Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド式動力装置は、入力軸10と出力軸11を備えた変速機30と、入力軸を駆動する内燃機関14と、切換機構20を介して入力軸または出力軸に選択的に連結される回転電機13を備え、切換機構の回転電機側回転部材21は、同軸的に設けられた入力側及び出力側回転部材24,25に選択的に切り換え連結され、それぞれ回転電機と入力軸と出力軸に連結されている。入力側及び出力側回転部材に対する回転電機側回転部材の同期は、後者の回転速度Nmが前者の各回転速度Ni,Noよりもそれぞれ所定の差分Δi,Δoだけ速い目標回転速度Ndi,Ndoとなるように回転電機の回転速度を制御することにより行う。

前記係合を円滑に行うために事前になされる前記スリーブと前記入力側回転部材または出力側回転部材との間の同期は、前記回転電機側回転部材の回転速度が前記入力側または出力側回転部材の各回転速度よりもそれぞれ所定の差分だけ速い目標回転速度となるように前記回転電機の回転速度を制御することにより行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法において、前記差分は、前記同期の終了後に摩擦抵抗により次第に低下する前記回転電機側回転部材の回転速度が、前記スリーブと前記入力側または出力側回転部材との間の同期の終了時点から前記スリーブと前記入力側または出力側回転部材が係合を開始する時点までの時間の最小値と最大値の間において、前記入力側または出力側回転部材の各回転速度よりも低くなるように設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法において、
前記入力側回転部材は前記入力軸に同軸的に固定され、
前記回転電機側及び出力側回転部材は前記入力側回転部材の軸線方向両側において前記入力軸に同軸的に回転自在に支持され、
前記スリーブは前記回転電機側回転部材に軸線方向摺動自在にスプライン係合され、
前記スリーブの内周には同スリーブが軸線方向各方向にシフトされれば前記入力側及び出力側回転部材の外周にそれぞれ形成された各外歯スプラインと選択的に係合されるとともに軸線方向中央の中立位置ではその何れのスプラインとも係合されない内歯スプラインが形成され、
前記出力側回転部材に同軸的に固定された駆動歯車が従動歯車を介して前記出力軸に連結されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法において、
前記スリーブの内歯スプラインの両端部に形成されるチャンファは前記内歯スプラインの回転方向で後側に同チャンファの少なくとも大部分を占める大きな斜面を有するものとし、
前記入力側及び出力側回転部材の各外歯スプラインの前記スリーブ側となる各端部に形成されるチャンファは前記各外歯スプラインの回転方向で前側に同チャンファの少なくとも大部分を占める大きな斜面を有するものとしたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式動力装置における回転電機切換方法。
