Abstract
本实用新型提出一种轿车翼子板安装结构,其在翼子板与通风盖板配合区域设置第一安装点A,在此处的翼子板折边上开长圆孔与焊在前风窗下横梁上盖板上的翼子板安装支架通过紧固螺栓连接,紧固螺栓安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向;在所述翼子板与前三角窗配合的区域设置第二安装点B,在此处的翼子板折边上开X方向的长缺口,与前立柱下加强板8通过紧固螺栓安装,所述紧固螺栓安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向。此种安装结构可以保证翼子板A柱区域的强度和刚度,防止发生局部塌陷,避免因为刚性不好引起的共振产生异响,提高NVH性能。

技术领域
该实用新型涉及轿车的翼子板安装技术。
背景技术
钣金冲压翼子板是目前最常见的车身翼子板。由于车身这个区域的搭接关系复杂,往往跟前车门、侧围A柱、前舱盖、前大灯和前保险杠都要搭接,这就使得前翼子板周边与其他件的安装配合结构复杂。同时作为影响外观效果的重要区域,翼子板与周边这些件的间隙面差配合要求也非常之高。因此要求翼子板具有好的刚度,能长久保持零件形状。刚性不好则会使整个翼子板偏软,容易产生局部凹陷,特别是翼子板A柱区域尤为明显。同时行车时易产生异响,影响客户的满意度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提出一种轿车翼子板的安装结构,增强翼子板刚度,解决翼子板在A柱区域偏软的问题及行车异响问题。
该实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种轿车翼子板安装结构,在所述翼子板与通风盖板配合区域设置第一安装点A,在此处的翼子板折边上开长圆孔与焊在前风窗下横梁上盖板上的翼子板安装支架通过紧固螺栓连接,紧固螺栓安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向;
在所述翼子板与前三角窗配合的区域设置第二安装点B,在此处的翼子板折边上开X方向的长缺口,与前立柱下加强板8通过紧固螺栓安 装,所述紧固螺栓安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向。
此种安装结构达到了如下效果:
1)可以保证翼子板A柱区域的强度和刚度,防止发生局部塌陷,避免因为刚性不好引起的共振产生异响,提高NVH性能。
2)采用此结构后无需再贴补强胶,可节约成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步详细说明本实用新型的结构:
参见图1,翼子板1与周边部件在这个区域的搭接关系复杂,其分别要与通风盖板2、侧围外板A柱3和前三角窗玻璃4配合。本翼子板安装结构主要注重的是翼子板A柱区域的安装结构的设置。为保证翼子板A柱区域的刚性,在翼子板1与通风盖板配合的区域设置第一安装点A,同时在其与前三角窗配合的区域处设置第二安装点B。
参见图3,在与通风盖板配合的区域处的第一安装点A:翼子板1在此区域的折边上开长圆孔,与焊在前风窗下横梁上盖板5上的翼子板安装支架6通过紧固螺栓9连接,紧固螺栓9安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向,并且保证通风盖板2能遮盖紧固螺栓9。
参见图4,与前三角窗配合的区域处的第二安装点B:翼子板1在此区域的折边上,考虑与周边件的间隙调节量,在折边上开长缺口,侧围外板7上设置安装过孔,在前立柱下加强板8上有凸焊螺母,通过紧固螺栓9实现翼子板的安装。紧固螺栓9安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向,同时也要保证前三角窗玻璃4能遮盖紧固螺栓9。
Claims (1)
1.一种轿车翼子板安装结构,其特征在于:在所述翼子板(1)与通风盖板配合区域设置第一安装点(A),在此处的翼子板折边上开长圆孔与焊在前风窗下横梁上盖板(5)上的翼子板安装支架(6)通过紧固螺栓(9)连接,紧固螺栓(9)安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向;
在所述翼子板(1)与前三角窗配合的区域设置第二安装点(B),在此处的翼子板折边上开X方向的长缺口,与前立柱下加强板(8)通过紧固螺栓(9)安装,所述紧固螺栓(9)安装方向为车身坐标“Z”方向。
