Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构，包括保护壳及车体支架，保护壳与车体支架安装在一起，在保护壳上制有安装罩，在安装罩内制有弹性卡扣，在车体支架的安装头上制有一锁孔，弹性卡扣嵌装入支架安装头的锁孔内实施锁定。本安装结构在与车体支架的安装部位设计了两端及侧边的安装套，在安装槽套一体制作了一弹性卡扣，而车体的支架折弯后其安装头制有一锁孔，安装时只需将保护壳的安装套对准安装头按入即可；保护壳需要卸下时，只要扳动保护壳上有弹性卡扣即可释放支架安装头。整个结构较为简单，制作容易，插装快速，牢固可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型汽车领域，涉及汽车的保护壳，尤其是一种汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构。
背景技术
在汽车发动机舱内为了固定发动机舱内的各个部件，需要采用挂装方式将保护壳固定在车体的支架上。现有的固定方式采用螺栓及螺母的啮合安装方式，虽然结构十分简单，可靠性好，但装配较复杂，工作效率低下，且不利于拆卸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种挂装快速牢固可靠的汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构。
本实用新型实现目的的技术方案如下：
一种汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构，包括保护壳及车体支架，保护壳与车体支架安装在一起，其特征在于：在保护壳上制有安装罩，在安装罩内制有弹性卡扣，在车体支架的安装头上制有一锁孔，弹性卡扣嵌装入支架安装头的锁孔内实施锁定。
而且，所述安装罩内所制的弹性卡扣制在安装罩内的保护壳上，或者制在安装罩内的安装罩内壁上。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是：
本安装结构在与车体支架的安装部位设计了两端及侧边的安装套，在安装槽套一体制作了一弹性卡扣，而车体的支架折弯后其安装头制有一锁孔，安装时只需将保护壳的安装套对准安装头按入即可；保护壳需要卸下时，只要扳动保护壳上有弹性卡扣即可释放支架安装头。整个结构较为简单，制作容易，插装快速，牢固可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述，以下实施例只是描述性的，不是限定性的，不能以此限定本实用新型的保护范围。
一种汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构，包括保护壳2及车体支架4，保护壳与车体支架安装在一起。本实用新型所涉及的保护壳与车体支架的安装方式为：
保护壳上根据需要设定几个安装点，本实施例附图中在保护壳上设置了三个安装点，分别在两端的安装罩1及正面的安装罩3，该安装罩与保护壳一体制出。在侧面的安装罩内中部的保护壳上向上制有弹性卡扣8，参见图5，在车体支架的安装头上制有一锁孔7，该弹性卡扣可嵌装入支架安装头的锁孔内实施锁定。在正面的安装罩内壁向上制有一弹性卡扣6，参见图4，在车体支架的安装头上制有一锁孔5，该弹性卡扣可嵌装入支架安装头的锁孔内实施锁定。
上述所述的正面安装罩及侧面安装罩的结构可以相互替换，其作用是相同的。

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构，包括保护壳及车体支架，保护壳与车体支架安装在一起，其特征在于：在保护壳上制有安装罩，在安装罩内制有弹性卡扣，在车体支架的安装头上制有一锁孔，弹性卡扣嵌装入支架安装头的锁孔内实施锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车保护壳与车体的安装结构，其特征在于：所述安装罩内所制的弹性卡扣制在安装罩内的保护壳上，或者制在安装罩内的安装罩内壁上。
