Abstract
본 발명은 샴푸 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서,60℃의 정제수 5~50중량%에 쟁탄검 1~30중량%, 내츄럴베타인 1~40중량%, 구연산 1~30중량%를 넣고 용해시키는 제 1단계와; 제 1단계를 용해물에 LES 5~50중량% 와 코코베타인 5~50중량%를 투입하고 혼합하는 제 2단계와; 제 2단계의 혼합물에 사자발쑥 추출물 1~40중량%, 황칠 추출물 1~40중량%, 줄풀 추출물 1~40중량%, 산죽 추출물 1~40중량%, 비파 추출물 1~40중량%, 한련초 추출물 1~40중량%, 쇠비름 추출물 1~40중량% 및 한방약초 EM 발효액 1~40중량%, 글리세린 1~40중량%, 노니추출액 1~40중량%, 실크아미노산 1~30중량%를 혼합하는 제 3단계와; 제 3단계의 혼합물에 페퍼민트 EO 0.5~10중량%, 로즈마리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 티트리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 라벤더 EO 0.5~10중량%를 혼합한 후 소독하는 제 4단계로 이루어진 샴푸 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 천연 추출물 성분이 두피를 건강하게 함과 동시에 모발의 탄력과 윤기를 유지하면서도 나아가, 탈모를 최소화할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 샴푸 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 모발의 윤기와 보습에 효과적이면서 두피건강에 도움을 주는 천연한방 추출물을 포함하는 샴푸 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 머리카락의 관리를 위해서는 비누보다는 모발 전용의 샴푸를 사용하고 있으며, 이러한 샴푸는 주로 세정제 거품형성제등의 화학성분을 이용하여 제조되는 것이 일반적으로서, 이는 모발의 손상을 초래하고, 특히 두피에 좋지 않은 영향을 주므로 모낭에서의 모근을 잡아주는 힘이 저하되어 결국 탈모로 이어지는 등의 부작용이 있었다.
따라서 최근에는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 한방약재 추출물을 이용한 생약성분을 포함하는 샴푸 등이 개발 제공되어 있다. 그 일예로서, 대한민국 특허 공개 10-2010-0093640호에는 하수오 5-35중량％, 석창포 5-35중량％, 파고지 5-35중량％, 백급 5-35중량％, 당귀 5-35중량％, 천궁 5-35중량％, 복분자 5-35중량％, 토사자 5-35중량％, 황정 5-35중량％, 도인 5-35중량％ 의 한약재를 분말로 만든 후 알코올과 배합하는 단계, 알코올과 배합된 한약재를 고온에서 끓이지 않고 40℃-45℃의 저온감압상태로 3-5시간을 가열하여 알코올은 증발시키고 한약재는 생약성분이 살아있는 농축액으로 추출하는 단계, 그 추출된 농축액을 샴푸조성물과 배합하여 샴푸를 완성하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저온감압농축추출방법에 의한 한방샴푸의 제조방법이 제시되어 있다.
그러나 이러한 종래의 샴푸는 하수오 및 당귀등 한약재를 주원료로 사용하고 있으므로 실제 두피 및 모발에 주는 효과가 미미하며, 특히 사용량이 적정하지 않을 경우 오히려 사용자에게 부작용이 발생하는 문제가 수반되고 있다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 발명된 것으로서, 천연재료에서 얻어지는 추출물 성분을 제공하되 두피를 보호하는 성분 및 모발의 보습을 유지시키는 성분 등을 적절하여 포함하는 샴푸를 제공하여 두피를 건강하게 함과 동시에 모발의 탄력과 윤기를 유지하면서도 나아가, 탈모를 최소화할 수 있는 샴푸 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다
이러한 본 발명의 샴푸조성물에 대한 목적은 60℃의 정제수 5~50중량%에 쟁탄검 1~30중량%, 내츄럴베타인 1~40중량%, 구연산 1~30중량%를 넣고 용해시키는 제 1단계와; 제 1단계를 용해물에 LES 5~50중량% 와 코코베타인 5~50중량%를 투입하고 혼합하는 제 2단계와; 제 2단계의 혼합물에 사자발쑥 추출물 1~40중량%, 황칠 추출물 1~40중량%, 줄풀 추출물 1~40중량%, 산죽 추출물 1~40중량%, 비파 추출물 1~40중량%, 한련초 추출물 1~40중량%, 쇠비름 추출물 1~40중량% 및 한방약초 EM 발효액 1~40중량%, 글리세린 1~40중량%, 노니추출액 1~40중량%, 실크아미노산 1~30중량%를 혼합하는 제 3단계와; 제 3단계의 혼합물에 페퍼민트 EO 0.5~10중량%, 로즈마리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 티트리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 라벤더 EO 0.5~10중량%를 혼합한 후 소독하는 제 4단계로 이루어진 샴푸 조성물에 의해 달성될 수 있다.
상기 샴푸조성물은 프래그랜스 오일(Fragrance oil) 0.5~10중량%를 더 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 대한 목적은 60℃의 정제수 5~50중량%에 쟁탄검 1~30중량%, 내츄럴베타인 1~40중량%, 구연산 1~30중량%를 넣고 용해시키는 단계와; LES 5~50중량% 와 코코베타인 5~50중량%를 투입하고 혼합하는 단계와; 사자발쑥 추출물 1~40중량%, 황칠 추출물 1~40중량%, 줄풀 추출물 1~40중량%, 산죽 추출물 1~40중량%, 비파 추출물 1~40중량%, 한련초 추출물 1~40중량%, 쇠비름 추출물 1~40중량% 및 한방약초 EM 발효액 1~40중량%, 글리세린 1~40중량%, 노니추출액 1~40중량%, 실크아미노산 1~30중량%를 혼합하는 단계와; 페퍼민트 EO 0.5~10중량%, 로즈마리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 티트리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 라벤더 EO 0.5~10중량%를 혼합한 후 소독하는 단계로 이루어진 샴푸 제조방법에 의해 달성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 사자발쑥 추출물, 황칠 추출물, 줄풀 추출물, 산죽 추출물, 비파 추출물, 한련초 추출물, 쇠비름 추출물은, 정제수 40L에 약초 2Kg을 넣고 이를 100℃에서 6시간 동안 무압력 추출한 후, 추출액을 내솥에 넣어서 80℃의 진공저온으로 13시간 농축하는 것이 바람직하다. 각각의 추출물은 별도로 추출되는 것이 바람직하며, 농축된 추출물의 양은 4~4.5L가 적당하다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 샴푸 조성물 및 그 제조방법은 사자발쑥 추출물, 황칠 추출물, 줄풀 추출물, 산죽 추출물, 비파 추출물, 한련초 추출물, 쇠비름 추출물의 천연추출물을 포함하고 있어 천연 추출물 성분이 두피를 건강하게 함과 동시에 모발의 탄력과 윤기를 유지하면서도 나아가, 탈모를 최소화할 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 샴푸조성물 및 그 제조방법의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 좀 더 구체적으로 살펴본다.
본 발명은 두피 보호 및 보습효과를 높여주는 다양한 한약재를 저온추출 및 저온 농축하여 얻어진 천연한방 추출물을 포함하는 샴푸 조성물로서, 제조방법을 살펴보면, 먼저 60℃의 정제수 5~50중량%에 쟁탄검 1~30중량%, 내츄럴베타인 1~40중량%, 구연산 1~30중량%를 넣고 용해시키는 제 1단계를 수행한다.
상기 쟁탄검은, 사탕수수에서 추출한 천연성분의 점증제로 온도에 따른 변화가 적어서 비교적 젤화가 쉬운 것으로서 샴푸의 점도를 제어하게 된다.
상기 네츄럴베타인(Natural Betain)은, 사탕무에서 추출한 천연 보습제로서 피부진정과 보습효과가 있어 피부를 부드럽고 촉촉하게 가꾸어 주게 된다.
상기 구연산은, 천연의 감귤 과즙 또는 매실에 많이 함유되어 있고, 설탕, 당질, 녹말, 포도당의 발효에 이해 얻어지는 물질로 강한 신맛을 내는 무색투명의 입자이다. 이것은 일반적으로 음료수나 과일 관련 가공식품을 만드는 데 쓰이는 첨가물로, 면역기구의 핵심인 대식세포 활성화, 피부의 노화방지, 뼈의 노화 방지를 통해 체질을 강화하고, 습진, 무좀, 옴, 대머리, 그밖에 세균성 피부질환에 효과를 볼 수 있다.
본 발명은 상기 제 1단계의 혼합물에 LES 5~50중량% 와 코코베타인 5~50중량%를 투입하고 혼합하는 제 2단계를 수행한다.
상기 LES(Lunasin Enriched Soybean)는, 대두유 추출물로써 천연계면활성제이다.
또한 상기 코코베타인(Coco Betaine)은 역시 계면활성제로서 피부를 자극하지 않는 성질을 갖고 있으며, 세정력, 기포력, 컨디셔닝 효과가 우수하다.
이어서 저온상태에서 농축된 천연한방 추출물 즉, 사자발쑥 추출물 1~40중량%, 황칠 추출물 1~40중량%, 줄풀 추출물 1~40중량%, 산죽 추출물 1~40중량%, 비파 추출물 1~40중량%, 한련초 추출물 1~40중량%, 쇠비름 추출물 1~40중량% 및 한방약초 EM 발효액 1~40중량%, 글리세린 1~40중량%, 노니추출액 1~40중량%, 실크아미노산 1~30중량%를 상기 제 2단계에서의 혼합물과 혼합하는 제 3단계를 수행한다.
상기 사자발쑥은, 베타카로딘, 칼륨, 치네올, 콜린, 아레닌과 같은 성분이 항염증작용과 해독작용을 돕는다. 또한 치네올과 여러 약효성분들이 어우러져 체내독성 및 노폐물의 체외배출 등을 도와주고 피로회복 및 체력개선의 효과가 있다.
상기 황칠은, 정유(精油)성분이 주성분으로 되어 있으며, 담황색의 진한 유상(油狀)액체로서 상쾌한 향기를 지니며 맛은 쓰다. 그 주성분은 세스퀴테르펜(Sesqui-terpene)이며, 그 밖에 알코올·에스테르 등이 함유되어 있다.
상기 줄풀은 벼과의 여러해살이풀로서 고장초로도 불리는 것으로, 해독작용이 뛰어나 면역력을 키우는데 효과가 있으며, 호르몬 분비를 촉진해 혈액이나 기를 원활하게 해준다.
상기 산죽은 조릿대라고도 하며 맛은 달고, 성질은 차다. 열을 내리고 소변을 잘 누게 하며, 폐기를 통하게 하고, 출혈을 멈추게 한다. 조릿대는 인삼을 능가한다고 할 만큼 놀라운 약성을 지닌 약초로서, 대나무 중에서도 약성이 제일 강한 조릿대는 항암작용(악성종양), 항 궤양작용, 소염작용, 진정작용, 진통작용, 강압작용, 혈당량 감소작용, 해독작용, 억균 작용, 위액산도를 높이는 작용, 동맥경화를 막는 작용 등이 실험결과 밝혀졌습니다. 또한 십이지장궤양, 만성위염, 편도염, 감기, 간염, 폐렴, 천식, 발열, 폐옹, 부종, 배뇨장애, 여러 가지 원인으로 인한 출혈, 눈병, 화상, 부스럼, 무좀 등에 효과가 있다.
상기 비파는 아토피에 많이 사용하는 것으로서, 피부보호를 돕는 베타카로틴과 구연산등의 성분을 포함하고 있다.
상기 한련초는 맛은 달고 시며, 독은 없다. 사포닌, 타닌, 에크립틴, 쿠마린 비타민A 등이 들어 있어 머리카락을 검게 하거나, 머리카락이나 눈썹이 빠지는 데 등에 효과가 있다.
상기 쇠비름은 뿌리는 흰색, 줄기는 붉은색, 잎은 푸른색, 꽃은 노란색, 씨앗은 검은색으로 다섯 가지 색을 가지고 있다하여 오행초 또는 돼지풀이라고 부르기도 한다. 오래 먹으면 장수하고 늙어도 머리카락이 희게 변하지 않는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 상기 천연한방 추출물 이외에도 기타 첨가물로서, 한방약초 EM 발효액 1~40중량%, 글리세린 1~40중량%, 노니추출액 1~40중량%, 실크아미노산 1~30중량%가 포함된다.
상기 한방약초 EM(Effective Microorganisms-유용한 미생물군)발효액은, 매우 효과적인 세정제이면서 친환경적인 미생물 세재로서 컨디셔닝효과가 우수하다.
상기 글리세린은, 유지 성분으로 10% 이하 농도를 사용하며 과량 사용시 흡수성이 강하여 고습도의 환경에서는 공기 중의 수분을 흡수하며, 트리트먼트(treatment)제에 배합한 글리세린은 모발이나 피부의 수분을 보급하는 작용과 트리트먼트 자체의 건조화를 막아주고, 특히 모발에 흡착하여 헹군 후에도 잔존해 보습 효과가 있다.
상기 노니추출액은, 제로닌(Xeronine), 프로제로나제(Proxeronase), 세로토닌(Serotonin), 안트라퀴논(Anthraquinones) 등의 성분이 함유되어 있어 소화 작용을 돕고 통증을 줄여주며 고혈압과 암등에도 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 노니 추출물은 인간의 면역체계를 강화시켜 인체의 자연치유력을 향상시키는 기능을 하며, 우수한 산화방지성분이 함유되어있어 인체 내의 유해산소가 자체적으로 제거될 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 하는 것으로 알려지고 있다.
상기 실크아미노산은, 누에고치를 가수분해하여 얻어지는 것으로서, 실크는 누에고치에서 얻어지는 천연 아미노산의 일종으로 모든 18종의 아미노산을 함유 하고 있는데 그중 10가지는 비필수 아미노산 8가지는 필수 아미노산으로 구성이 되어 있습니다. 이 누에고치는 약 99%이상이 단백질로 구성이 되어 있어서 우리 몸에서는 소화를 시킬 수 없으므로 현재 우리나라나 일본 세계 여러 나라에서 가수 분해 라는 공법을 통해서 미리 소화를 시켜놓은 것이다.
본 발명은 상기 제 3단계의 혼합물에 에센스 오일(E.O)을 혼합되는 제 4단계를 수행한다. 제 4단계에 혼합되는 에센스 오일은 페퍼민트 EO 0.5~10중량%, 로즈마리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 티트리 EO 0.5~10중량%, 라벤더 EO 0.5~10중량%이며, 혼합한 후 소독이 이루어진다.
상기 페퍼민트 EO(Essential Oil)는, 상큼하고 톡 쏘는 듯 자극적인 느낌, 멘톨향이 나는 것으로, 정신적 피로, 편두통, 두통에 효과가 있으며, 특히 피부에는 가려움 및 피부염증 제거 효과가 있으며, 피부토닉용으로도 쓰이며 연골 수축 때 효과적이고 습진을 잠재움.
상기 로즈마리 EO는, 상쾌하며 깨끗한 향 중향(Middle Note)이 있으며, 관절 통증완화 및 혈액순환 증대, 저혈압 세포생성 촉진하며 피부에는 여드름 및 비듬 지성피부 및 두피건강에 좋으며, 머리카락 성장을 돕고, 민감성 피부에 적합하며, 피부에 영양을 공급하는 효과가 있다.
상기 티트리 EO는, 시원한 수풀향 중향(Middle Note)이 있으며, 강한 항균, 항박테리아, 항바이러스 작용, 강심, 거담, 발한, 반흔형성, 감기, 편도선염, 입술상처 및 구강 질병, 구강 세정제로 사용하며, 피부에는 피부정화 작용, 여드름 치료제의 원료, 부스럼, 종기, 무좀, 습진, 비듬, 피부감염증에 유효하다.
상기 라벤더(Lavender) EO는, 우아하고 깨끗한 꽃향 중향(Middle Note)이 있으며, 광범위한 효능과 효과, 심신의 건강유지 및 회복기능, 불면증, 우울증, 스트레스, 긴장완화, 자율신경 조절, 고혈압, 항 박테리아 작용을 하며, 특히 피부에는 여드름, 습진 등 피부질환, 세포성장 촉진, 피지분비 조절기능을 하며 화상에도 효과적이다.
한편 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 천연한방 추출물은 추출함에 있어서는, 사자발쑥 추출물, 황칠 추출물, 줄풀 추출물, 산죽 추출물, 비파 추출물, 한련초 추출물, 쇠비름 추출물은, 정제수 40L에 약초 2Kg을 넣고 이를 100℃에서 6시간 동안 무압력 추출한다. 이때 초고속저온진공농축기를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 이어서 무압력 추출된 추출액을 내솥에 넣어서 80℃의 진공저온으로 13시간 농축한다. 이때 외솥에 들어있는 물의 온도는 100℃를 유지한다. 또한, 농축된 후의 추출물 양은 4~4.5L가 적당하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 프래그랜스 오일(Fragrance oil) 0.5~10중량%를 더 포함할 수 있다. 프로그랜스 오일은 여러 가지 화학성분을 사용해 만든 합성향료이고 에센스오일(E.O)로 표현하기 어려운 여러 가지 향을 낼 수 있는 장점이 있는 오일 입니다. 가격이 저렴해 고가의 로즈나 재스민 EO 대신 프로그랜스 오일(F.O)을 사용해 비슷한 향을 낼 수 있습니다.
이상에서 살펴본 본 발명은 단순한 실시예에 불과하며, 본 고안의 기술적 범위의 단순한 변경 및 치환 등에 의한 것은 본 발명은 보호범위에 속한다고 보아야 한다.
