Claims (16)
- シリコンと、前記シリコンの少なくとも一部が酸化されて形成されたシリコン酸化物とを含み、
前記シリコン及び前記シリコン酸化物の総重量に対する酸素の含量は、9重量%ないし20重量%に制限されるシリコン系活物質複合体。 - 前記シリコン系活物質複合体は、前記シリコンのコアと、前記コアを取り囲むシリコン酸化物のシェルとを含む、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン酸化物のシェルの厚さは、2nmないし30nmの範囲内である、請求項2に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン酸化物のシェルの厚さは、3nmないし15nmの範囲内である、請求項2に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン系活物質複合体は、シリコンマトリックス、及び前記シリコンマトリックス内に前記シリコン酸化物が分散された、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン系活物質複合体の平均直径は、30nmないし300nmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン系活物質複合体の平均直径は、30nmないし200nmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記シリコン系活物質複合体の外殻に導電層が形成された、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- 前記導電層は、非晶質炭素膜または導電性金属酸化物粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体。
- シリコンの粒子を提供する段階と、
前記シリコンの粒子を酸化させ、シリコン及び前記シリコンの少なくとも一部が酸化されて形成されたシリコン酸化物を含むシリコン系活物質複合体を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記シリコン及び前記シリコン酸化物の総重量に対する酸素の含量は、9重量%ないし20重量%に制限されるシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。 - 前記シリコンの粒子を酸化させる段階は、酸素含有液状溶媒内で前記シリコンの粒子を化学的に酸化させることによって行われる、請求項10に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
- 前記酸素含有液状溶媒は、メタノール、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)、過酸化水素(H2O2)、水またはこれらのうち二つ以上の混合溶媒を含む、請求項11に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
- 前記シリコンの粒子を酸化させる段階は、前記シリコンの粒子に酸素イオンを注入することによって行われる、請求項10に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
- シリコンの熱酸化を排除し、かつシリコンマトリックスと注入された酸素を結合するために、50℃ないし200℃の低温で熱処理がさらに行われる、請求項13に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
- 前記シリコンの粒子は、シリコンの粗粒子が粉砕または研磨工程により細密化された粒子を含む、請求項10に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
- 前記シリコンの粒子は、シリコンの粗粒子を粉砕または研磨工程と共に、前記工程から誘導される圧縮及び剪断応力のうち少なくともいずれか一つにより、前記シリコンの粒子が化学的に酸化される、請求項15に記載のシリコン系活物質複合体の製造方法。
