Claims (51)
- Li1±α[Me]O2 (0 ≤α< 0.2, Me는, Mn, Fe, Co, Ti 및 Cu로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종과, Ni를 포함하는 천이금속)으로 나타내어, 층구조를 갖는 양극활물질을 포함하는 양극과,티타늄산화물을 음극활물질로서 포함하는 음극을 구비하고,실용충방전영역이 2.8V 이하이고,실용충방전영역에서의 상기 양극활물질 및 상기 음극활물질의 결정격자정수로부터 계산되는 체적팽창수축률이 2% 이하이며,상기 양극활물질이, Al, Mg, St, Ca, Y 및 Yb로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 첨가원소로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 실질적으로 같은 비율의 니켈원소 및 코발트원소를 포함하는 비수전해질 이차전지.

- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 이온성액체의 음이온이, 할로겐, 설페이트, 설포네이트, 아미드, 이미드, 메탄, 보레이트, 포스페이트, 안티모네이트, 데카네이트 및 코발트테트라-카보닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부직포로 이루어지는 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 비닐론, 나일론, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 아라미드수지 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 구성되어 있는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질의 중량에 대한 상기 음극활물질의 중량의 비가, 0.5 이상 1.2 미만인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극이, 각각 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금으로 구성된 집전체를 포함하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이, 0.1∼8㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 결정입자와, 2∼30㎛의 입자지름을 갖는 상기 결정입자의 2차입자로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극활물질이, 평균입자지름 0.6㎛ 이하의 일차입자가 집합하여 형성하는 평균입자지름 10㎛ 이하의 이차입자로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- Li1±α[Me]O2 (0 ≤α< 0.2, Me는, Mn, Fe, Co, Ti 및 Cu로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종과, Ni를 포함하는 천이금속)으로 나타내어, 층구조를 갖는 양극활물질을 포함하는 양극과,티타늄산화물을 음극활물질로서 포함하는 음극을 구비하고,실용충방전영역이 2.8V 이하이고,상기 양극활물질의 중량에 대한 상기 음극활물질의 중량의 비가, 0.5 이상 1.2 미만이며,상기 양극활물질이, Al, Mg, St, Ca, Y 및 Yb로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 첨가원소로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 실용충방전영역에서의 상기 양극활물질 및 상기 음극활물질의 결정격자정수로부터 계산되는 체적팽창수축률이 2% 이하인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 실질적으로 같은 비율의 니켈원소 및 코발트원소를 포함하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 Li1±xNi1/2Co1/2O2 (x ≤0.1) 및 Li1±xNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 (x ≤0.1)중의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 니켈원소와 상기 코발트원소와의 비율의 오차가 10원자% 이내인 비수전해질 이차전지.
