Abstract
【解決手段】本開示は、周囲縁部(14)がシールされており、出口(16)を有する容器本体を含む複数チャンバ容器(10)を提供する。この容器は、突出部分(42)を有する第1剥離シール(18)と、出口(16)を隔離する第2剥離シール(20)もまた備える。第2剥離シールは、突出部分(44)もまた備え得る。第1剥離シール(18)および第2剥離シール(20)は、対称チャンバを画定するように構成され得る。このチャンバは、第1突出部分(42)と第2突出部分(44)との間に延在する対称軸を備え得る。この容器のチャンバの幾何学的形状は、第1剥離シール(18)と第2剥離シール(20)との正確な連続開放を保証する。

Description
不相溶または不安定な成分を個々に保存することを可能にする複数チャンバ容器は、公知である。これらの容器は、一般に、1つの出口、および個々のチャンバを分離する1つまたは複数の剥離シールまたは脆弱シールを含む。剥離シールは、一般に、容器内部に個々に保存されている成分を投与前に混合するために、活性化または破裂させる。成分は、粉末または液体でよく、混合された治療または医療溶液を形成し得る。混合後、溶液は、一般に、ヒトつまり患者に投与される(出口を通して)。投与は、ヘルスケア担当者によって行うことができる。あるいは、溶液は、溶液を受領するヒトが自己投与することができる。
本開示は、1つまたは複数の仕切り剥離シールと出口隔離剥離シールとの間の正確な連続開放を保証する複数チャンバ容器について記載する。そのため、本発明の容器は、未混合成分は容器から分配されないようになっている。

各々の剥離シールが剥離力を有し、前記第1剥離力が前記第2剥離力より小さい、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目3)
前記第1剥離力と第2剥離力との間の差が約0.1N/15mm〜約15.0N/15mmである、項目2に記載の容器。
(項目4)
前記第1剥離シールが、約10.0N/15mm〜約29.0N/15mmの剥離力を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目5)
前記第2剥離シールが、約13.0N/15mm〜約35.0N/15mmの剥離力を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目6)
前記第1剥離シールが第1活性化エネルギーを有し、前記第2剥離シールが第2活性化エネルギーを有し、該第2活性化エネルギーが該第1活性化エネルギーよりも大きいかまたは等しい、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目7)
前記第2活性化エネルギーが、前記第1活性化エネルギーよりも約1〜約5倍大きい、項目6に記載の容器。
(項目8)
前記第2活性化エネルギーが、前記第1活性化エネルギーよりも約1.25〜約2倍大きい、項目6に記載の容器。
(項目9)
前記第1活性化エネルギーが約0.10ジュール〜約0.20ジュールである、項目6に記載の容器。
(項目10)
前記第2活性化エネルギーが約0.25ジュール〜約0.50ジュールである、項目6に記載の容器。
(項目11)
前記第1突出部分が、弓形、多角形、鋭利な形、ギザギザした形、三角形、およびこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される形状を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目12)
前記第2突出部分が、弓形、多角形、鋭利な形、ギザギザした形、三角形、およびこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される形状を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目13)
前記第1突出部分が、前記第2突出部分方向に突出する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目14)
前記第1突出部分、前記第2突出部分、および前記出口が、互いに対して実質的に直線関係にある、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目15)
前記第1剥離シールが外側縁部をさらに備え、該外側縁部の少なくとも一部分が鋸歯状部分を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目16)
前記第2剥離シールが外側縁部をさらに備え、該外側縁部の少なくとも一部分が鋸歯状部分を有する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目17)
前記第2剥離シールが対向端部を有し、前記容器が複数の縁部を有し、各々の端部が同じ容器縁部に接触する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目18)
前記第2剥離シールが外側チャンバを画定する、項目1に記載の容器。
(項目19)
前記出口が、前記容器の内部に連通する入口端部をさらに含み、前記第2剥離シールが、該入口端部を覆う、項目1に記載の容器。

複数チャンバ容器であって、
周囲縁部がシールされており、出口を有する容器本体と、
突出部分を有する第1剥離シールと、
前記出口を隔離しており、第2突出部分を有する第2剥離シールと、
を備え、該第1剥離シールおよび該第2剥離シールは、実質的に対称なチャンバを画定する、複数チャンバ容器。

前記チャンバが、前記出口を貫通して延在する線に対して実質的に直角の対称軸をさらに含む、項目20に記載の容器。
(項目22)
前記第1突出部分および前記第2突出部分が、それぞれ第1シール接触角度および第2シール接触角度を前記チャンバ内に画定し、前記シール接触角度のサイズが実質的に類似する、項目20に記載の容器。
(項目23)
前記シール接触角度が約30°以下である、項目22に記載の容器。
(項目24)
前記第1剥離シールが、前記第2剥離シールの活性化力未満の活性化力を有する、項目20に記載の容器。
(項目25)
前記第1剥離シールが外側縁部をさらに備え、前記外側縁部が鋸歯状部分を有する、項目20に記載の容器。
(項目26)
前記第1突出部分が前記第2突出部分方向に突出する、項目20に記載の容器。
(項目27)
剥離可能シールを有する容器を開放するための方法であって、
周囲縁部がシールされており、出口と、突出部分を有する第1剥離シールと、該出口を隔離する第2剥離シールとを有しており、該第2剥離シールが第2突出部分を有し、該第1剥離シールおよび該第2剥離シールが対称チャンバを画定する、容器本体を提供するステップと、
前記第1剥離シールを活性化するステップと、
前記第2剥離シールを活性化するステップと
を含む方法。

前記第1剥離シールの活性化および前記第2剥離シールの活性化が、予め決められた順序で生じる、項目27に記載の方法。
(項目29)
前記第2剥離シールの活性化が、前記第1剥離シールの活性化の後にのみ生じる、項目27に記載の方法。
(項目30)
前記第1剥離シールの活性化を前記第1突出部分において開始するステップをさらに含む、項目27に記載の方法。
(項目31)
前記第2剥離シールの活性化を前記第2突出部分において開始するステップをさらに含む、項目27に記載の方法。
(項目32)
前記第1剥離シールが、各々のチャンバがそれぞれの成分を含む2つのチャンバを画定し、前記方法が、該成分を混合した後に、さらに活性化するステップをさらに含む、項目27に記載の方法。

前記混合した成分を前記出口から分配するステップをさらに含む、項目32に記載の方法
一般的に、類似の参照符号が類似の構造および要素を示す図、特に図1を参照すると、周囲縁部14、出口16、第1剥離シール18、および第2剥離20シールを含む本体12を有する容器10の斜視図が示されている。周囲縁部14は、上縁22、下縁24、および対向する側縁26および28を含む。一実施態様では、容器10は、周囲縁部14に沿って実質的に同一の広がりを有して容器10を囲み、容器の内部を形成するか、あるいは画定する永久シールを備える。永久シールは、先行技術で一般に公知のヒートシール、接着シール、無線周波シール、熱転写溶接、溶剤結合、またはレーザ溶接でよい。
Claims (12)
- 複数チャンバ容器(10)であって、
周囲縁部(14)がシールされており、下周囲縁部に取り付けられた出口(16)を有する容器本体と、
突出部分(42)および外側縁部を有する第1剥離シール(18)であって、該外側縁部の少なくとも一部分が鋸歯状部分を有する、第1剥離シール(18)と、
前記出口(16)を隔離しており、第2突出部分(44)を有する第2剥離シール(20)と、
を備え、
該第1剥離シール(18)および該下周囲縁部のうちの少なくとも一方に対して実質的に平行である対称軸Aに対して実質的に対称に、該第1突出部分 (42)が該第2突出部分(44)方向に突出し、そして該第2突出部分(44)が該第1突出部分(42)方向に突出しており、そして
該第1剥離シール(18)および該第2剥離シール(20)は、実質的に対称なチャンバを画定する、複数チャンバ容器。 - 前記チャンバが、前記出口(16)を貫通して延在する線に対して実質的に直角の対称軸をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容器(10)。
- 前記第1突出部分(42)および前記第2突出部分(44)が、それぞれ第1シール接触角度および第2シール接触角度を前記チャンバ内に画定し、前記シール接触角度のサイズが実質的に類似する、請求項1に記載の容器(10)。
- 前記シール接触角度が約30°に等しい、請求項3に記載の容器(10)。
- 前記第1剥離シール(18)が、前記第2剥離シール(20)の活性化力未満の活性化力を有し、ここで、該活性化エネルギーが、各剥離シールを開放するために必要とされるエネルギーである、請求項1に記載の容器(10)。
- 剥離可能シールを有する容器(10)を開放するための方法であって、
周囲縁部(14)がシールされており、1)下周囲縁部に取り付けられた出口(16)と、2)突出部分(42)および外側縁部を有する第1剥離シール (18)であって、該外側縁部の少なくとも一部分が鋸歯状部分を有する、第1剥離シール(18)と、3)該出口(16)を隔離する第2剥離シール(20)とを有しており、該第2剥離シール(20)が第2突出部分(44)を有し、該第1剥離シール(18)および該下周囲縁部のうちの少なくとも一方に対して実 質的に平行である対称軸Aに対して実質的に対称に、該第1突出部分(42)が該第2突出部分(44)方向に突出し、そして該第2突出部分(44)が該第1突出部分(42)方向に突出しており、該第1剥離シール(18)および該第2剥離シール(20)が対称チャンバを画定する、容器本体を提供するステップ と、
前記第1剥離シール(18)を活性化するステップと、
前記第2剥離シール(20)を活性化するステップと
を含み、ここで、該活性化は各剥離シールを開放するステップである、方法。 - 前記第1剥離シールの活性化および前記第2剥離シールの活性化が、予め決められた順序で生じる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2剥離シールの活性化が、前記第1剥離シールの活性化の後にのみ生じる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1剥離シール(18)の活性化を前記第1突出部分(42)において開始するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2剥離シール(20)の活性化を前記第2突出部分(44)において開始するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1剥離シール(18)が、各々のチャンバがそれぞれの成分を含む2つのチャンバを画定し、前記方法が、さらに活性化する前に該成分を混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合した成分を前記出口(16)から分配するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
