Claims (13)
- 층 형상의 결정구조를 가진 적어도 3종의 천이금속을 포함한 산화물의 결정입자를 구비하고, 상기 산화물을 구성하는 산소 원자의 배열이 입방최조밀충전인 양극 활물질로서,상기 산화물이, 식(1):Li[Lix(APBQCR)1-X]O2(식(1)에 있어서, A, B 및 C는 각각 다른 천이금속원소, 0 ≤X ≤0.3, 0.2 ≤P ≤0.4, 0.2 ≤Q ≤0.4, 및 0.2 ≤R ≤0.4를 만족한다)로 표시되고, 3종의 천이금속원소를 실질적으로 동일 비율로 포함하며,상기 3종의 천이금속이, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간인 양극 활물질.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정입자의 단위격자의 체적이 산화에 의해 증대하지 않는 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3종의 원소의 각 비율이 서로 오차 10원자% 이내인 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정입자의 표면에 이종(異種)원소가 도프되어 있는 양극 활물질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이종원소가, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 이트륨 및 이테르븀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 양극 활물질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이종원소의 첨가량이 상기 천이금속원소 A, B 및 C의 합계의 0.05∼20원자%인 양극 활물질.
- 리튬 이온을 흡수저장·방출하는 재료 및/또는 금속 리튬을 음극 활물질로서 포함한 음극, 제 1 항에 기재된 양극 활물질을 포함한 양극, 및 전해질을 가진 비수전해질 이차전지.
