Description
本実施形態に係るクリップ10を取付孔に取付ける場合には、クリップ10の支柱部14と一対の係止片18とを取付部材50の取付孔52と被取付部材54の取付孔56とに挿入する。これにより、一対の係止片18の傾斜面22が取付孔56の内周と摺動し、先ず、支柱部14に接近する方向(図3の矢印B方向)へ弾性変形し、取付孔56、52を乗り越える。その後、一対の係止片18は復元して(図3の矢印A方向へ弾性変形して)、係止片18に形成された係止爪20の傾斜面20Bが、被取付部材54の取付孔56の反挿入側の周縁部に係止される。
以上に於いては、本発明を特定の実施形態について詳細に説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内にて他の種々の実施形態が可能であることは当業者にとって明らかである。例えば、上記実施形態では、クリップ10のフランジ部12を円盤状としたが、フランジ部12の形状は円盤状に限定されず矩形等の他の形状としてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 被取付部材と前記被取付部材に取付けられる取付部材とに形成された取付孔より大きく、内側から外側に向かって前記取付孔への挿入方向と反対方向へ傾斜した傾斜面が形成されたフランジ部と、
前記フランジ部から前記挿入方向へ立設された支柱部と、
前記支柱部の先端から前記フランジ部に向かって折り返され、前記支柱部と接離する方向へ弾性変形可能とされた係止片と、
前記係止片に形成され、前記取付孔の反挿入側の周縁部に係止可能とされた係止爪と、
前記係止片の先端から前記フランジ部の外側に突出して設けられ、根元部の厚さに比べて先端部の厚さが厚い楔形状となっており、前記支柱部側に向かって移動させることで前記係止片を係止解除方向へ移動させると共に、前記フランジ部との当接部が根元部から先端部側に向かって前記挿入方向と反対方向へ傾斜し、前記取付孔への係止状態において前記フランジ部の傾斜面に当接し外側へ移動する傾斜面となっている操作部と、
前記操作部から前記挿入方向へ延設され、弾性変形することで前記取付孔の挿入側の周縁部を押圧し、前記係止爪とで前記取付部材と前記被取付部材とを挟持する弾性片と、
を有するクリップ。 - 前記操作部の外周部は前記挿入方向に沿った平面となっている請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記弾性片は前記操作部より長尺とされている請求項1または請求項2に記載のクリップ。
