Abstract
一种组合式散热器,该散热器上设有数片由冲压成型的散热片,各散热片一端分别设有一弯折的折片,各折片上分别设有一由折片与散热片相连接处向外延伸的卡扣槽,该卡扣槽上设有由冲压形成卡扣槽的片体,该片体的一端与散热片相连接,而该片体的自由端与折片呈断离状态,另,在各折片自由端上分别设有一卡扣片,各卡扣片恰可分别卡合在卡扣槽中,并与片体的自由端相抵扣,组装时,各散热片可凭借折片上的卡扣槽重复与相邻折片的卡扣片而互相卡扣在一起组成一散热器,更可凭借片体与卡扣片的相互抵扣,加强前后散热片的紧密固接效果,同时增加散热面积。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及散热器,尤指一种由冲压形成卡扣槽形片体一端与散热片相连接,各片体自由端与折片呈断离状态,并与相应卡扣片相抵扣,各片体除可加强前后散热片的紧密固接效果外,更可增加散热面积的组合式散热器。
背景技术
请参照图1、图1A所示,一般习知组合式的散热器,该散热器90由数个散热片100组成,各散热片100两边分别设有向内弯折呈90度的折片110,各折片110与散热片100连接处分别设有矩形的开口101,而各折片110在与开口101相对的端缘上则分别设有一向外延伸的卡扣片102,各卡扣片102设有内凹的弯折部103,组装时,将一散热片100的折片110的卡扣片102卡扣在另一散热片100的折片110的开口101中,如此重复上述动作,即可组成该种习知组合式的散热器。
该种习知组合式的散热器在使用时,虽可藉各散热片100的折片110的卡扣片102卡扣在另一散热片100的折片110的开口101中,组成一散热器90,但因该开口101与卡扣片102间仍有空隙,传导热时,会造成间断的情况发生。
请参照图2、图2A所示,另一习知组合式的散热器,由数个散热片200组合而成,各散热片200两边分别设有向内弯折呈90度的折片210,且各散热片200与折片210连接处设有与之平行的嵌槽201,再者,各折片210自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣体220,各卡扣体220设有内缩的颈部221,各颈部221另一端设有向外扩张的弧曲部222,该种习知组合式的散热器虽可使卡扣体220与嵌槽201互相卡扣在一起,但为使各嵌槽201恰可卡扣于相应卡扣体220,通常是在各折片210上冲压出完整冲孔以形成嵌槽201,如此将使各散热片200的散热面积减少,再者,各卡扣体220与嵌槽201间的卡扣,是利用两者侧边的厚度相互抵扣,但因考虑各散热片200材料成本及体积的限制,各散热片200的厚度较薄,因此组装时,前后散热片间容易产生顷斜,甚至造成脱落的情况(如图2中a、b、c所示)。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于提供一种由数个散热片组合而成,各散热片一端分别设有向内弯折呈90度的折片,各折片在与散热片相连接处分别设有向外延伸的卡扣槽,各卡扣槽设有由冲压形成的卡扣槽形的片体,各片体一端与散热片相连接,各片体的自由端与折片呈断开状态,各折片在与卡扣槽相对端缘上分别设有一卡扣片,各卡扣片在与折片连接端上设有向内缩合的对称颈部的组合式散热器。
组装时,将一散热片的卡扣片卡扣在另一散热片的卡扣槽中,同时使各卡扣片的颈部嵌合在相应卡扣槽中,不断重复上述动作,即可组成一组合式散热器。由于各片体的自由端与相应卡扣片相互抵扣,因此,各片体可增加抵压卡扣散热片的力量,除可加强前后散热片的紧密固接效果外,更可增加散热面积。

为了对本实用新型的目的、技术特征及其功效,能有更进一步的了解与认识,兹举数较佳实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下:
请参照图3、图3A所示,本实用新型第一实施例,一种组合式散热器,该散热器10由数个散热片20组合而成,各散热片20一端分别设有向内弯折呈90度的折片21,各折片21设有由折片21与散热片20连接处延伸的卡扣槽22,本实施例为一椭圆形开孔,各卡扣槽22是采用冲压方式,使片体24与折片21分离所形成,该片体24一端向内弯折仍与折片21相连接,且各片体24自由端与折片21呈断开状态,本实施例中该片体24以较大面积端与折片21相连接,其余部分则与折片21呈断开状态,各折片21自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片23,各卡扣片23的形状与各卡扣槽22相匹配。
请参照图4-5所示,组装时,先将一散热片20的卡扣片23卡扣在另一散热片20的卡扣槽22中,如此重复组接,即可形成一散热器10,同时各片体24的自由端仍与卡扣片23相抵扣,因此,凭借各片体24的抵扣,可避免各卡扣片23向内倾斜,造成各卡扣片23从各卡扣槽22内松脱,因此,各片体24除可加强前后散热片20间的紧密固接效果外,更可增加散热面积。
请参照图6、图6A所示,本实用新型第二实施例的结构与第一实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:第二实施例中卡扣槽22a为一梯形开孔,各卡扣槽22a是采用冲压方式,使片体24a与折片21分离所形成,各片体24a一端向内弯折与相应折片21相连接,且各片体24a的自由端与相应折片21呈断开状态,本实施例中各片体24a以较大面积端与与相应折片21相连接,其余部分则与折片21呈断开状态,各折片21自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片23a,各卡扣片23a的形状与卡扣槽22a相匹配,并且藉各片体24a的自由端与卡扣片23a抵扣。
请参照图7、图7A所示,本实用新型第三实施例的结构与第一实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:第三实施例中卡扣槽22b为一T形开孔,各卡扣槽22b是采用冲压方式,使各片体24b与折片21分离所形成,各片体24b一端向内弯折后与折片21相连接,且各片体24b自由端与折片21呈断开状态,本实施例中各片体24b以较大面积端与与折片21相连接,其余部分则与折片21呈断开状态,各折片21自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片23b,该卡扣片23b的形状与各卡扣槽22b相匹配,并且藉各片体24b的自由端与相应卡扣片23b抵扣。
请参照图8、图8A所示,本实用新型第四实施例的结构与第一实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:第三实施例中卡扣槽22c为一椭圆形开孔,各卡扣槽22c是采用冲压方式,使片体24c与折片21分离所形成,各片体24c侧端向内弯折后与折片21相连接,且各片体24c自由端与折片21呈断开状态,本实施例中各片体24c与卡扣片23c延伸方向垂直一侧端与折片21相连接,其余部分则与折片21呈断开状态,各折片21自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片23c,各卡扣片23c的形状与各卡扣槽22c相匹配,并且藉各片体24c的自由端与相应卡扣片23c抵扣。
请参照图9、图9A所示,本实用新型第五实施例的结构与第一实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:第三实施例的卡扣槽22d为一椭圆形开孔,各卡扣槽22d是采用冲压方式,使片体24d与折片21分离所形成,各片体24d一端向内弯折后与散热片20及折片21弯折处相连接,各片体24d自由端与折片21呈断开状态,本实施例中各片体24d以较小面积端与散热片20及折片21弯折处相连接,其余部分则与折片21呈断开状态,各折片21自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片23d,各卡扣片23d的形状与各卡扣槽22d相匹配,并且藉各片体24d的自由端与卡扣片23d抵扣。
以上所述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本实用新型的实施范围。凡熟悉此项技艺者均可作出各种不同的等效变化与修饰,但皆应涵盖于本专利要求书所界定的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1、一种组合式散热器,该散热器由数个散热片组合而成,各散热片一端设有向内弯折的折片,各折片上设有由折片与散热片连接处延伸的卡扣槽;其特征在于:各卡扣槽是采用冲压方式,使片体与折片分离所形成;各片体一端向内弯折后与折片相连接,其余部分则与折片呈断开状态,各折片自由端设有一向外延伸的卡扣片,各卡扣片的形状与各卡扣槽相匹配,并且藉各片体的自由端与卡扣片相抵扣。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述卡扣槽为椭圆形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述卡扣槽为梯形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述卡扣槽为T形。
5、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述片体以面积较大一端与折片相连接。
6、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述片体以面积较小一端与折片相连接。
7、根据权利要求1所述的组合式散热器,其特征在于:所述片体以其一侧端与折片相连接。
