Claims (3)
- 内燃機関に接続して駆動される入力軸と;同入力軸に伝達される駆動力を変速して駆動車輪に接続した出力軸に伝達する複数の変速歯車列を選択的に完成する変速歯車機構と;前記入力軸と同軸的に配置した回転電機と;同回転電機の駆動力によって回転する回転電機側回転部材と前記出力軸に接続した出力側回転部材との間にて同軸上に位置して前記入力軸と一体に回転する入力側回転部材と、前記回転電機側回転部材に軸方向に摺動可能にスプライン係合して前記出力側回転部材又は前記入力側回転部材に選択的にスプライン係合する切換スリーブとにより構成した切換機構を備えて、
前記回転電機側回転部材の回転速度が前記出力側回転部材又は入力側回転部材の回転速度より所定の出力側差分△oだけ高い出力側目標回転速度Ndoに同期した後に前記切換スリーブの内歯スプラインの先端部が前記出力側回転部材又は入力側回転部材の外歯スプラインの先端部に係合するように前記回転電機の回転速度と前記切換スリーブの動きを制御する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式動力伝達装置。 - 前記出力側目標回転速度を規定する出力側差分△oは、前記回転電機側回転部材の回転速度が前記出力側目標回転速度Ndoに同期した後に前記切換スリーブの内歯スプラインの先端部が前記出力側回転部材又は入力側回転部材の外歯スプラインの先端部に係合するまでの時間の最小値と最大値の間に、前記切換スリーブの回転速度と前記出力側回転部材又は入力側回転部材の差が0になるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式動力伝達装置。
- 前記切換スリーブの内歯スプラインの両端部に形成されるチャンファが回転方向の後側に同チャンファの大部分を占める斜面を有し、前記入力側回転部材及び出力側回転部材の各外歯スプラインの前記切換スリーブ側となる各端部に形成されるチャンファが回転方向の前側に同チャンファの大部分を占める斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式動力伝達装置。
