一种主梁定位工装
技术领域
本实用新型涉及风能发电技术领域,特别是涉及一种风力涡轮发电机叶片的主梁定位工装。
背景技术
经过多年的发展,风能发电技术已经发展到兆瓦级别,而风力涡轮发电机叶片在风能发电技术中起着举足轻重的作用。在现有的风力涡轮发电机叶片制造过程中,主梁的定位对叶片质量起着至关重要的作用。因此主梁定位工装的设计也就成了影响叶片质量的一个关键因素。
图1为叶片模具基本框架及主梁位置的结构示意图,其中11为主梁,12为叶片模具,13为叶片模具边缘上的凸起,14为叶片模具边缘的凹槽。图2为木质主梁定位工装的结构示意图,其中21为木质主梁定位工装,该木质主梁定位工装21依靠叶片模具12边缘上的凸起13作限位和定位主梁11。
上述方法存在以下两个弊端:1、定位过程中,需要有一个人在边缘按住工装,以免工装左右摆动,造成主梁位置的偏移;2、工装有1米多长,仅仅靠木板的厚度紧贴模具边缘来维持工装和模具的垂直,当工装卡在模具边缘的时候,尖部接触板容易发生位置偏移,影响主梁安装效率和安装精度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提出一种结构简单、操作简便及定位准确的主梁定位工装,以提高现有技术中的主梁安装效率和安装精度。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种主梁定位工装,包括底座和支架,
所述底座的形状适于插入叶片模具边缘的凹槽;
所述支架的一端与所述底座连接,另一端连接有尖部接触板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述支架为三角形。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述支架为金属材料。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述金属材料为不锈钢。
本实用新型的主梁定位工装,结构简单、操作简便、定位准确,提高了主梁的安装效率和安装精度,同时也减轻了工作量。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图3所示,本实用新型提出一种主梁定位工装,包括底座33和支架31,其中,所述底座33的形状适于插入叶片模具12边缘的凹槽14;
支架31的一端与底座33连接,另一端连接有尖部接触板32。
本实用新型的主梁定位工装的应用过程叙述如下:
首先,将支架31的底座33插入叶片模具12的凹槽14中,这样可以避免主梁定位工装放置后左右的偏移;
将主梁11的侧面沿尖部接触板32的板面自然下滑,直到主梁11贴合叶片模具12表面;
最后,将主梁11定位在叶片模具12上,对本领域技术人员应该了解的是,定位的具体位置可以依赖实际情况的需要自行决定。
在本实用新型中,通过将定位工装的底座33插入叶片模具12边缘的凹槽14并固定在凹槽14中,避免了主梁定位工装的左右偏移,实现了对主梁的准确定位,而现有技术中木质主梁定位工装21仅仅依靠叶片模具12边缘的凸起13来限位和定位主梁11,当木质主梁定位工装21卡在叶片模具12边缘时,尖部容易发生位置偏移,因此与木质主梁工装21相比,本实用新型的主梁定位工装结构简单,操作简便、且提高了主梁的安装效率和安装精度,同时也减轻了工作量。
在本实用新型中,支架31的形状优选为三角形,主要是其结构简单,操作方便,且容易保证工装外形的稳定性,避免因工装变形而造成定位不准。
本实用新型中的支架31优选为金属材料,其不易磨损,在定位过程中不会发生变形,能够提高定位精度。
作为对上述实施例的优化,所述金属材料为不锈钢。
本领域技术人员应该理解的是,本实用新型中的支架31是以不锈钢为例进行说明的,这仅是较优选的实施方式,本领域技术人员还可以采用其他金属材料来实现,此处不再赘述。
本实用新型所记载的支架31与底座33也可以是一体结构,便于操作。

所述底座的形状适于插入叶片模具边缘的凹槽;
所述支架的一端与所述底座连接,另一端连接有尖部接触板。
2.如权利要求1所述的主梁定位工装,其特征在于,所述支架为三角形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的主梁定位工装,其特征在于,所述支架为金属材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的主梁定位工装,其特征在于,所述金属材料为不锈钢。
