本实用新型公开了一种汽车前门内饰板结构，主要由前门内饰板主体和设置于该前门内饰板主体上部的前门内饰板上装饰板构成，所述前门内饰板上装饰板与前门内饰板主体为一次注塑成型的整体结构。所述前门内饰板主体与前门扶手面料层相互衔接的衔接部位开设有嵌入固定前门扶手面料层的嵌槽，所述前门扶手面料层的边缘设置有嵌入该嵌槽中嵌接折边，前门扶手面料层由其边缘的嵌接折边嵌入在前门内饰板主体上的嵌槽中固定。本实用新型结构简单，减少了焊接组装的工序，有效降低了模具制造成本和降低了产品生产成本；不需要在前门内饰板主体上布置焊接结构柱，结构简化，提高了模具的使用寿命；有效解决了面料包覆质量的问题，提高了产品的质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车配件，具体来讲涉及一种汽车前门内饰板结构。
背景技术
汽车前门内饰板是汽车不可缺少的内饰配件之一，现有的汽车前门内饰板主要由前门内饰板主体和焊接于前门内饰板主体上端的前门内饰板上装饰板构成，前门内饰板主体和前门内饰板上装饰板相衔接的部位设置有前门扶手面板，位于前门扶手面板上方的前门内饰板主体部位安置有前门扶手面料层，前门内饰板主体下部安置有前门置物盒盒体。这种传统结构的前门内饰板结构由于主体和前门内饰板上装饰板分别为两个独立的部件，相互连接时通过焊接结构柱将两个部件组装成一个整体部件，这种结构存在以下缺点：其一是在前门内饰板主体的模具尺寸没有减小的情况下，增加了焊接组装的工序，使得模具制造成本和产品生产成本大大的增加；其二是这种焊接式连接结构必将在前门内饰板主体和前门内饰板上装饰板上布置大量的焊接结构柱，从而导致主体结构的复杂化，严重影响模具的使用寿命；其三是现有前门扶手面料层与前门内饰板主体是通过粘接方式进行连接的，其装饰缝隙较大，面料包覆效果差，包覆质量不易控制，严重影响了产品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，有效延长制作模具使用寿命和提高产品质量的汽车前门内饰板结构。
本实用新型所提出的技术问题是这样解决的：一种汽车前门内饰板结构，主要由前门内饰板主体和设置于该前门内饰板主体上部的前门内饰板上装饰板构成，所述前门内饰板主体和前门内饰板上装饰板相衔接的部位设置有前门扶手面板，位于前门扶手面板上方的前门内饰板主体部位安置有前门扶手面料层，所述前门内饰板主体下部安置有前门置物盒盒体，所述前门内饰板上装饰板与前门内饰板主体为一次注塑成型的整体结构。
所述前门内饰板主体与前门扶手面料层相互衔接的衔接部位开设有嵌入固定前门扶手面料层的嵌槽，所述前门扶手面料层的边缘设置有嵌入该嵌槽中嵌接折边，前门扶手面料层由其边缘的嵌接折边嵌入在前门内饰板主体上的嵌槽中固定。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单，通过一次成型的注塑方式将前门内饰板主体和前门内饰板上装饰板注塑为一整体结构，减少了焊接组装的工序，有效降低了模具制造成本和降低了产品生产成本；由于减少了焊接工序，故而不需要在前门内饰板主体上布置焊接结构柱，使得前门内饰板主体结构简化，提高了模具的使用寿命；同时，前门内饰板主体上设置有嵌接前门扶手面料层的嵌槽，有效解决了面料包覆质量的问题，提高了产品的质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1所示，一种汽车前门内饰板结构，主要由前门内饰板主体1和设置于该前门内饰板主体1上部的前门内饰板上装饰板2构成，所述前门内饰板主体1和前门内饰板上装饰板2相衔接的部位设置有前门扶手面板3，位于前门扶手面板3上方的前门内饰板主体1部位安置有前门扶手面料层4，所述前门内饰板主体1下部安置有前门置物盒盒体5，所述前门内饰板上装饰板2与前门内饰板主体1为一次注塑成型的整体结构。
如图2所示，所述前门内饰板主体1与前门扶手面料层4相互衔接的衔接部位开设有嵌入固定前门扶手面料层4的嵌槽6，所述前门扶手面料层4的边缘设置有嵌入该嵌槽6中嵌接折边7，前门扶手面料层4由其边缘的嵌接折边7嵌入在前门内饰板主体1上的嵌槽6中固定。

1.一种汽车前门内饰板结构，主要由前门内饰板主体(1)和设置于该前门内饰板主体(1)上部的前门内饰板上装饰板(2)构成，所述前门内饰板主体(1)和前门内饰板上装饰板(2)相衔接的部位设置有前门扶手面板(3)，位于前门扶手面板(3)上方的前门内饰板主体(1)部位安置有前门扶手面料层(4)，所述前门内饰板主体(1)下部安置有前门置物盒盒体(5)，其特征在于：所述前门内饰板上装饰板(2)与前门内饰板主体(1)为一次注塑成型的整体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽车前门内饰板结构，其特征在于：所述前门内饰板主体(1)与前门扶手面料层(4)相互衔接的衔接部位开设有嵌入固定前门扶手面料层(4)的嵌槽(6)，所述前门扶手面料层(4)的边缘设置有嵌入该嵌槽(6)中嵌接折边(7)，前门扶手面料层(4)由其边缘的嵌接折边(7)嵌入在前门内饰板主体(1)上的嵌槽(6)中固定。
