本发明还可包含抗微生物活性物质的组合。在本发明中,抗微生物活性物质的组合可选自由以下组合组成的组:羟甲辛吡酮和吡啶硫酮锌、松焦油和硫、水杨酸和吡啶硫酮锌、水杨酸和新康唑、吡啶硫酮锌和新康唑、吡啶硫酮锌和咪菌酮、羟甲辛吡酮和咪菌酮、水杨酸和羟甲辛吡酮、以及它们的混合物。
在本发明中,组合物可包含有效量的含锌层状材料。在本发明中,组合物可包含按组合物的总重量计约0.001%至约10%、或约0.01%至约7%、或约0.1%至约5%的含锌层状材料。
含锌层状物质可为主要在二维平面上具有晶体生长的那些。常规上将层状结构描述为不仅其中所有原子均掺入良好限定的层中的那些,而且其中在层之间存在称为隧道离子(A.F.Wells,“Structural Inorganic Chemistry”Clarendon Press,1975)的离子或分子的那些。含锌层状物质(ZLM)可具有掺入层中的锌和/或可作为隧道离子的组分。以下类别的ZLM代表了总类别中相对常见的示例,并且不旨在对范围更广的符合此定义的材料作出限制。
许多ZLM在自然界以矿物的形式出现。在本发明中,ZLM可选自:水锌矿(碳酸锌氢氧化物)、碱式碳酸锌、绿铜锌矿(碳酸锌铜氢氧化物)、斜方绿铜锌矿(碳酸铜锌氢氧化物)、以及它们的混合物。相关的含锌矿物质也可被包含组合物中。天然ZLM也可存在,其中阴离子层物质诸如粘土型矿物质(例如页硅酸盐)含有离子交换的锌隧道离子。所有这些天然物质也可通过合成获得,或在组合物中或在生产过程期间原位形成。
另一种通常但不总是合成获得的常见类别ZLM为层状二元氢氧化物。在本发明中,ZLM可为符合式[M2+ 1-xM3+ x(OH)2]x+Am- x/m·nH2O的层状二元氢氧化物,其中一些或所有的二价离子(M2+)为锌离子(Crepaldi,EL,Pava,PC,Tronto,J,Valim,JB J.ColloidInterfac.Sci.2002,248,429-42)。

在本发明中,毛发护理组合物可包含阳离子表面活性剂。
液体洗去型毛发护理组合物可包含一个或多个相。此类毛发护理组合物可包含清洁相和/或有益相(即单相或多相组合物)。清洁相或有益相中的每一种可包含多种组分。清洁相和有益相可共混、分离、或它们的组合。清洁相和有益相还可为图案化的(例如条纹状的)。
毛发护理组合物的清洁相可包含至少一种表面活性剂。清洁相可为含水结构化表面活性剂相,并且按毛发护理组合物的重量计占约5%至约20%。此类结构化表面活性剂相可包括十三烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,在下文称为STnS,其中n可定义乙氧基化的平均摩尔数。n可在例如约0至约3、约0.5至约2.7、约1.1至约2.5、约1.8至约2.2的范围内,或者n可为约2。如美国授权前公布2010/009285 A1号中所公开的,当n可小于3时,STnS可提供改善的稳定性、有益剂在毛发护理组合物内的改善的相容性、以及增加的组合物温和性。

毛发护理组合物可任选地不含月桂基硫酸钠(下文称为SLS),并且可包含至少70%的层状结构。然而,清洁相可包含至少一种表面活性剂,其中该至少一种表面活性剂包括SLS。SLS的合适的示例描述于美国授权前公布2010/0322878 A1号中。

洗去型调理剂组合物
本文所述的调理剂组合物包含总量为0.0001%至约2%的恶臭减少材料和硫MORV>3的一种或多种恶臭减少材料;b)约0.01%至约10%的硫;以及约0.1%至约10%的阳离子表面活性剂或阳离子表面活性剂与含水载体的混合物。调理剂组合物还可包含调理剂凝胶基质和第二含水载体,该调理剂凝胶基质包含部分或全部阳离子表面活性剂,而调理剂凝胶网络还可包含一种或多种高熔点脂肪族化合物(即脂肪醇)。
调理剂组合物的调理剂凝胶基质包括阳离子表面活性剂或阳离子表面活性剂体系。阳离子表面活性剂体系可选自:单长链烷基季铵化铵盐;单长链烷基季铵化铵盐和二长链烷基季铵化铵盐的组合;单长链烷基酰胺基胺盐;单长链烷基酰胺基胺盐和二长链烷基季铵化铵盐的组合,单长链烷基酰胺基胺盐和单长链烷基季铵化铵盐的组合。阳离子表面活性剂体系能够以按重量计约0.1%至约10%、约0.5%至约8%、约0.8%至约5%、以及约1.0%至约4%的水平包含在组合物中。

附加组分

测试方法
恶臭减少材料可通过包括GC-MS和/或NMR的分析方法从混合物(包括但不限于成品,诸如消费品)中分离并识别。
测定饱和蒸气压的测试方法(25℃时的VP)
计算所测试的香料混合物中每种香料原料(PRM)的饱和蒸气压(VP)值。使用购自Advanced Chemistry Development Inc.(ACD/Labs)(Toronto,Canada)的VP计算模型(VPComputational Model)版本14.02(Linux)计算单个PRM的VP,以提供25℃时的VP值,以单位托表示。ACD/Labs的蒸气压模型是ACD/Labs模型套件的一部分。
测定辛醇/水分配系数的对数(ClogP)的测试方法
计算所测试香料混合物中每种PRM的辛醇/水分配系数的对数值(logP)。使用购自Advanced Chemistry Development Inc.(ACD/Labs)(Toronto,Canada)的Consensus logP计算模型(Consensus logP Computational Model)版本14.02(Linux)计算单个PRM的ClogP,以提供无量纲的logP值。ACD/Labs的Consensus logP Computational Model是ACD/Labs模型套件的一部分。
产生分子描述符的测试方法
为了实施本文所述计算值测试方法中涉及的计算,所需的起始信息包括所测试香料中每种PRM的标识、重量百分比和摩尔百分比,作为该香料的一部分,其中香料组合物中所有PRM包括在计算中。另外,对于那些PRM中的每一种,还需要分子结构和各种计算得出的分子描述符的值,如根据本文所述的产生分子描述符的测试方法所测得的。
对于香料混合物或组合物中的每种PRM,使用其分子结构计算各种分子描述符。分子结构由分子结构图示确定,其由American Chemical Society,Columbus,Ohio,U.S.A.的一个部门Chemical Abstract Service(“CAS”)提供。可在CAS化学品注册系统(CASChemical Registry System)数据库中通过查找每种PRM的索引名称或CAS号来获得这些分子结构。对于在它们测试时尚未列于CAS Chemical Registry System数据库中的PRM,可使用其他数据库或信息来源来确定它们的结构。对于可能存在多于一种异构体的PRM,使用选择代表该PRM的异构体中的仅一种的分子结构,来实施分子描述符计算。异构体的选择由异构体分子结构的相对延伸量来确定。在给定PRM的所有异构体中,选择代表该PRM的异构体是其分子结构最常见的异构体。该PRM的其他可能异构体的结构不包括于计算中。最常见异构体的分子结构与该PRM的浓度配对,其中浓度反映其在该PRM所有异构体中的含量。
使用分子编辑器或分子绘画软件程序诸如ChemDraw(CambridgeSoft/PerkinElmer Inc.,Waltham,Massachusetts,U.S.A.)来复制代表每种PRM的2-维分子结构。分子结构应表示为中性物质(允许季氮原子),没有断开的片段(例如没有抗衡离子的单一结构)。下述winMolconn程序可通过添加适当氢原子数并且弃去抗衡离子,将任何去质子官能团转变成中性形式。
对于每种PRM,使用分子绘画软件生成描述PRM分子结构的文件。随后将描述PRM分子结构的一个或多个文件提交给计算机软件程序winMolconn 1.0.1.3版(HallAssociates Consulting,Quincy,Massachusetts,U.S.A.,www.molconn.com),以便递送每种PRM的各个分子描述符。因此,正是winMolconn软件程序指定了结构符号表示和为可接受选项的文件格式。这些选项包括MACCS SDF格式文件(即结构数据文件);或简化分子线性输入规范(Simplified Molecular Input Line Entry Specification)(即SMILES字符串结构线性符号表示),其通常用于简单的文本文件中,一般具有“.smi”或“.txt”文件扩展名。SDF文件以多行记录的格式表示每种分子结构,而SMILES结构的语法为没有空格的单行文本。可通过将结构名或标识符包括于SMILES字符串后的同一行中,并且用空格间隔,将它添加到SMILES字符串,例如:C1=CC=CC=C1苯。
使用winMolconn软件程序生成每种PRM的多个分子描述符,然后将其以表格格式输出。由winMolconn导出的特定分子描述符随后用作各种计算机模型测试方法的输入(即,作为数学方程中的可变项),以便计算诸如以下的值:饱和蒸气压(VP);沸点(BP);辛醇/水分配系数的对数(logP);气味检测阈值(ODT);恶臭减少值(MORV);和/或每个PRM的通用恶臭减少值(通用MORV)。模型测试方法计算中所用的分子描述符标记是winMolconn程序中报告的相同的标记,并且它们的描述和定义可见于winMolconn文件中所列出的。以下是如何实施winMolconn软件程序的一般性说明,并且生成组合物中每种PRM所需的分子结构描述符。
使用winMolconn计算分子结构描述符:
1)组装MACCS结构-数据文件(还称为SDF文件或SMILES文件)形式的一种或多种香料成分的分子结构。
2)使用在适当计算机上运行的1.0.1.3版winMolconn程序,使用上述SDF或SMILES文件作为输入,计算得自该程序的全套分子描述符。
a.对于输入文件中的每种结构,winMolconn输出为ASCII文本文件形式,通常以空格分隔,包含第一列中的结构标识符和其余列中相应的分子描述符。

4)找到并且提取描述符列,其由分子描述符标记标识,对应于每种模型所需的输入。

MORV计算
1.)将经由上文方法确定的分子描述符值输入到以下等式中:

制备方法
如上所述的“实施例1”至“实施例3”和“比较例i”中的调理剂组合物可由本领域熟知的任何常规方法来制备。它们适合通过如上所示的以下方法I或方法II中的一者制备。
方法I

方法II
将阳离子表面活性剂和高熔点脂肪族化合物混合并加热至约66℃至约85℃以形成油相。单独地,将水加热至约20℃至约48℃以形成水相。在直接注射式转子-定子均质器中,注入油相,并且对于油相,花费0.2秒或更短时间达到其中已经存在水相的能量密度为1.0x105J/m3至1.0x107J/m3的高剪切场。在高于50℃至约60℃的温度下形成凝胶基质。将硅氧烷、香料、聚合物和防腐剂(如果包括的话)在低于55℃的温度下搅拌加入到凝胶基质中并充分混合。然后,在低于50℃的温度下将硫化硒或硫搅拌加入到凝胶基质中并充分混合。最后,使该组合物冷却至室温。

a)总量为0.1%至2%的具有一种或多种恶臭减少材料的香料,其具有0.0001%至2%的重量%的一种或多种所述恶臭减少材料,其中所述恶臭减少材料选自由以下项组成的组:2′-异丙基-1,7,7-三甲基螺[双环[2.2.1]庚烷-2,4′-[1,3]二噁烷]、(1′,1′,5′,5′-四甲基六氢-2′H,5′H-螺[[1,3]二氧戊环-2,8′-[2,4a]亚甲基萘]、3a,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢-1H-4,7-亚甲基茚-6-基乙酸酯)、十氢-3H-螺[呋喃-2,5′-[4,7]亚甲基茚]、甲基柏木醚、(1R,2R,3R,4R)-3-异丙基双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2-羧酸乙酯、3aR,5aR,9aR,9bR)-3a,6,6,9a-四甲基十二氢萘并[2,1-b]呋喃、α,α,6,6-四甲基双环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯-丙醛、4,5-环氧基-4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基双环(7.2.0)十一烷)、4aR,8aS)-7-甲基八氢-1,4-亚甲基萘-6(2H)-酮、5-甲氧基八氢-1H-4,7-亚甲基茚-2-甲醛、8,8-二甲基-6,7-二氢-5H-萘-2-甲醛、2R,4a′R,8a′R)-3,7′-二甲基-3′,4′,4a′,5′,8′,8a′-六氢-1′H-螺[环氧乙烷-2,2′-[1,4]亚甲基萘]、(2,2,6,6,7,8,8-七甲基十氢-2H-茚并[4,5-b]呋喃、1,3,4,6,7,8α-六氢-1,1,5,5-四甲基-2H-2,4α-亚甲基萘-8(5H)-酮)、异丁酸3a,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢-1H-4,7-亚甲基茚-5-基酯、3S,5aR,7aS,11aS,11bR)-3,8,8,11a-四甲基十二氢-5H-3,5a-环氧萘并[2,1-c]氧杂(8,8-二甲基-3a,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢-1H-4,7-亚甲基茚-6-基丙酸酯)、4aR,5R,7aS,9R)-2,2,5,8,8,9a-六甲基八氢-4H-4a,9-亚甲基薁并[5,6-d][1,3]二氧杂环戊烯、2-(8-异丙基-6-甲基双环[2.2.2]辛-5-烯-2-基)-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷、特戊酸3a,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢-1H-4,7-亚甲基茚-6-基酯、3a,5,6,7,8,8b-六氢-2,2,6,6,7,8,8-七甲基-4H-茚并(4,5-d)-1,3-二氧杂环戊烯、(3R-(3α,3a,6α,7,8aα))-八氢-3,6,8,8-四甲基-1H-3a,7-亚甲基薁-6-基甲酸酯、(1S,2R,5S,7R,8R)-2,6,6,8-四甲基三环[5.3.1.01,5]十一烷-8-醇、1-((2S,3S)-2,3,8,8-四甲基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢萘-2-基)乙-1-酮、((E)-4-((3aS,7aS)-八氢-5H-4,7-亚甲基茚-5-亚基)丁醛、1R-(1α,4β,4aα,6β,8aα))-八氢-4,8a,9,9-四甲基-1,6-亚甲基-1(2H)-萘酚、[(3Z)-4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-5-双环[7.2.0]十一碳-3-烯基]乙酸酯、(1aR,4S,4aS,7R,7aS,7bS)-1,1,4,7-四甲基十氢-1H-环丙并[e]薁-4-醇、Z)-6-亚乙基八氢-2H-5,8-亚甲基苯并吡喃-2-酮)、1-((3R,3aR,7R,8aS)-3,6,8,8-四甲基-2,3,4,7,8,8a-六氢-1H-3a,7-亚甲基薁-5-基)乙-1-酮、3,5,5,6,7,8,8-七甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢萘-2-甲腈、4-(1,7,7-三甲基-6-双环[2.2.1]庚基)环己烷-1-醇、(E)-4-((3aR,4R,7R,7aR)-1,3a,4,6,7,7a-六氢-5H-4,7-亚甲基茚-5-亚基)-3-甲基丁-2-醇、(E)-3,7-二甲基辛-2,6-二烯-1-基棕榈酸酯)、1,3,4,6,7,8-六氢-4,6,6,7,8,8,-六甲基-环戊二烯并[g]苯并吡喃、6,6a,7,8,9,9a-六氢-7,7,8,9,9-五甲基-5H-环戊二烯并[h]喹唑啉、3-氧代-2-戊基-环戊乙酸甲酯、3-(5,5,6-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚-2-基)-环己醇、2-己基-3-氧代-环戊烷羧酸甲酯、(3aR,5aS,9aS,9bR)-十二氢-3a,6,6,9a-四甲基-萘并[2,1-b]呋喃、1-(1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢-2,3,8,8-四甲基-2-萘基)-乙酮、1-(1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢-2,3,8,8-四甲基-2-萘基)-乙酮、1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢-8,8-二甲基-2-萘甲醛、(3R,3aS,6R,7R,8aS)-八氢-3,6,8,8-四甲基-1H-3a,7-亚甲基薁-6-醇乙酸酯、(1R,2S,5R,8S)-4,4,8-三甲基-三环[6.3.1.02,5]十二烷-1-醇、(3S,3aR,6R,8aS)-八氢-7,7-二甲基-8-亚甲基-1<213>H</213>-3a,6-亚甲基薁-3-甲醇、η-1H-吲哚-1-基-α,α,ε-三甲基-1H-吲哚-1-庚醇、癸醛、十一碳-10-烯醛、6-亚环戊基-己醛、2,6,10-三甲基十一碳-9-烯醛、3-(3,3-二甲基-12-二氢茚-5-基)丙醛、4-十二烯醛、癸-4-烯醛、[(1R2S)-1-甲基-2-[[(1R3S5S)-1,2,2-三甲基-3-双环[3.1.0]己基]甲基]环丙基]甲醇、1,2,3,4,4a,7,8,8a-八氢-2,4a,5,8a-四甲基-1-萘酚甲酸酯、2,2,6-三甲基-α-丙基-环己烷丙醇、β-甲基-环十二烷乙醇、环己烷羧酸乙酯、5-甲基-1-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-6-氧杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷、1,1-二甲氧基-环十二烷、3,7,11-三甲基-2,6,10-十二烷三烯-1-醇、2-壬炔酸甲酯、(2E,6Z)-2,6-壬二烯-1-醇、3,6-壬二烯-1-醇、广藿香及其衍生物、广藿香油MD、印度尼西亚广藿香、广藿香30和以商标名Clear/>出售的由碳水化合物经广藿香醇合成酶改性的酿酒酵母发酵的广藿香油、Mint Spicata Terpeneless SX、Mint PiperitaCascade SX以及薄荷油混合物;
b)0.01%至10%的头皮活性物质,其选自由以下项组成的组:硫及其混合物;
c)0.1%至40%的表面活性剂。
2.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述恶臭减少材料具有硫恶臭减少值MORV>3和ClogP>3。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述恶臭减少材料具有硫恶臭减少值MORV>3、ClogP>3和VP>.005。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述恶臭减少材料选自由以下项组成的组:癸醛、十一碳-10-烯醛、6-亚环戊基-己醛、2,6,10-三甲基十一碳-9-烯醛、3-(3,3-二甲基-12-二氢茚-5-基)丙醛、4-十二烯醛和癸-4-烯醛以及它们的混合物。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述恶臭减少材料选自由以下项组成的组:[(1R2S)-1-甲基-2-[[(1R3S5S)-1,2,2-三甲基-3-双环[3.1.0]己基]甲基]环丙基]甲醇、1,2,3,4,4a,7,8,8a-八氢-2,4a,5,8a-四甲基-1-萘酚甲酸酯、2,2,6-三甲基-α-丙基-环己烷丙醇、β-甲基-环十二烷乙醇、环己烷羧酸乙酯、5-甲基-1-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-6-氧杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷、1,1-二甲氧基-环十二烷、3,7,11-三甲基-2,6,10-十二烷三烯-1-醇、2-壬炔酸甲酯、(2E,6Z)-2,6-壬二烯-1-醇、3,6-壬二烯-1-醇以及它们的混合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述恶臭减少材料选自由以下项组成的组:广藿香及其衍生物、广藿香油MD、印度尼西亚广藿香、广藿香30、以商标名Clear出售的由碳水化合物经广藿香醇合成酶改性的酿酒酵母发酵的广藿香油以及它们的混合物。

12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述毛发护理组合物为洗去型调理剂。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的毛发护理组合物,其中所述毛发护理组合物为免洗型处理物。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制恶臭的方法,所述方法包括:使具有恶臭的部位和/或将变得恶臭的部位与毛发护理组合物接触,所述毛发护理组合物选自权利要求1所述的毛发护理组合物。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制恶臭的方法,其中,所述部位是一头毛发,并且所述接触步骤包括使所述一头毛发与足量的毛发护理组合物接触以向所述毛发提供恶臭减少材料水平为至少0.0001mg的恶臭减少材料。
