩,而当从座椅靠背凹穴中移除时竖向膨胀,所述托架通过由压缩的托架产生的压缩力而被保持在所述座椅靠背凹穴的凸缘和座椅靠背凹穴的顶部表面的下侧之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅靠背支座,其中,所述释放杆和所述第一部分一起形成V形弹簧。
