Abstract
Description
1.予め切断されたフレーム層は、フレーム上面層としてラミネートステーションに移送される。
2.ウェブフレームホルダ上の接着剤を有する層4は、ラミネートステーションに移送され、圧力/熱が加えられ、ウェブフレームホルダは除去される。
3.工程2は、層3,層2,層1の順番に繰り返される。
4.予め切断されたフレーム底面層は、積み重ねたものに対してラミネートされる。
フレーム層は、ロータリーダイカッターで予め切断してもよい。各々新しい層が前の層にしっかりと接着するように、ラミネートステーションは、接着性の中間層を予め硬化させるために、加熱機能を有していてもよい。ラミネート後、カートリッジを積み重ねたもののシート全体は、最終的な完全硬化及びダイカッターによる単体化のために硬化ステーションに移送することができる。

Claims (20)
- 変形可能なポリマー装置で使用する、模様を有する変形可能なポリマーフィルムを製造するプロセスであって、
前記プロセスは、
変形可能なフィルムとプロセス工具との間に中間層を配置し、
前記変形可能なフィルムの第1面に少なくとも1つの電極を形成するために、インクを塗布することによって前記変形可能なフィルムに前記少なくとも1つの電極を印刷し、印刷プロセス後、前記中間層により、前記プロセス工具から前記変形可能なフィルムの取り外しができるようにする
ことを特徴とする変形可能なポリマー装置で使用する、模様を有する変形可能なポリマーフィルムを製造するプロセス。 - 前記インクは、スクリーン印刷、パッド印刷、グラビア印刷、インクジェット印刷、フレキソ印刷、及びエアロゾルジェット印刷からなるグループから選択された1つによって塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記中間層は、加工された面、除去可能なライナー、柔軟な層、及び変形可能な層からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記加工された面は、パーチメント紙、テクスチャ面、ノンスティック面、スクリーンメッシュ、及びポリマーシートからなるグループから選択された1つの面であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記変形可能な層は、発泡材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記変形可能な層は、複数のキャビティを備え、
前記キャビティは、スクリーン印刷中の領域の圧力を変更できるようにし、前記プロセスは、予め歪ませた前記変形可能なフィルムの第1面で深さを変えてインクを塗布することをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロセス。 - 前記変形可能なポリマーフィルムは電場応答性ポリマーフィルムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- エラストマー材料の供給部から前記エラストマー材料の変形可能なフィルムを前進させる工程と、
前記エラストマー材料の供給と連続する予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分を作るために、前記変形可能なフィルムを機械的に歪ませる工程と、
前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分が支持部分と非支持部分を有するように、前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分を支持する工程と、
前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分の前記非支持部分の第1面に少なくとも1つの第1電極を作るためにインクを塗布する工程と、
前記第1電極とは反対側の前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分の前記非支持部分の第2側に少なくとも1つの第2電極を作るためにインクを塗布し、電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの少なくとも第1部分を完成させる少なくとも1つの対向する電極ペアを形成する工程と、
電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの前記第1部分を集める工程と
をさらに有する請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記変形可能なフィルムと連続する予め歪ませた第2のフィルム部分を作るために、前記変形可能なフィルムを機械的に歪ませる工程と、
前記予め歪ませた第2のフィルム部分が支持部分と非支持部分を有するように、前記予め歪ませた第2のフィルム部分を支持する工程と、
前記予め歪ませた第2のフィルム部分の前記非支持部分の第1面に少なくとも1つの第1電極を作るためにインクを塗布する工程と、
電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの第2部分を集める工程と
をさらに有する請求項8に記載のプロセス。 - 前記電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分を積み重ねるか、またはラミネートする工程をさらに有する請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 出力バー、フレーム、または屈曲部からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの構造的構成要素を取り付ける工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記エラストマー材料のフィルムは、前記フィルムの近くの縁と遠くの縁のそれぞれに第1及び第2のベルト部材を備え、
各ベルト部材は、前記フィルムのヤング率よりもはるかに大きなヤング率を有する材料を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。 - 前記第1及び第2のベルト部材は、有孔ベルト部材を備え、穴開けローラは、前記フィルムを機械的に歪ませるために使用されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記エラストマー材料のフィルムは、前記前進するフィルムの移動方向に対する横方向、前記前進するフィルムの移動方向に対して平行な方向、横方向及び平行な方向に等しい方向、または横方向及び平行な方向を組み合わせた方向と異なる方向からなるグループから選択された方向に機械的に実質的に歪まされていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フィルムは、ステップで前進することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの前記第1部分を集める工程は、前記電場応答性ポリマーフィルムのロールを形成するために、複数の部分の前記電場応答性ポリマーフィルムを巻くことを有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 少なくとも2ロールの電場応答性ポリマーフィルムをラミネートステーションに供給する工程と、
多層になった電場応答性ポリマーアクチュエータ装置を組み立てるために、フレーム、出力バー、及び屈曲部からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つを、前記電場応答性ポリマーフィルムの少なくとも第1層に取り付ける工程と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のプロセス。 - 前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分を支持する工程は、前記予め歪ませた第1のフィルム部分に支持層を取り付ける工程を有することを特徴とする請求項8ないし17のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記予め歪ませた電場応答性ポリマーは、100MPa以下の弾性係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリマーは、シリコン、ポリウレタン、アクリレート、炭化水素ゴム、オレフィン共重合体、ポリビニリデンフルオライド共重合体、フルオロエラストマースチレン共重合体、及び接着性エラストマーからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
