Abstract
本实用新型提出一种汽车横梁搭接结构包括横梁和左右纵梁,所述横梁断面为U形,横梁两端通过搭接边与左右纵梁交叉焊接成H形;所述横梁两端部呈逐渐增大的喇叭形,端部边缘形成两个对称的翻边搭接边和一直边搭接边,两翻边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的内侧面即以汽车坐标系为准的Z方向平面上,直边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的上表面即以汽车坐标系为准的X方向平面上。本实用新型能很好的解决车体结构中“H”型搭接结构对力的传递效果和零件搭接根部应力集中引起的焊接边和零件搭接边根部工艺切口易开裂的现象,保证结构的整体强度和刚度要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车车身结构,具体来说涉及一种汽车横梁搭接结构。
背景技术
通常在进行车体结构设计时,常常出现如图1所示的车体骨架横梁2与左右纵梁1、3交叉搭接成“H”型的结构,车体骨架横梁2的断面成“U”,整体的大小基本一致,且与左右纵梁采用对接的方式,即车体骨架横梁2两端豆油三个的翻边搭接边,与左右纵梁在Z方向平面上(以轿车坐标系为准)进行搭接,同时为满足工艺要求,翻边前,必须开工艺切口,这种结构对力的传递效果很差,不能很好的对侧向碰撞等力有效的进行传递和分解,且汽车在行驶时车身的扭转很容易导致搭接边翻边根部出现应力集中和工艺切口处出现开裂等现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车横梁搭接结构,该结构不仅能将搭接端部的应力分解,避免出现开裂的现象,而且对整个结构上力的传递有很大的好处。
本实用新型提出的汽车横梁搭接结构包括横梁和左右纵梁,所述横梁断面为U形,横梁两端通过搭接边与左右纵梁交叉焊接成H形;所述横梁两端部呈逐渐增大的喇叭形,端部边缘形成两个对称的翻边搭接边和一直边搭接边,两翻边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的内侧面即以汽车坐标系为准的Z方向平面上,直边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的上表面即以汽车坐标系为准的X方向平面上。
本实用新型的横梁搭接结构中,将其中一搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的上表面上,增加了它与纵向零件搭接的有效面积,对侧面碰撞力的传递和分解有很大的改善效果,以及对车身扭转应力集中点进行合理分解,从而避免该零件翻边根部出现应力集中引起开裂的现象发生。同时,采用喇叭口式的结构形式,能很好的解决车体结构中“H”型搭接结构对力的传递效果和零件搭接根部应力集中引起的焊接边和零件搭接边根部工艺切口易开裂的现象,保证结构的整体强度和刚度要求。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,汽车横梁搭接结构的横粱2为“U”型断面零件,横梁2中间小,随着横梁逐渐向两端延伸,截面不断增大,在两端形成逐渐增大的喇叭口结构21,具体在横粱上开始逐渐增大的位置即图中的分块线21需要根据周边结构和CAE验证分析而最终确定。横梁2的端部边缘形成有两个对称的翻边搭接边23和一直边搭接边24,两翻边搭接边23搭接在左、右纵梁1和3的内侧面即以汽车坐标系为准的Z方向平面上,直边搭接边24搭接在左、右纵梁1和3的上表面即以汽车坐标系为准的X方向平面上。

1、一种汽车横梁搭接结构,包括横梁和左右纵梁,所述横梁断面为U形,横梁两端通过搭接边与左右纵梁交叉焊接成H形;其特征在于:所述横梁两端部呈逐渐增大的喇叭形,端部边缘形成两个对称的翻边搭接边和一直边搭接边,两翻边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的内侧面即以汽车坐标系为准的Z方向平面上,直边搭接边搭接在左右纵梁的上表面即以汽车坐标系为准的X方向平面上。
