Claims (7)
- シールド(3)の内面を覆う防曇シート(4)の周縁部に形成される複数の座部(7)と,これら座部(7)との対応位置でシールド(3)に設けられる複数の支持孔(8)と,これら支持孔(8)に支持されながら前記座部(7)に着座することで防曇シート(4)を保持する複数の保持部材(10)とよりなる,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記保持部材(10)を,シールド(3)の外面に当接する頭部(11a)を一端に有して前記支持孔(8)に回転自在に嵌合される主軸(11)と,この主軸(11)の他端に偏心して一体に連設されて前記座部(7)に着座し得る,前記主軸(11)より小径の偏心軸(12)と,この偏心軸(12)の外端に一体に連設され,前記主軸(11)と協働して前記偏心軸(12)周りに環状溝(14)を画成する,前記支持孔(8)を通過可能な膨大端部(13)とよりなる合成樹脂製の単一部品に構成し,
前記主軸(11)に弾性変形部(17,19)を設け,シールド(3)及び防曇シート(4)から保持部材(10)に作用する荷重を前記弾性変形部(17,19)の弾性変形により吸収するようにしたことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記主軸(11)に,その中心軸線(Y)から離れた位置でその略全長に亙り延びて前記環状溝(14)に開口するスリット(15)を設け,このスリット(15)により前記主軸(11)を,前記偏心軸(12)に連なる主軸主部(16)と,自由端を有して前記弾性変形部を構成する弾性片(17)とに区分したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項2記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記主軸主部(16)の軸方向中間部を,その外周に周方向溝(20)を形成して,前記弾性変形部としての小径部(19)に構成したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項2記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記弾性片(17)の自由端部に,前記主軸(11)を前記支持孔(8)に嵌合したとき,シールド(3)の内面に当接して主軸(11)の支持孔(8)からの抜け出しを阻止する係止爪(18)を形成したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項4記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記係止爪(18)の外周縁に,前記主軸(11)の前記支持孔(8)に嵌合するとき,その支持孔(8)の開口縁に摺動自在に係合して,前記弾性片(17)を前記スリット(15)側に弾性的に傾動させつゝ係止爪(18)の支持孔(8)への進入を誘導する案内斜面(18a)を形成したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
前記頭部(11a)に,前記偏心軸(12)の主軸(11)に対する偏心位置を示す目印(21)を付す一方,前記膨大端部(13)に工具係合部(22)を形成したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造において,
防曇シート(4)の外面に,その周縁に沿い無端状に延びてシールド(3)の内面に密接するシール部材(5)を付設して,シールド(3)及び防曇シート(4)間にこのシール部材(5)に囲まれる密閉空隙(23)を画成したことを特徴とする,シールドへの防曇シート取り付け構造。
