Claims (7)
- シート状のエラストマー材料からなる少なくとも1つの本体と、
本体の第1部分を支持物に取り付けるための取付け手段と、
第1部分からある距離において本体の第2部分に接合されて、取付け手段と可動手段との間にある本体の第3部分を伸ばすために可動である可動手段とを有する位置センサであって、
対向する第1表面と第2表面が第3部分に設けられ、
第1電極が第1表面上に形成され、
第2電極が第2表面上に形成される
ことを特徴とする位置センサ。 - 本体の第4部分を支持物に取り付けるための第2取付け手段であって、可動手段が第1取付け手段と第2取付け手段との間に位置している、第2取付け手段と、
可動手段と第2取付け手段との間にある本体の第5部分の上に備えられている、対向する第3表面と第4表面と、
第3表面上の第3電極と、
第4表面上の第4電極と
をさらに含み、
可動手段は、第5部分を引き伸ばすと共に第3部分の引き伸ばし度合いを減少させ、また第3部分を引き伸ばすと共に第5部分の引き伸ばし度合いを減少させるように可動であることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の位置センサ。 - 第1表面および第2表面が波形になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置センサ。
- 第1、第2、第3、第4表面が波形になっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の位置センサ。
- 電極がパターン化されて第3部分の引き伸ばしを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置センサ。
- 電極がパターン化されて第3部分と第5部分の引き伸ばしを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の位置センサ。
- 共通の可動手段を有する請求項1、3、または5に記載の2つの位置センサを含むことを特徴とする位置センサ・システム。
