本实用新型涉及一种固定栓结构,用以将一散热器扣接于一电路板上,其包括一扣体及一钩体,该扣体具有一头部,该头部向下延伸形成一连接部,该连接部的下端具有一卡扣部,该卡扣部具有一镂空区,该头部顶面中央具有一通孔,贯通至该卡扣部的镂空区;该钩体具有一帽盖,该帽盖下方延伸一销部及二折片,该二折片设于帽盖下方相对应的两端,该销部下端具有一钩部;该扣体及钩体相对卡扣,该钩体下端的钩部插置于该扣体的通孔,并定位于镂空区以形成卡扣;由此,能使固定栓与散热器、电路板之间的固定较为稳定,并具有缓冲作用,可达到较佳的扣固效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定栓结构,尤指一种能使固定栓与散热器、电路板之间的固定较为稳定,并具有缓冲作用,可达到较佳的扣固效果的固定栓结构。
背景技术
TW专利公告编号第405725号,揭示一种散热片自锁扣件,其一体成型为销体状,于销体上方设有帽盖,下方则含有一底钩部,该帽盖与销体间以一小宽度连接片予以衔接,其并预设两侧向下延伸折片,供与该连接片之间形成回弹空间,且所述的折片由上向下以一向外斜度弯折至接近中间位置后,再由中间位置以向内斜度弯折部分弯至末端,上述底钩部大致设为V形状,使其上端部大于销体以形成靠肩,且此底钩部中间以小宽度支片连接销体,配合销体向下延伸弧片而形成镂空区域,依上述底钩部可压入通过电路板通孔并使其上靠肩弹张于所述的通孔底,并使帽盖折片回弹定位。
上述的散热片自锁扣件为单一组件,但在扣锁散热片及电路板时,上述两者只通过帽盖及钩部相互钩住,且其两者之间更无缓冲材质,若扣锁过程或计算机遭外力撞击时,稍有不慎将会使两者受损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足与缺陷,提出一种固定栓结构,其能使固定栓与散热器、电路板之间的固定较为稳定,并具有缓冲作用,可达到较佳的扣固效果。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供一种固定栓结构,包括一扣体及一钩体,该扣体属软质材料件所构成,该扣体具有一头部,该头部向下延伸形成一连接部,该连接部的下端具有一卡扣部,该卡扣部具有一镂空区,该头部顶面中央具有一通孔,贯通至该卡扣部的镂空区;以及该钩体具有一帽盖,该帽盖下方延伸一销部及二折片,该二折片设于帽盖下方相对应的两端,该销部下端具有一钩部;该扣体及钩体相对卡扣,该钩体下端的钩部插置于该扣体的通孔,并定位于镂空区以形成卡扣。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,固定栓结构利用二折片下端顶抵于散热器,该扣体的头部固定于散热器及电路板之间,卡扣部上端顶抵于电路板;由此,能使固定栓与散热器、电路板之间的固定较为稳定,并具有缓冲作用,可达到较佳的扣固效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图2,本实用新型提供一种固定栓结构,该固定栓包括一扣体1及一钩体2。该扣体1具有一头部11、一连接部12、一卡扣部13、一镂空区14及一通孔15,其中该头部11、连接部12、卡扣部13由软质材料件所构成。该头部11呈一圆形体或其它形状,该头部11向下延伸形成一连接部12。该连接部12呈圆柱体或其它形状的柱体,该连接部12向下延伸形成该卡扣部13,该卡扣部13的顶部形成一弧面且横截面积大于连接部12底部,该弧面呈一由中央至左右两侧向下倾斜,其与连接部12的底部相互连结,该卡扣部13呈一锥体,该卡扣部13内部中空以形成该镂空区14,在本实施例中,该镂空区14于卡扣部13中央呈一倒三角形,该倒三角形上端又以一长形状延伸至连接部12的中央,其长形状顶端为半圆状,使整个镂空区14由连接部12到卡扣部13呈一箭头状。该通孔15从头部11经连接部12贯穿至卡扣部13的镂空区14,该通孔15至卡扣部13处时其孔径略缩小,使卡扣作用更紧密。
该钩体2具有一帽盖21、一销部22、二折片23及一钩部24。该帽盖21呈圆形体或其它形状,帽盖21下方延伸该销部22及二折片23,该二折片23设于帽盖21下方相对应的两端,该二折片23由上往下向外倾斜弯折后,再向内倾斜弯折,使该二折片23形成相对的横“V”型片体,而能具有较佳的弹性。该销部22位于帽盖21下方呈圆柱体,本实施例中,该销部22顶端与帽盖21下方连结处,具有一顶销部25连接两者,该顶销部25呈圆柱体。该销部22下端具有一钩部24,该钩部24呈圆锥状。该扣体1及钩体2相对卡扣,该钩体2下端的钩部24插置于该扣体1的通孔15,并定位于镂空区14以形成卡扣;通过上述组成本实用新型的固定栓结构。
请参阅图3,当使用者欲将扣体1、钩体2及计算机内部的零组件(如散热器3、电路板4)扣固时,先将扣体1的卡扣部13置于电路板4的第二孔槽41中,后向下按压头部11,使卡扣部13穿越第二孔槽41。该卡扣部13上方较宽处于第二孔槽41内呈压缩型态,直至头部11的底面平贴于电路板4的表面,该连接部12容置于第二孔槽41中,卡扣部13上方较宽处通过第二孔槽41后恢复原本型态,使扣体1卡固于电路板4之中。其后,再将钩体2的钩部24置于散热板3的第一孔槽31,后向下按压帽盖21,使钩部24穿越第一孔槽31后,再将钩部24置于扣体1的通孔15中,并按压帽盖21使钩部24通过通孔15至镂空区14,直至销部22上端的顶销部25底面平贴于散热片3的顶面,此时二折片23下端亦顶抵于散热器3的顶面,因受压该二折片23分别向左右弯折。
请参阅图4,当二折片23下端顶抵于散热器3的顶面时,因二折片23具有弹性,故将钩体2向上弹升,使顶销部25底面离开散热器3的顶面,该钩部24于弹升时,其顶端则平贴于镂空区14中间与通孔15的连接面。
请参阅图5,本实用新型钩体2另一实施例,该帽盖21可变化为椭圆形,并左右两侧靠近二折片23处采削边方式处理,该钩部24上端与销部22下端的连结面,其周围采导角方式,此实施例的帽盖21向左右延长,用以增加拇指施力方向的面积,使按压钩体2时更具效益,其余等效变化亦同。
本实用新型的固定栓结构利用二折片23下端顶抵于散热器3,该扣体1的头部11固定于散热器3及电路板4之间,卡扣部13上端顶抵于电路板4;由此,能使固定栓与散热器3、电路板4之间的固定较为稳定,并具有缓冲作用,可达到较佳的扣固效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种固定栓结构,其特征在于,包括:
一扣体,其由软质材料件所构成,该扣体具有一头部,该头部向下延伸形成一连接部,该连接部的下端具有一卡扣部,该卡扣部具有一镂空区,该头部顶面中央具有一通孔,贯通至该镂空区;以及
一钩体,其具有一帽盖,该帽盖下方延伸一销部及二折片,该二折片设于帽盖下方相对应的两端,该销部下端具有一钩部;
该扣体及钩体相对卡扣,该钩体下端的钩部插置于该扣体的通孔,并定位于镂空区以形成卡扣。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定栓结构,其特征在于,该镂空区向上延伸至连接部。
3.如权利要求1所述的固定栓结构,其特征在于,该折片由上往下向外倾斜后,再向内倾斜弯折。
4.如权利要求1所述的固定栓结构,其特征在于,该钩部呈锥状。
5.如权利要求1所述的固定栓结构,其特征在于,该固定栓将一散热器扣接于一电路板上,该二折片下端顶抵于散热器,该头部固定于散热器及电路板之间,卡扣部上端顶抵于电路板。
