Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の動力伝達装置1は、電動モータ(2129)と、この電動モータ(2129)の駆動力を減速する複数段の減速機構(3)と、減速された駆動力を車軸側に配分するデファレンシャル装置(7)と、前記電動モータ(2129)と前記デファレンシャル装置(7)との間に配置され駆動力を断続するクラッチ(5)と、前記減速機構(3)と前記デファレンシャル装置(7)と前記クラッチ(5)とを収納するケーシング(9)と、前記ケーシング(9)を貫通し前記減速機構(3)に電動モータ(2129)の駆動力を伝達する動力伝達部材(33)と前記ケーシング(9)との間に配置されたシール(49)とを備えた。

Description
前記クラッチは、該クラッチを締結操作する環状の電磁石を備え、前記電磁石は前記デファレンシャル装置の軸方向の一方側であって前記ケーシング内に配置されていることを特徴とする。
図1,2によって本発明の第1実施形態である電動モータの動力伝達装置1を説明する。
図4と図5によって本発明の第3実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置301とその操作方法を説明する。
図6〜図8によって本発明の第4実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置401とその操作方法を説明する。
図9〜図11によって本発明の第5実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置501とその操作方法を説明する。
図12によって本発明の第6実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置601とその操作方法を説明する。
図13によって本発明の第7実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置701とその操作方法を説明する。
図14によって本発明の第8実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置801とその操作方法を説明する。
図15によって本発明の第9実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置901とその操作方法を説明する。
図16によって本発明の第10実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置1001とその操作方法を説明する。
図17によって本発明の第11実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置1101とその操作方法を説明する。
又、動力伝達装置1101は、断続クラッチ5を減速機構の間に配置し、断続クラッチ5に多板クラッチを用い、潤滑にギヤポンプ93を用いたことによる効果を除いて、動力伝達装置1と同等の効果が得られる。
図18と図19によって本発明の第12実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置1201とその操作方法を説明する。
ギヤポンプ1209が駆動されると、ケーシング9のオイル溜まりからオイルが吸い上げられて、オイル流路1239,1241,1243,1245から減速ギヤ組1211に送られる。
図20によって本発明の第13実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置1301とその操作方法を説明する。
図21によって本発明の第14実施形態である電動モータ2129の動力伝達装置1401とその操作方法を説明する。

Claims (4)
- 電動モータと、この電動モータの駆動力を減速する複数段の減速機構と、減速された駆動力を車軸側に配分するデファレンシャル装置と、前記電動モータと前記デファレンシャル装置との間に配置され駆動力を断続するクラッチと、前記減速機構と前記デファレンシャル装置と前記クラッチとを収納するケーシングと、前記ケーシングを貫通し前記減速機構に電動モータの駆動力を伝達する動力伝達部材と前記ケーシングとの間に前記ケーシング内の空間を区画すべく配置されたシールとを備えたことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記減速機構に対して、前記クラッチは前記電動モータの反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記電動モータと前記クラッチは、前記減速機構の回転軸を挟んで前段に前記電動モータが配置され、後段に前記クラッチが配置されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記クラッチは、該クラッチを締結操作する環状の電磁石を備え、前記電磁石は前記デファレンシャル装置の軸方向の一方側であって前記ケーシング内に配置されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
