Abstract
本发明涉及一种动力传输装置,包括:基座、输出构件及驱动构件,所述基座内设有收容腔;所述输出构件包括螺杆、可动套设于螺杆一端的螺母及固定套设于螺杆另一端的齿轮,所述螺母与一动力接收构件相连,至少一弹性垫片套置于螺杆的与齿轮连接的部位,所述齿轮收容于所述收容腔内;所述驱动构件包括一蜗杆伸入所述收容腔内并与所述齿轮啮合,当所述驱动构件驱动所述齿轮与螺杆旋转时,所述螺母沿螺杆轴线方向运动从而带动动力接收构件相对基座运动。本发明的动力传输装置,由于在齿轮与螺杆的连接处使用直径较大的弹性垫片,可极大的提高齿轮与螺杆之间的轴向抗拉脱能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力传输装置。
背景技术
为了适合不同的人群,汽车通常采用电动座椅调节装置,以便乘坐人员可根据自身的身体特征来调节座椅的高度或前后位调节置。
通常,电动座椅调节装置包括一螺杆、一套设于螺杆上的可相对螺杆旋转的螺母及一固定套设于螺杆上的齿轮,螺母与汽车座椅相连,齿轮设置于齿轮箱内并与一驱动装置的蜗杆相啮合。当齿轮受驱动装置驱动时,齿轮和螺杆一起旋转,螺母沿螺杆运动从而调节座椅的高度或前后位置。通常,齿轮由塑料制成,并直接注塑到螺杆上,当螺杆承受较大拉力时,如车祸发生时螺杆将承受非常大的轴向拉力,齿轮容易被破坏从而使得螺杆脱离齿轮。然而,为了保障危急情况下尤其是车祸发生时乘坐人员的人身安全,通常要求在极限轴向力下螺杆也不能脱离齿轮。
发明内容
本发明解决现有的技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种动力传输装置,其包括:基座、输出构件及驱动构件,所述基座内设有收容腔,所述输出构件包括螺杆及固定套设于螺杆一端的齿轮,所述齿轮收容于所述收容腔内,所述驱动构件包括一蜗杆伸入所述收容腔内并与所述齿轮啮合,所述动力传输装置还包括至少一弹性垫片套置于所述螺杆的与齿轮连接的连接部且被包裹于齿轮内。
本发明进一步的改进是:所述弹性垫片为N片,每一弹性垫片开设有一U形开口以供所述螺杆穿设,所述弹性垫片的U形开口相互间呈360/N度角分布,N为大于1的整数。
本发明进一步的改进是:所述动力传输装置还包括一可动套设于螺杆另一端的螺母,所述螺母与一动力接收构件相连,当所述驱动构件驱动所述齿轮与螺杆旋转时,所述螺母沿螺杆轴线方向运动从而带动动力接收构件相对基座运动。
本发明进一步的改进是:所述动力接收构件为一汽车座椅电动调节系统。
本发明所举实施例具有的有益效果是:由于在齿轮与螺杆的连接处使用弹性垫片,从而可提高齿轮与螺杆之间的轴向抗拉脱能力。概括地讲,本发明能够在不增加太多成本和结构复杂性的同时,极大地提高系统安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
请参阅图1与图2,依据本发明一实施例的动力传输装置包括:基座10、输出构件30及驱动构件50。所述基座10内设有一收容腔12。所述输出构件30包括螺杆32、可动套设于螺杆32一端的螺母34及固定套设于螺杆30另一端的齿轮36,所述齿轮36收容于所述收容腔12内,通常,所述齿轮36由塑料制成并可直接注塑于螺杆32上。所述驱动构件50包括一马达52及一固定于马达输出转轴的蜗杆54,所述蜗杆54伸入至所述收容腔12内并与所述齿轮36啮合。所述螺母34与一动力接收构件如汽车座椅电动调节系统(图未示)相固定,当所述马达52通过蜗杆54驱动所述齿轮36与螺杆32旋转时,所述螺母34沿螺杆32轴线方向运动从而驱动汽车座椅相对基座10运动,实现调节所述汽车座椅相对基座10位置的目的。
请参阅图3A至图3C,所述动力传输装置还包括四片弹性垫片38套置于螺杆32的与齿轮36连接的连接部,所述连接部的外周设有一环形凹槽从而使得在连接部处形成一外径小于相邻部分的颈部32a,每一弹性垫片38开设一U形开口38a以供所述螺杆32穿设,所述弹性垫片38的U形开口38a沿以螺杆32轴线为中心线的圆周对称分布,在本实施例中,所述弹性垫片38的U形开口38a相互间呈90度角分布。在本实施例中,螺杆32的直径为7mm,齿轮36的直径为30mm,弹性垫片38的直径为22.5mm。成形时,先将弹性垫片38套置于螺杆32的颈部32a,再通过嵌件成型技术成型所述齿轮36于螺杆32的连接部,所述弹性垫片38被包裹于所述齿轮36的内部,连接齿轮36与螺杆32,由于所述弹性垫片38的表面积较大,从而相对现有技术的将齿轮直接成型于螺杆,可极大的提高齿轮36与螺杆32之间的轴向抗拉脱能力,也就是说,当螺杆32承受较大的轴向拉力时,所述齿轮36不易被破坏,从而牢固地维持螺杆32与齿轮36间的连接。
请参阅图4A与图4B,作为本发明的另一实施方式,所述动力传输装置包括两片弹性垫片38套置于螺杆32的与齿轮36连接的连接部,所述弹性垫片38的U形开口38a相互间呈180度角分布。
请参阅图5A与图5B,作为本发明的再一实施方式,所述动力传输装置包括三片弹性垫片38套置于螺杆32的与齿轮36连接的连接部,所述弹性垫片38的U形开口38a相互间呈120度角分布。
可以理解地,上述实施例中的弹性垫片38可以为N片,所述弹性垫片38的U形开口38a相互间呈360/N度角分布,N为大于等于1的整数。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种动力传输装置,包括基座、输出构件及驱动构件,所述基座内设有收容腔,所述输出构件包括螺杆及成型于螺杆一端的齿轮,所述齿轮收容于所述收容腔内,所述驱动构件包括一蜗杆伸入所述收容腔内并与所述齿轮啮合,其特征在于:所述螺杆的与齿轮连接的连接部形成一外径小于相邻部分的颈部,所述动力传输装置还包括至少一弹性垫片,每一弹性垫片开设有一U形开口以套置于所述颈部,所述弹性垫片被包裹于所述齿轮内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片为N片,每一弹性垫片开设有一U形开口以供所述螺杆穿设,所述弹性垫片的U形开口相互间呈360/N度角分布,N为大于1的整数。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于,所述N个弹性垫片叠置在一起。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片为两片,所述弹性垫片的U形开口相互间呈180度角分布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片为三片,所述弹性垫片的U形开口相互间呈120度角分布。
6.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片为四片,所述弹性垫片的U形开口相互间呈90度角分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,特征在于,所述齿轮通过注塑成型于所述螺杆的连接部与弹性垫片外侧。
8.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述驱动构件还包括一驱动马达,所述蜗杆与所述马达的输出轴相固定。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述动力传输装置还包括一可动套设于螺杆另一端的螺母,所述螺母与一动力接收构件相连,当所述驱动构件驱动所述齿轮与螺杆旋转时,所述螺母沿螺杆轴线方向运动从而带动动力接收构件相对基座运动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力传输装置,其特征在于:所述动力接收构件为一汽车座椅电动调节系统。
