Claims (8)
- 電気活性高分子層と、
前記電気活性高分子層の両側に配置された伸縮性電極構造と、
前記伸縮性電極構造の1つに固定された不動態層と、を有し、
前記伸縮性電極構造は、前記電気活性高分子層の接線弾性係数YEAPよりも小さいか、又は、等しい接線弾性係数Yel,1,Yel,2を持ち、
前記不動態層は、アクチュエータの引っ張りによって弾性的に変形可能であり、全ての接線方向において機械的に一様であり、且つ、光反射外面を持ち、前記光反射外面は、前記不動態層に作られたテクスチャードパターン上に配置され、前記テクスチャードパターンの少なくとも1つの幾何学的特性は、前記不動態層の変形によって可変である、前記アクチュエータ。 - 前記不動態層は、前記伸縮性電極構造の1つに直接固定される、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層の厚さdpは、前記電気活性高分子層の厚さdEAPよりも大きいか、又は、等しい、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層の接線弾性係数Ypと前記電気活性高分子層の接線弾性係数YEAPとの比Yp/YEAPは、最大でも1.1である、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層は、最大でも0.5MPaの接線弾性係数Ypを持つ、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記電気活性高分子層は、アクリル、ポリ[スチレン−b−(エチレン−co−ブチレン)−b−スチレン]、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル、及び、シリコンを含むグループから選択される材料を有する、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記光反射外面は、前記不動態層に固定された少なくとも1つの金属化された高分子薄膜によって形成される、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記不動態層の厚さdpは、10μm乃至5mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
