Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于模块的安装组件。更具体地,该安装组件包括可弹性变形的部件,所述部件有利于模块与保持支架的精确和稳健安装。
背景技术

本文中使用时,术语“可弹性变形”指的是部件,或部件的一部分,其中包括部件特征,包括具有大体上弹性变形特征的材料,其中该材料被构造成响应于力的施加经历在其形状、大小或两者方面的弹性可逆变化。引起该材料的弹性可逆或弹性变形的力可包括拉力、压力、剪切力、弯曲或扭转力、或这些力的各种不同的组合。可弹性变形材料可表现出线性弹性变形,例如根据虎克定律描述的线性变形,或者非线性弹性变形。
弹性平均提供了在配合的部件之间的界面的弹性变形,其中平均变形提供了精确对准,制造位置变化被最小化到Xmin,由 定义,其中X是配合部件的定位特征的制造位置变化而N是被插入特征的数量。为了获得弹性平均,可弹性变形部件被构造成具有至少一个特征和其接触表面,其被过约束并且提供了与另一部件的配合特征和其接触表面的干涉配合。过约束状态和干涉配合弹性可逆地(弹性地)使所述至少一个特征或所述配合特征中的至少一个变形,或使两个特征都变形。部件的这些特征的弹性可逆本质允许部件的可重复的插入和退出,这有利于它们的组装和拆卸。在一些实施例中,被构造成具有本文描述的所述至少一个特征和相关配合特征的可弹性变形的部件可要求多于一个的这种特征,这取决于特定实施例的要求。部件的位置变化可导致不同的力被施加在接触表面的在干涉状态下的部件插入期间被过约束的且被接合的区域上。应该意识到,单个被插入的部件可被相对于该部件的外缘的长度弹性平均。弹性平均的原理被具体描述在共有的、共同未决的美国专利申请13/187675中,现在是美国公开2013-0019455中,其公开的全部内容通过引用并入本文。上面公开的实施例提供了将现有部件转换为确实有利于弹性平均以及与此相关的益处的组件的能力,所述现有部件不与上面描述的弹性平均原理相容,或者还需要如本文公开的弹性平均对准和保持系统的辅助。
任何合适的可弹性变形的材料可被用于本文公开的以及下面进一步讨论的配合部件和对准特征,尤其是当被形成为本文描述的特征时可弹性变形的材料。这包括各种金属、聚合物、陶瓷、无机材料或玻璃,或者上述材料的任一种的复合材料、或者适合于本文公开的目的的这些材料的任何其它组合。许多复合材料都被考虑在内,这包括各种填充聚合物,包括玻璃、陶瓷、金属和无机材料填充的聚合物,尤其是玻璃、金属、陶瓷、无机或碳纤维填充的聚合物。任何合适的填料形态都可被采用,包括全部形状和大小的微粒或纤维。更具体地说,任何合适类型的纤维都可被使用,这包括连续的和不连续的纤维、织造和非织造布、毡或亚麻短纤维、或它们的组合。任何合适的金属都可被使用,包括各种等级的钢和钢的各种合金、铸铁、铝、镁或钛,或它们的复合物,或者它们的任何其它组合。聚合物可包括热塑性聚合物或热固性聚合物、或它们的复合物、或它们的任何其它组合,包括多种不同的共聚物和聚合物共混物。在一个实施例中,优选的塑料材料是具有弹性性质从而弹性变形而不破裂的塑料材料,例如,包括丙烯腈—丁二烯—苯乙烯(ABS)聚合物的材料,并且更具体地是包括聚碳酸酯ABS聚合物共混物(PC/ABS)的材料。该材料可以是任何形式且可由任何合适的工艺形成或制造,包括冲压或成形的金属、复合或其它的薄板、锻造件、挤压成形零件、压制零件、浇铸件、或模制件等,以包括本文描述的可变形的特征。可弹性变形的对准特征和相关的部件可以任何合适的方式被形成。例如,可弹性变形的对准特征和相关的部件可被一体地形成,或者它们可被完全分开地形成并且此后被附接到一起。当被一体形成时,例如它们可通过塑料注射模制成形机器被形成为单个零件。当被分开形成时,例如它们可由不同的材料形成以提供预定的弹性响应特征。该一种或多种材料可被选择成提供可弹性变形的对准特征、相关部件、或配合部件的任一者或全部的预定弹性响应特征。例如预定弹性响应特征可包括预定弹性模量。
当在本文中使用时,术语车辆不限于仅是汽车、卡车、厢式货车或运动型多用途车,而是包括适合于运输或支撑负担的任何自推进、拖曳或可移动的输送装置。
参照图1,示出了可弹性变形的模块安装组件10。可弹性变形的模块安装组件10包括可配合的部件,例如第一部件和第二部件,这两个部件被构造成被相对于彼此配合并对准。在示范性实施例中,例如前面提到的车辆应用,第一部件包括模块12,例如电控模块,并且第二模块包括用于将该模块12安装到其上的基部结构14。将模块12安装到基部结构14上有利于将模块12安装到期望位置。
虽然以具体的几何形状示出,但是模块12和基部结构14可被以各种不同的几何形状变形构造。无论模块12和基部结构14的精确几何形状如何,模块12被构造成与基部结构14对准并恰好地配合,下面将对此具体描述。应该意识到,可弹性变形的模块安装组件10被采用以提供部件之间的相互自对准关系,例如模块12和基部结构14,同时也辅助牢固地将部件彼此配合,由此阻止相对运动。
模块12被图示为基本上箱子形的结构,但是应该理解,若干替换的实施例可适当地替换所图示的实施例。在图示的实施例中,模块包括第一模块端部16、第二模块端部18、第一侧表面20、第二侧表面22、顶表面24和底表面26。这些端部和表面中的一些或全部可基本上是平坦表面。模块12也包括第一对突起28,其从第一模块端部16沿着与第一模块端部16所在的平面相对正交的方向延伸。所述第一对突起28中的每一个都被操作地联接到第一模块端部16并且可与第一模块端部16一体形成。第一对突起28可在数个被考虑的实施例中都形成。在图示的实施例中,第一对突起28中的每个都被形成为基本上U形突起,其中U的封闭端被指向模块12的顶表面24。第一对突起28可被称为“马蹄形”特征。如所示,第一对突起28可包括倾斜区域30,该区域被构造成有利于该突起被插入到阴型配合部件中,下面将对此具体描述。替换地,第一对突起28可被形成另外的几何形状,例如相对筒状的构件。另外,第一对突起28可包括实心圆柱形构件。
模块12也包括第二对突起32,其从第二模块端部18沿着与第二模块端部18所在的平面相对正交的方向延伸。所述第二对突起32中的每一个都被操作地联接到第二模块端部18并且可与第二模块端部16一体形成。第二对突起32可在数个被考虑的实施例中都形成。在图示的实施例中,第二对突起32的每一个都是带有中空区域的筒状构件。不过,如上面关于第一对突起28所描述的,第二对突起32例如可被形成为实心圆柱形构件或者基本上U形(例如,“马蹄形”)特征。
不论第一对突起28和第二对突起32的精确构造如何,它们都由可弹性变形的材料形成,该材料结合本文描述的特征,通过对由于制造工艺而固有地存在的模块12和基部结构14的保持和/或定位特征的位置变化负责而有利于模块12相对于基部结构14的精确对准。下面将具体描述与可弹性变形的模块安装组件10相关的自对准益处、增强的刚度和保持。
该基部结构14包括基本上设置在基部平面内的基部部分34。第一支架36可被操作地联接到基部部分34并紧邻基部部分34的第一端38。第一支架36基本上垂直地从基部部分34延伸并且可与基部部分34一体形成。第一支架36基本上是T形构件,其具有包括第一部分42和第二部分44的主体部分40。第一部分42包括两个边缘,这两个边缘每一个都从第一端46延伸到对应于沿着主体部分40的整个长度的中间点的第二端48。第一部分42的边缘沿着基本上线性的指向以对应于第一部分42在从第一端46到第二端48的方向上变宽的第一角度延伸。主体部分40的第二部分44包括两个边缘,这两个边缘从第一部分42的第二端48延伸到主体部分40的终端50。第二部分44的边缘沿着基本上线性的指向以与第一部分42的第一角度不同的第二角度延伸。不论第一部分42和第二部分44的相对于基部结构14的基部部分34的精确角度如何,主体部分40都包括在第一支架端部的第一支架宽度52,其窄于在第二支架端部处的第二支架宽度54。第一支架36还包括一对向下延伸的翼部56。向下延伸的翼部56和第二部分44的边缘的一部分限定的一对凹部58。具体来说,该对凹部58中的每一个都从主体部分40的终端50延伸。
基部结构14可还包括第二支架60,其操作地联接到基部部分34并紧邻基部部分34的第二端62。第二支架60基本上垂直地从基部部分34延伸并且可与基部部分34一体形成。第二支架60基本上是T形构件,其具有包括第一部分68和第二部分70的主体部分64。第一部分68包括两个边缘,这两个边缘每一个都从第一端72延伸到对应沿着主体部分64的整个长度的中间点的第二端74。第一部分68的边缘沿着基本上线性的指向以对应于第一部分68在从第一端72到第二端74的方向上变窄的第一角度延伸。主体部分64的第二部分70包括两个边缘,这两个边缘从第一部分68的第二端74延伸到主体部分64的终端76。第二部分70的边缘沿着基本上线性的指向以第二角度延伸,该第二角度不同于第一部分68的第一角度。第一部分68和第二部分70的不同的角度形成了第二端74处的下凹,第二对突起32在完全接合状态中被定位在该下凹里,下面将对此具体描述。不管第一部分68和第二部分70的相对于基部结构14的基部部分34的精确角度如何,主体部分64包括在第一支架端部处的第一支架宽度78,其宽于第二支架端部处的第二支架宽度。第二支架60还包括一对向下延伸的翼部82。该向下延伸的翼部82和第二部分70的边缘的一部分限定了一对凹部84。具体来说,该对凹部84的每一个都从主体部分64的终端76延伸。与第一支架36的翼部56不同的是,第二支架60的翼部82在向下延伸的基础上还向外延伸(图3和4)。这提供了导入表面99供第二对突起32在模块的安装期间,以及更具体地在第二模块端部18的向下旋转期间,接合和滑过。
可弹性变形的模块安装组件10在图1中以组装前的状态示出。箭头A表示在模块12安装到基部结构14期间模块12的初始运动的总体方向。
现在参照图2-8, 其描述了在与基部结构接合和组装的不同阶段中模块12的细节。尤其是,图2-4 说明了模块12处于与基部结构14的部分组装状态,而图5-8 说明了模块12处于与基部结构14的完全组装状态。下面描述关于每个状态(即,部分组装和完全组装)的具体细节。
模块12当被移动到与基部结构14紧挨着时以一定角度被设置(图2)。这个插入角度有利于将第一对突起28定位成紧邻基部结构14的基部部分34,以及紧邻第一支架36主体部分40。更具体地,第一对突起28被定位成邻近,或者被定位成接触主体部分40的第一部分42的边缘。主体部分40的第一部分42的相对于第二部分44的更窄的宽度的尺寸被设置成确保第一对突起28的间距足以穿过主体部分40的边缘(图3)。
在图示的状态中,第二模块端部18,并且更具体地,第二对突起32被定位在紧邻第二支架60的顶部的位置(图2和4)。为了确保在模块12和基部结构14之间强加干涉状态,第二对突起32包括比初始翼部距离88更大的突起间距86。
突起间距86被定义为在第二对突起32的最里的点之间的距离。初始翼部距离88由在翼部82的最上位置处的向下延伸的翼部82的外边缘之间的距离定义。翼部82此时向下并向外延伸以形成上面指出的导入表面99。这些尺寸确保了第二对突起32和第二支架60之间会沿着导入表面99接触。
旋转箭头B(图2)表示了施加在模块12上的、促进模块12与基部结构14的组装的旋转的方向。方向B上的旋转发生在从部分组装状态(图2)到完全组装状态(图5)的过渡期间。在此过渡期间,第一对突起28的封闭端被构造成引导第一对突起28进入第一支架36的一对凹部58。在一个实施例中,提供了在模块12和支架36、60的端部之间的足够的间隙以允许模块12被插入到基部结构14并在其内旋转,使得可采用基本上刚性的支架。在另一实施例中,支架36、60由可弯曲的或可弹性变形的材料形成,以允许支架36、60在模块12的插入期间弯曲和/或变形。具体来说,模块12可接触支架36、60,并且将它们向外偏压以迎合处于倾斜插入位置的模块12的尺寸。
在模块12的旋转期间的一些点上,第一对突起28接合第一支架36的主体部分40的边缘。在突起和主体部分40的边缘之间的接合所发生的精确位置将根据由制造因素导致的位置变化而变化。由于构成第一对突起28的弹性材料的可弹性变形性质,减少了初始的接合位置的关键性。第一支架36的主体部分40的边缘的向外倾斜的构造最终将偏压力施加在第一对突起28上,由此导致了在该突起和第一支架36的主体部分40的边缘之间的干涉状态。该干涉状态引起了突起的弹性变形。材料的顺从性减少了与位置变化有关的问题。更具体地,与通常导致插入件和接收结构之间的在该插入件的边缘周围的一部分处的间隙的刚性插入件不同,第一对突起有利地变形以维持模块12和基部结构14的对准,同时还减少或消除了与制造挑战相关的间隙。在模块12的旋转期间,第一对突起28进一步沿主体部分40的边缘向上滑,最终导致了完全接合和组装状态,下面将对此具体描述。
在第二模块端部18,第二对突起32被朝着基部结构14的基部部分34且在向下延伸的翼部82的外边缘99上向下移动。和第一对突起28一样,第二对突起32每一个都在突起32在安装期间沿着导入表面99被沿着翼部82向下推时因上面描述的尺寸设置而变形。
应该意识到,支架36、60中的任一个或全部两个可由可弹性变形的材料形成以促进支架36、60在模块12的安装期间的变形。在这样的实施例中,向下延伸的翼部82例如可在第二对突起32在它们上经过是向内弯曲。
如上面指出的,图5-8 说明了在对应模块12和基部结构14的完全组装的构造中的模块12。模块12相对于基部结构14的进一步旋转最终导致了模块12的完全接合状态。在完全接合状态,通过第一对突起28和第一支架36的一对凹部58之间的接触界面、以及在第二对突起32和第二支架60的主体部分64的外边缘或部分之间的接触干涉、以及在翼部82的端部处的接触干涉实现了在模块12和基部结构14之间的紧的、恰好的接合。将第一对突起28的尺寸设置为在至少一个尺寸上(例如,宽度、直径、周长、等)大于第一支架36的一对凹部58确保了这种状态(图7)。类似地,第二对突起32的大小被设置为彼此相距一定的距离以确保当它们在模块12旋转到图8所示的最终位置时沿着所述外边缘向下平移时与第二支架60的向下延伸的翼部82的导入表面99接触。在最终所示的位置中,示出了第二对突起32被安置在由第二支架60的主体部分64的第一部分68和第二部分70的不同角度形成的下凹中。具体来说,第二对突起32被设置在主体部分64的第二端74处并与主体部分64的边缘和翼部82成干涉状态。还通过将上面定义的突起间距86设置成小于在主体部分的第二端74之间的距离89来确保这种干涉状态,如在图4中所示。
多个突起28、32的弹性变形组合地弹性平均了模块12和基部结构14的任何位置误差。换句话说,在没有弹性平均的情况下会因与模块12和基部结构14的部分或区段,尤其是定位和保持特征,相关联的位置误差而出现的间隙通过利用其它可弹性变形的突起的过约束状态补偿所述间隙而被消除。具体来说,每个突起和/或凹部的位置变化由其余的突起补偿以整体上平均每个突起的位置变化。本文描述的实施例减少了磨损、变松、噪音和可因制造挑战而出现的潜在模块分离的可能性。通过减少与部件相关联的振动,也减少了模块分离的可能性。这通过因弹性平均部件的存储能量而导致的对部件之间的界面的刚度的提高而实现。
虽然已经参照示例性实施例描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,可以进行各种修改并且等同方式可用来替换本发明中的元件。而且,在不脱离本发明的实质范围的情况下,可进行许多改进以使特定的情况或材料适应本发明的教导。因此,并不意图将本发明限定为所公开的特定的实施例,而本意是本发明将包括所有落入本申请的范围内的实施例。
Claims (10)
1.一种可弹性变形的模块安装组件,包括:
具有基部部分、第一支架和第二支架的基部结构,所述基部部分基本上被设置在基部平面内,所述第一支架基本上垂直地从所述基部部分延伸,所述第二支架基本上垂直地从所述基部部分延伸,其中所述第一支架是基本上T形的构件,该构件具有主体部分、一对向下延伸的翼部和一对由所述一对向下延伸的翼部和所述主体部分的一段限定的凹部;以及
模块,该模块被构造成与所述基部结构配合,该模块包括第一模块端部和第二模块端部,其中所述第一模块端部包括第一对由可弹性变形的材料形成的且被构造成在插入第一支架的所述一对凹部时被旋转成与第一支架干涉状态的突起。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,还包括从所述第二模块端部延伸的第二对突起,所述第二对突起构造成被向下旋转成与所述第二支架的主体部分的一对外边缘和所述第二支架的一对向下延伸的翼部的端部成干涉状态。
3.如权利要求2所述的组件,其中所述第二对突起由可弹性变形的材料形成。
4.如权利要求2所述的组件,其中所述第二支架由可弹性变形的材料形成。
5.如权利要求2所述的组件,其中所述第二对突起和所述第二支架都由可弹性变形的材料形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述第一对突起基本上是U形突起,其中所述第一对突起的封闭端被构造成沿着所述第一对突起旋转进入所述第一支架的所述一对凹部的方向引导所述第一对突起。
7.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述第一支架由可弹性变形的材料形成。
8.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述第一支架的所述主体部分包括第一部分和第二部分,其中所述第一部分和所述第二部分的边缘以相对于所述基部结构的所述基部部分不同的角度定向。
9.如权利要求8所述的组件,其中所述第一支架的所述主体部分包括在第一支架端部处的第一支架宽度和在第二支架端部处的第二宽度,所述第二宽度大于所述第一宽度。
10.一种可弹性变形的模块安装组件,包括:
基部结构,其包括:
基本上设置在基部平面内的基部部分;以及
第一支架和第二支架,该第一支架基本上垂直地从基部部分延伸,该第二支架基本上垂直地从基部部分延伸,其中第一支架和第二支架每一个都是基本上T形的构件,所述构件具有各自的主体部分,各自的一对向下延伸的翼部和各自的一对由所述一对向下延伸的翼部和所述主体部分的一段限定的凹部;以及
模块,其被构造成与所述基部结构配合,所述模块包括:
第一模块端部和第二模块端部,其中第一模块端部包括第一对由可弹性变形的材料形成的且被构造成在插入第一支架的所述一对凹部时被旋转成与第一支架干涉状态的突起,其中所述第一对突起中的每一个都包括突起宽度并且第一支架的所述一对凹部包括凹部宽度,所述突起宽度大于所述凹部宽度;以及
从所述第二模块端部延伸的第二对突起,所述第二对突起构造成被向下旋转成与所述第二支架的主体部分的一对外边缘和所述第二支架的一对向下延伸的翼部成干涉状态。
