Abstract
一种LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,所述散热风扇组接于LED灯具内部散热座一侧,其特征在于:所述散热风扇与散热座相组接部位还设有一避震构件。本实用新型借由其散热风扇与散热座相组接部位增设避震构件的创新独特设计,使散热风扇运转时的震动现象能够得到有效的缓合减降,进以达到提升LED灯具组装品质、降低噪音的实用进步性。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,具体涉及其散热风扇具有避震式组接结构的创新设计。
背景技术
现有LED灯具结构中,其LED基板通常组设于一散热座上,以达到辅助散热的目的,然而,随着LED照明度的逐步提升,散热座的散热效能已难以满足这种高照明度LED灯具的散热需求。
因此,有业界研发出一种于所述散热座另一侧组接一散热风扇的改良式LED灯具结构,由此而能大幅增进散热座的热排散效率;但是,此种现有LED灯具结构于实际使用中发现仍存在以下问题:
所述散热风扇运转时会产生一定程度的振动,而其振动力会进一步透过与散热座相组接部位传递至LED灯具整体结构上,而由于LED灯具的组装,就内嵌式结构而言,往往是被嵌设于装潢的天花板架构中,这种天花板架构所形成的框架以及空间结构,很容易因振动而产生共鸣,前述LED灯具中的散热风扇运转时所产生的振动力,就单组而言,或许并不会产生令人能够感觉到的声音,然而,因为天花板的灯具配置,随着天花板面积的增加,所配置的灯具数量往往可能达到数十组之多,这种情况下,各LED灯具中段散热风扇所产生的振动力汇集起来加上天花板所产生的共鸣效应,将会令该空间环境中产生人耳感到不适的鸣声噪音,进而对环境品质造成严重影响,实为值得相关业界关注思索的课题。
因此,针对上述现有结构所存在的问题,如何开发一种更具理想实用性的创新结构,实为使用、消费者所殷切企盼,亦为相关业者须努力研发突破的目标及方向。
创作人本于多年从事相关产品的制造开发与设计经验,针对上述目标,详加设计与审慎评估后,终得一确具实用性的本创作。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,主要针对如何更进一步降低现有LED灯具散热风扇运转振动以提升其组装品质、降低噪音为目标加以思索突破。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,所述散热风扇组接于LED灯具内部散热座一侧,其中,所述散热风扇与散热座相组接部位还设有一避震构件。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述避震构件为由弹性材料制成的弹性柱体,所述弹性柱体的第一端具有嵌卡定位柱,第二端为具有中空槽的弹性筒段,该弹性筒段外周具有嵌卡槽;所述散热座在对应所述嵌卡槽的部位设有嵌插槽,并通过该嵌插槽与弹性柱体的嵌卡定位柱嵌组定位,散热风扇设有定位孔,与弹性柱体的弹性筒段所设嵌卡槽相卡合连结。
2、上述方案中,该弹性柱体的第一端为形成缩径穿孔连通弹性筒段中空槽的结构,散热座在对应所述缩径穿孔处设有螺孔,螺栓穿组该缩径穿孔复螺锁于散热座的螺孔定位。
3、上述方案中,所述避震构件由具有可伸缩折状筒壁的中空弹性体构成,该中空弹性体两端设有卡接柱,散热座、散热风扇对应该卡接柱设有卡接孔槽,所述卡接孔槽与卡接柱卡合定位。
4、上述方案中,所述避震构件为由弹性材料制成的弹性衬块,所述弹性衬块的相对两端设有嵌插孔,散热座、散热风扇对应该嵌插孔设有卡接凸柱,所述卡接凸柱与嵌插孔卡合定位。
5、上述方案中,所述弹性材料为橡胶、硅胶两者之一。
本实用新型工作原理及相应的优点如下:本实用新型借由在其散热风扇与散热座相组接部位增设避震构件的创新独特设计,使散热风扇运转时的震动现象能够得到有效的缓合减降,进以达到提升LED灯具组装品质、降低噪音的实用进步性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:请参阅第1~3图,一种LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,
所述散热风扇10组接于LED灯具20内部散热座30的一侧(如散热面),本实施例的LED灯具20为一螺组式灯泡结构;而本创作的主要改良设计是在于所述散热风扇10与散热座30相组接部位增设一避震构件A,所述避震构件A的具体结构实施形态可为多种,兹举例说明如下:
如第1~3图所示,所述避震构件A为由橡胶或硅胶制成的弹性柱体40,该弹性柱体40的第一端具有嵌卡定位柱41,第二端为具有中空槽42的弹性筒段43,该弹性筒段43外周具有一环状的嵌卡槽44;所述散热座30对应所述嵌卡槽44的部位设有嵌插槽31,并通过该嵌插槽31与弹性柱体40的嵌卡定位柱41嵌组定位,散热风扇10设有定位孔11,与弹性柱体40的弹性筒段43所设嵌卡槽44相卡合连结(详如第2图所示)。
其中,如第2图所示,该弹性柱体40的第一端为形成缩径穿孔45连通弹性筒段43中空槽42的结构,散热座30在对应该缩径穿孔45处设有螺孔32,螺栓33穿组该缩径穿孔45复螺锁于散热座30的螺孔32定位。
其中,如第5图所示,所述避震构件A由具有可伸缩折状筒壁501(或者称之为蛇腹状)的中空弹性体50构成,该中空弹性体50两端设有卡接柱51、52,散热座30、散热风扇10对应该卡接柱51、52设有卡接孔槽34、12,所述卡接孔槽34、12与卡接柱51、52卡合定位。
其中,如第6图所示,所述避震构件A为橡胶或硅胶制成的弹性衬块60构成,所述弹性衬块60的相对两端设有嵌插孔61、62,散热座30、散热风扇10对应该嵌插孔61、62设有卡接凸柱35、13,所述卡接凸柱35、13与嵌插孔61、62卡合定位。
本实用新型LED灯具20主要借由在其散热风扇10与散热座30相组接部位增设一避震构件A的核心设计,使得散热风扇10激活运作时,其所产生的震动力将可由所述避震构件A加以吸收缓合减降,使散热风扇10的震动不会进一步扩散影响到整体LED灯具20,以此有效减降这种LED灯具20组装使用状态的震动噪音量,让这种LED灯具20能够兼具较佳散热效果以及高品质。
上述实施例只为说明本实用新型的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本实用新型的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本实用新型的保护范围。凡根据本实用新型精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1、一种LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,所述散热风扇组接于LED灯具内部散热座一侧,其特征在于:所述散热风扇与散热座相组接部位还设有一避震构件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,其特征在于:所述避震构件为由弹性材料制成的弹性柱体,所述弹性柱体的第一端具有嵌卡定位柱,第二端为具有中空槽的弹性筒段,该弹性筒段外周具有嵌卡槽;所述散热座在对应所述嵌卡槽的部位设有嵌插槽,并通过该嵌插槽与弹性柱体的嵌卡定位柱嵌组定位,散热风扇设有定位孔,与弹性柱体的弹性筒段所设嵌卡槽相卡合连结。
3、根据权利要求2所述的LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,其特征在于:该弹性柱体的第一端为形成缩径穿孔连通弹性筒段中空槽的结构,散热座在对应所述缩径穿孔处设有螺孔,螺栓穿组该缩径穿孔复螺锁于散热座的螺孔定位。
4、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,其特征在于:所述避震构件由具有可伸缩折状筒壁的中空弹性体构成,该中空弹性体两端设有卡接柱,散热座、散热风扇对应该卡接柱设有卡接孔槽,所述卡接孔槽与卡接柱卡合定位。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,其特征在于:所述避震构件为由弹性材料制成的弹性衬块,所述弹性衬块的相对两端设有嵌插孔,散热座、散热风扇对应该嵌插孔设有卡接凸柱,所述卡接凸柱与嵌插孔卡合定位。
6、根据权利要求2和5所述的LED灯具的散热风扇避震式组接结构,其特征在于:所述弹性材料为橡胶、硅胶两者之一。
