Description
Claims (14)
- 電気活性高分子層と、
前記電気活性高分子層の第1の側に配置された伸縮性電極構造と、
前記電気活性高分子層の第2の側に配置されたカウンター電極層と、
前記電気活性高分子層の前記第1の側に固定された不動態層であって、前記アクチュエータを基板に固定するための支持層を形成する不動態層と、を有し、
前記伸縮性電極構造は、前記電気活性高分子層の接線弾性係数YEAPよりも小さいか、又は、ほぼ等しい接線弾性係数Yelを持ち、
前記カウンター電極層の接線弾性係数Ycと前記電気活性高分子層の接線弾性係数YEAPとの比Yc/YEAPは、少なくとも10である、アクチュエータ。 - 前記カウンター電極層は、全ての接線方向において機械的に一様である、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記電気活性高分子層は、アクリル、ポリ[スチレン−b−(エチレン−co−ブチレン)−b−スチレン]、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル、及び、シリコンを含むグループから選択される材料を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記伸縮性電極構造は、カーボンブラック、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、ポリアニリン、ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)を含むグループから選択される材料を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記カウンター電極層は、光反射面を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記カウンター電極層の前記光反射面は、前記アクチュエータの外面である、請求項5記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記カウンター電極層は、金属化された高分子薄膜を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記カウンター電極層の厚さは、最大でも10μmである、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層は、全ての接線方向において機械的に一様である、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層は、少なくとも1つのキャビティを含む、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層の厚さは、前記電気活性高分子層の厚さより大きいか、又は、ほぼ等しい、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層は、軟質エラストマーを有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記カウンター電極層は、前記アクチュエータの外面を形成する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1記載のアクチュエータを製造する方法であって、
複数の副積層板への前記アクチュエータの分割を定めるステップと、
少なくとも1つが硬化重合体を有する前記複数の副積層板を供給するステップと、
前記アクチュエータを形成するために、前記複数の副積層板を合わせるステップと、を有する、方法。
