Abstract

本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一本体、一装配于该本体上的电池盖及一旋转件,该电池盖设置有一容置部,该本体上开设有装配部及安装部,该容置部、该装配部及该安装部同轴设置,该安装部内凸设有抵持块,所述旋转件可旋转地装配于该容置部、该装配部及该安装部内,该旋转件包括锁持条,该锁持条抵持所述抵持块在安装部内旋转;该安装部设有限位块,该锁持条连同该旋转件一并旋转,从而与限位块的卡持或解除卡持,以实现该电池盖与该本体上的锁定或解除锁定。

电池盖卡锁装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构一般包括一开设于便携式电子装置上的壳体上的凹槽及一可将该凹槽遮盖的电池盖。当电池装进该凹槽内后,该电池盖卡固于该壳体上以将电池限于该凹槽内。而为了使该电池盖卡固于壳体上,一般在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在壳体一端设置一对卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向壳体方向旋转并按压电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入壳体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖卡锁结构虽可将电池稳固地固定于该壳体内,然而一旦电池盖与壳体结合后,电池盖难以拆装,造成使用不方便,而且该类卡锁结构也不够个性化,难以满足消费者对手机多样化的需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,有必要设计一种便于拆装的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一本体、一装配于该本体上的电池盖及一旋转件,该电池盖设置有一容置部,该本体上开设有装配部及安装部,该容置部、该装配部及该安装部同轴设置,该安装部内凸设有抵持块,所述旋转件可旋转地装配于该容置部、该装配部及该安装部内,该旋转件包括锁持条,该锁持条抵持所述抵持块在安装部内旋转;该安装部设有限位块,该锁持条连同该旋转件一并旋转,从而与限位块的卡持或解除卡持,以实现该电池盖与该本体上的锁定或解除锁定;所述抵持块包括一滑轨面,该滑轨面包括一端面、一衔接面及一斜面,所述端面邻近装配部,所述斜面邻近安装部底部,所述衔接面一端与所述端面相连接,另一端与所述斜面相连接,所述锁持条抵持该滑轨面于该端面滑至该衔接面及该斜面并卡持于该限位块及该安装部的底部。
与现有技术相比,该电池盖卡锁结构可利用钥匙或硬币等旋转该按钮来实现电池盖的解锁而轻易的取下电池盖,使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
本发明电池盖卡锁结构适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,在本实施方式中以移动电话为例。
请参阅图1及图2,电池盖卡锁结构100包括一旋转件10、一电池盖20、一本体30及一限位件40。旋转件10旋转装配于电池盖20及本体30内,用于实现电池盖20与本体30的锁持与解锁。该限位件40套设于该旋转件10外围,防止所述旋转件10从电池盖20上脱出。
请一并参阅图3,旋转件10包括一主体11、一固定部13及一锁持部15。所述固定部13位于主体11及锁持部15之间,该固定部13的一端与所述主体11相连接,另一端则与所述锁持部15相连接。
所述主体11为一圆柱状,其具有一操作面111及一与所述操作面111相对的承载面113。操作面111上凹设有一径向设置的操作槽112。所述固定部13大致成圆柱状,其轴向凸设于主体11的承载面113的中部上。该固定部13具有一环形侧面131。侧面131向内凹陷形成一环形凹槽133,从而于该固定部13上形成一呈圆柱状的固定柱135及分别与所述固定柱135相对两端垂直相连的二环形抵持面134。所述锁持部15呈圆柱状,其由固定部13远离主体11的一端轴向延伸而成。该锁持部15具有一外端面151,以及由锁持部15周侧径向相背延伸的,且与外端面151平齐的二锁持条153。
请参阅图1及图2,电池盖20大致呈矩形板状,其包括一第一表面21及与所述第一表面21相对的第二表面22。该电池盖20一端中部向外延伸形成一大致呈半圆柱状的固定块25。所述固定块25与第一表面21相平齐,二者凹陷形成一与旋转件10相对应的容置部27。旋转件10的主体11可容置于容置部27内。该容置部27具有一底壁271,底壁271的中部开设有贯穿的容置孔272。所述锁持部15可穿过容置孔272,所述固定部13可部分容置于容置孔272内。
请参阅图1、图2及图4,本体30大致为一方形板状体,其具有一装配面31。所述装配面31的中部开设有一装配槽32,容置所述电池盖20于内。该装配槽32具有一侧壁321。所述侧壁321朝本体30的一侧凹入形成一装配部33。装配部33与所述容置部27相对应,用于装设容置部27于其内。相应的,该装配部33的底部对应所述锁持部15开设有安装部35。该安装部35的形状及尺寸与所述锁持部15相匹配,使得锁持部15可转动地锁持于安装部35内。该安装部35内壁凸设有二对称的抵持块351及间隔设置于二抵持块351之间的对称的限位块353。每一抵持块351具有一滑轨面352,旋转件10的锁持条153于所述安装部35内,沿所述滑轨面352滑动。该滑轨面352包括一对位面3521、一衔接面3522及一斜面3523,所述对位面3521邻近所述装配部33,所述衔接面3523邻近安装部35底部,所述衔接面3522一端与所述对位面3521相连接,其另一端与所述斜面3523相连接。该衔接面3522由对位面3521末端向邻近安装部35底部的方向延伸形成。所述斜面3523一端与衔接面3522远离对位面3521的一端相连接,另一端与安装部35的底部相连接。二限位块353相对径向凸起于安装部35的内壁邻近装配部33的一端。
限位件40呈环状,具有一定的弹性,该限位件40尺寸与所述固定柱135相匹配,以套设于所述固定柱135的凹槽133内,且部分露出于凹槽133。该限位件40一端开有一缺口41,从而于该缺口41处形成两相对的作动端43。通过朝相反方向拉开作动端43,该限位件40可张开而套设于所述固定柱135上。
组装时,首先,将所述旋转件10装设于电池盖20上,使该旋转件10的固定部13及锁持部15分别穿过所述容置孔272,其主体11容置于容置部27内。其次,施力使限位件40的二作动端43相背运动,使该限位件40发生形变,其缺口41扩大。当缺口41大于所述固定柱135直径时,将该限位件40套设于该固定柱135上,然后释放二作动端43,限位件40在回复力的作用下回复原样,从而将该限位件40夹设于固定部13的二抵持面134之间,并抵持电池盖20的第二表面22,以防止该旋转件10从容置部27内脱出。此时,所述旋转件10装设于电池盖20上。然后,将电池盖20利用现有的卡榫与卡槽相配合等方式装设于所述装配槽32内,电池盖20的第二表面22朝向所述本体30的装配面31。可以理解,现有的卡榫与卡槽相配合的方式可以是:该电池盖20远离容置部27的一端凸设卡榫,本体30于所述装配槽32处相应地开设有凹槽,所述卡榫卡合于凹槽内。
之后,调整所述旋转件10,使其固定部15的二锁持条153分别与所述抵持块351上的二对位面3521相对准。按压所述电池盖20,直至该电池盖20完全容置于所述装配槽32内。此时,固定块25容置于所述装配部33内,且所述二锁持条153分别抵持于二对位面351。再利用硬币或钥匙等置于所述操作槽112内,旋转硬币或钥匙以旋转所述旋转件10,锁持条153在安装部35内相对旋转。在此过程中,锁持条153抵持该抵持块351的滑轨面352于所述对位面3521滑至所述衔接面3522,再由所述衔接面3522滑至所述斜面3523上,直至该锁持条153滑至该斜面3523底部并夹设于安装部35的底部及限位块353之间,即可将该电池盖20锁持于本体30上。
需开启该电池盖20时,旋转所述旋转件10,使其锁持条153脱开所述限位块353的卡持,并沿斜面3523逐步滑动旋出,直至该锁持条153滑至衔接面3522,再由所述衔接面3522滑至对位面3521并抵持于该对位面3521处。电池盖20在旋转件10的抵持作用下亦逐步抬升,而使该固定块25从所述装配部33脱出,电池盖20设置该固定块25的一端相应地被掀起,从而从所述装配槽32内脱出。此时,该电池盖20与本体30的锁定解除,从而可以轻易地将该电池盖20从装配槽32内移出。

Claims (9)

1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一本体及一装配于该本体上的电池盖,其特征在于:该电池盖卡锁结构还包括一旋转件,该电池盖设置有一容置部,该本体上开设有装配部及安装部,该容置部、该装配部及该安装部同轴设置,该安装部内凸设有抵持块,所述旋转件可旋转地装配于该容置部、该装配部及该安装部内,该旋转件包括锁持条,该锁持条抵持所述抵持块在安装部内旋转;该安装部设有限位块,该锁持条连同该旋转件一并旋转,从而与该限位块卡持或解除卡持,以实现该电池盖与该本体上的锁定或解除锁定;所述抵持块包括一滑轨面,该滑轨面包括一端面、一衔接面及一斜面,所述端面邻近装配部,所述斜面邻近安装部底部,所述衔接面一端与所述端面相连接,另一端与所述斜面相连接,所述锁持条抵持该滑轨面于该端面滑至该衔接面及该斜面并夹设于该限位块及该安装部的底部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述旋转件包括一锁持部,所述锁持条有两个,所述两个锁持条由锁持部周侧径向相背延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述旋转件包括一主体、一固定部及一锁持部,所述锁持条设于锁持部上,所述固定部轴向凸设于主体上,所述锁持部轴向凸设于固定部的一端,该容置部开设有贯穿的容置孔,旋转件的固定部及锁持部穿过所述容置孔,该锁持部位于该容置部下方,该主体容置于该容置部内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该电池盖卡锁结构还包括一限位件,所述固定部包括一凹槽、一固定柱及二抵持面,所述限位件容置于该凹槽内,而套设于该固定柱上,并与二抵持面相抵持。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述限位件大致为环状,一端设有开口,且具有一定弹性。
6.如权利要求3所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述主体径向凹设有操作槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述本体凹设形成该装配部,该装配部可容置所述容置部于其内。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述装配部开设有该安装部,所述旋转件包括一锁持部,该锁持条由该锁持部延伸形成。
9.如权利要求7所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于该安装部内凸设有二抵持块,所述旋转件包括一锁持部,所述锁持条有两个,所述两个锁持条由锁持部周侧径向相背延伸,每一锁持条抵持一抵持块在该安装部内旋转。
