技术领域

背景技术

再次参照图13-16,前向支撑件186包括在前向支撑件186下面向前延伸的钩状调整片187。钩状调整片187接合能够上升或下降以适应不同体形乘客腿部的可调节横杆189。前向支撑件186可以手动调节或通过电动总成调节。前向支撑件186相对于后向支撑件182可枢转地向上和向下调节。前向支撑件186包括配置为接收机械紧固件的多个孔188,机械紧固件围绕座垫模块24的前向部分包裹座椅面料176。另外,悬架总成190设置在后向支撑件182的中间开口区域184中。悬架总成190支撑座垫178和座椅面料176,并设置为在行驶过程中承载与坐着的乘客有关的静态和动态负载。
再次参照图13-16,在此公开的车辆座椅总成10由前面详细描述的各个模块构成。应当理解的是靠垫模块20、硬靠背模块22、座垫模块24、以及头枕模块26在别的地方都是整体形成为单独的和不同的模块。随后,在构造后,上述每个模块被运输到将这些模块安装在座椅模块12上的制造设备。这种结构允许每个模块的快速简便的制造和独立性。也就是说,这些模块可以在车辆座椅总成10内部和外部进行更换,而不必解构整个车辆座椅总成10。这提供了最小化的生产时间、提高的生产储蓄、以及整体更好的产品。进一步地,在不影响车辆座椅总成10中其他模块的情况下,可以对单独的模块进行添加或改变。
车辆座椅总成通常是从地板一件一件地组装起来。利用这种技术,可以达到座椅总成的复杂性,但是过程浪费时间和财力。另外,缺乏模块化导致费财和费时的维修和更换。模块化系统(例如上面描述的)提供在不同的地理位置在不同的地点或设施制造多个模块,以及将它们运送到同一个地点来完成最终的车辆座椅总成的理想的方式。另外,该系统提供一种用来生产座椅总成的简易方法。具体地,只有少数部件(每个模块)被运送到一起并用固定架固定。因此,需要少量的紧固件以及用于拧紧这些紧固件的工具。而且,部件的维修和更换被简化。例如,如果座垫总成有瑕疵或已经被损坏,座垫总成可以在仅仅几分钟内从车辆座椅总成上移除并替换。
本领域的普通技术人员应当理解的是本发明描述的结构以及其他部件不限于任何特定材料。在此公开的本发明的其他示例性实施例可以由各式各样的材料构成,除非在此描述相反的情况。

Claims (20)
1.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
由座椅靠背框架和座位框架限定的座椅框架;
多个不同的装配模块,所述多个不同的装配模块配置用来与所述座椅框架连接,所述多个不同的装配模块包括:
靠垫模块;
硬靠背模块;
座垫模块;以及
头枕模块,所述头枕模块包括与凹形的头枕托盘可操作地连接的头枕,所述头枕托盘进一步包括接合所述座椅靠背框架和所述靠垫模块的向下延伸的支撑件;
其中所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块可操作地连接在一起,以及其中所述头枕模块延伸到所述靠垫模块上方并将所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块可操作地连接来大体上包围所述座椅靠背框架,以及进一步地其中所述硬靠背模块被定位到所述座椅靠背框架后面的所述座位框架上;以及
第一和第二侧装饰件,所述第一和第二侧装饰件配置为延伸到所述座位框架上方来隐藏所述座垫模块的侧部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述硬靠背模块被机械地固定到所述靠垫模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述头枕托盘可操作地连接所述靠垫模块、所述座椅靠背框架、以及所述硬靠背模块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述头枕托盘进一步包括向上延伸的后壁和向下延伸的前边缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
聚合物后支架,所述聚合物后支架为所述靠垫模块提供结构刚性并且邻接所述座椅靠背框架以及可操作地与所述硬靠背模块直接连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述聚合物后支架包括与所述座椅靠背框架中的孔对准并且配置为接收所述头枕模块的接合柱的两个上部孔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述聚合物后支架包括具有向后开口的弧形支撑件的下部部件。
8.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
由多个不同的装配模块包围的座椅靠背框架,所述多个不同的装配模块包括:
靠垫模块;
硬靠背模块;
座垫模块;以及
头枕模块,所述头枕模块包括与凹形的头枕托盘可操作地连接的头枕,所述头枕托盘进一步包括接合所述座椅靠背框架和所述靠垫模块的向下延伸的支撑件;
所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块可操作地连接在一起,其中所述头枕模块延伸到所述靠垫模块上方并且将所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块可操作地连接来大体上包围所述座椅靠背框架。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述硬靠背模块包括在所述靠垫模块下面延伸并且部分地环绕所述座垫模块的一部分的下边缘。
10.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述硬靠背模块被机械地固定到所述靠垫模块。
11.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述头枕托盘可操作地连接所述靠垫模块、所述座椅靠背框架、和所述硬靠背模块。
12.根据权利要求11所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述头枕托盘进一步包括向上延伸的后壁和向下延伸的前边缘。
13.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
聚合物后支架,所述聚合物后支架为所述靠垫模块提供结构刚性并且邻接所述座椅靠背框架以及可操作地与所述硬靠背模块直接连接。
14.根据权利要求13所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述聚合物后支架包括与所述座椅靠背框架中的孔对准并且配置为接收所述头枕模块的接合柱的两个上部孔。
15.一种制造车辆座椅总成的方法,包含:
构造具有座椅靠背框架的座椅总成框架;
提供多个不同的装配模块,所述装配模块包括:
靠垫模块;
硬靠背模块;以及
头枕模块,所述头枕模块包括与凹形的头枕托盘可操作地连接的头枕,所述头枕托盘进一步包括接合所述座椅靠背框架和所述靠垫模块的向下延伸的支撑件;
将所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块连接来隐藏所述座椅靠背框架;以及
将所述头枕托盘与所述靠垫模块和所述硬靠背模块的上部连接。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包含:
将可操作地连接所述靠垫模块、所述座椅靠背框架以及所述硬靠背模块的头枕托盘定位在所述靠垫模块、所述座椅靠背框架、以及所述硬靠背模块上。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包含:
将所述头枕托盘形成为包括向上延伸的后壁和向下延伸的前边缘。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述硬靠背模块被机械地固定到所述靠垫模块。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包含:
将聚合物后支架与所述靠垫模块连接;以及
将所述聚合物后支架与所述硬靠背模块直接地连接。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,进一步包含:
在所述聚合物后支架上形成与所述座椅靠背框架上的孔对准并且配置为接收所述头枕模块的接合柱的两个上部孔。
