Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及对准系统的技术,更具体地涉及弹性平衡对准保持系统,再更具体地涉及用于挠性组件的弹性平衡对准保持系统,再更具体地涉及用于其上并有对准保持系统的电线束的弹性平衡对准保持系统。
背景技术
目前,部件尤其是车辆部件例如那些在机动车上见到的,它们要在制造过程中配合在一起,通过对准特征件相对于彼此互相对准,这些对准特征件是尺寸过大的和/或尺寸过小的以提供空间使这些部件相对于彼此自由移动从而定位它们,而不在它们之间形成会阻碍制造工艺的干涉。一个例子包括双向和/或四向凸对准特征件,通常是直立的凸台,它们装入相应的凹对准特征件中,通常是孔或槽形式的开口。在凸对准特征件和它们相应的凹对准特征件之间有间隙,该间隙预设成匹配由制造(或构造)差异引起的凸、凹对准特征件的预期大小和位置变化公差。因此,在具有前述对准特征件的配合的第一和第二部件之间能够出现相当大的位置变化,这促成了它们对准时不理想的大的变化的存在,具体地涉及它们之间的空隙和间距。在这些未对准部件也是另一组件的一部分的情形中,这样的未对准还能影响整个组件的功能和/或美学外观。不管这样的未对准是限于两个部件还是整个组件,它都能负面地影响功能并且导致劣质的感觉。

在一个实施例中,并且现在参照图2,EDAR元件104是类似于图1所绘中空管104.1的中空管104A,但有多个定位脊110.1、110.2、110.3(一体用附图标记110表示,并且替代地称作肋),这些定位脊沿着纵向轴线106.1以不连续间隔限定中空管104A的外圆周112。这多个定位脊110相对于纵向轴线106.1沿径向向外延伸,并且都布置在垂直于纵向轴线106.1的分离平面中。

在一个实施例中,并且现在参照图5,EDAR元件104是类似于图1所绘中空管104.4的中空管104B,但是有小叶截面并且具有多个定位凹口120.1、120.2、120.3、120.4、122.1、122.2、122.3、122.4(一起用附图标记数字120、122表示)(定位凹口120.4和122.4在图5的视图中被遮挡了),沿着中空管104B的纵向轴线106.4把中空管104B的外圆周124的一部分切成以不连续间隔布置的四个一组。 在一个实施例中,小叶中空管104B的截面是相对于纵向轴向106.4的四小叶(quad-lobular),具有四个凸角126.1、126.2、126.3、126.4,定位凹口120、122切入每个凸角的外顶,每组的四个定位凹口120、122布置在垂直于纵向轴线106.4的分离平面中。
图6的装配前状态描绘小叶中空管104B刚好在与支撑结构部分202.4的圆形对准孔204.4接合之前。如所绘,每个凸角126.1、126.2、126.3、126.4都由过盈尺寸255具有与圆形对准孔204.4的直径210.4的有目的的过盈条件。 在一个实施例中,对于每个凸角126.1、126.2、126.3、126.4,过盈尺寸255可以是相同的,或者可以是不同的,由此替代地提供四个不同的过盈尺寸。 图6用短划虚线描绘支撑结构部分202.4的配合侧208.4(看图5)的倒角206.4,具有等于或大于小叶中空管104B的最大外尺寸的直径,表明,在凸角刚开始插入以及压缩期间,倒角206.4为凸角提供在特征件中的引导。
图7的部分装配状态描绘小叶中空管104B部分地接合圆形对准孔204.4。如所绘,小叶中空管104B有目的地且弹性地变形以补偿过盈255(看图6)从而允许小叶中空管104B组装到圆形对准孔204.4中,在小叶中空管104B的外圆周与圆形对准孔204.4的直径210.4之间有间隙260。在一个实施例中,间隙260≥0英寸。替代地,小叶中空管104B的壁可以配置成朝着中空管104B的纵向轴线106.4向内变形。
图8的装配后状态描绘小叶中空管104B与圆形对准孔204.4的完全接合位置。如所绘,小叶中空管104B朝着其初始形状弹性地松驰,只有些许变形保留以提供过盈配合,当槽状定位凹口120.1、120.2、120.3、120.4接合圆形对准孔204.4的边缘时。在一个实施例中,每个槽状定位特征件120.1、120.2、120.3、120.4的宽度150都稍大于支撑结构部分202.4(看图5)的厚度265,由此允许槽状定位特征件120.1、120.2、120.3、120.4的边缘与圆形对准孔204.4之间的搭扣式接合,同时归因于前述的过盈配合仍然提供牢固接合。
正如前面提到的那样,在一些实施例中,第一部件100可以具有一个以上的EDAR元件104,第二部件200可以具有一个以上的相应AR特征件204,取决于特定实施例的需求,在此,这多个EDAR元件104以与这多个AR特征件204的几何分布协调的关系进行几何分布,因此每个EDAR元件104可接收到各个AR特征件204中,如图1所示。
从所有公开、解释、描述和作为引用并入本文的角度来看,将意识到,本发明的范围不限于仅仅使用本文公开的EDAR元件104和相应的AR特征件204,而是涵盖使用连同其它弹性平衡对准特征件,凸或凹的,一起使用的EDAR元件104和相应的AR特征件204。例如,树型紧固件可以与本文公开的任何EDAR元件104、104A、104B一起采用。
从前面所述来看,并且现在参照图9,将意识到,本发明的实施例还包括车辆40,其具有带弹性平衡对准系统10的主体42,该弹性平衡对准系统10如本文所公开的与主体42一体布置。在图9的实施例中,弹性平衡对准系统10被描绘成电线束102连接到主体42的一部分,主体42提供弹性平衡对准系统10的支撑结构202。然而,构思的是,本文所公开的弹性平衡对准系统10可以与车辆40的其它特征件一起利用,例如,内部装饰板,在此,第一部件100形成车辆40的第一部分,第二部件200形成车辆40的第二部分,尤其是,第一部件100是挠性部件或组件。
当第一部件100和第二部件200是车辆的部件时,得到有利的组件,因为保持力连同已使这些部件以按压接触的对准特征件的弹性变形一起降低了部件在彼此上振动或格格响的趋势,并由此改善部件和安装了这些部件的车辆的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)特性。EDAR元件104和AR特征件204的选择性接合还在第一和第二部件彼此相互匹配时提供第一部件100与第二部件200的强化组装,包括强于由单独使用对准特征件所获得的刚性,因为,例如,第一部件与第二部件之间的保持力增强了组件的刚性。

Claims (20)
1.一种弹性平衡对准保持系统,包括:
第一部件,其包括第一对准构件和相对于该第一对准构件不动布置的可弹性变形对准保持元件,该第一对准构件包括电线束,该可弹性变形对准保持元件包括中空管;
第二部件,其包括第二对准构件和相对于第二对准构件不动布置的对准保持特征件,该第二对准构件包括用于电线束的支托,该对准保持特征件包括孔;
其中,该可弹性变形对准保持元件配置且布置成过盈地、可变形地且匹配地接合该对准保持特征件;并且
其中,当被插入该对准保持特征件时,该可弹性变形对准保持元件的部分弹性变形成弹性平衡最终构形,其在六个平面正交方向中的至少两个方向上相对于第二部件对准且保持第一部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该第一部件包括一个以上的可弹性变形对准保持元件,并且,该第二部件包括一个以上的对准保持特征件,这一个以上的可弹性变形对准保持元件相对于这一个以上的对准保持特征件的相应一个进行几何分布,从而使得这一个以上的可弹性变形对准保持元件的相应一个的可弹性变形对准保持元件的部分在与这一个以上的对准保持特征件的相应一个接合时弹性变形成弹性平衡最终构形,进一步地在六个平面正交方向中的至少两个方向上相对于第二部件对准且保持第一部件。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,可弹性变形对准保持元件是第一可弹性变形对准保持元件,所述对准保持特征件是第一对准保持特征件,并且进一步地,其中:
该第一部件进一步地包括相对于第一对准构件不动布置的第二可弹性变形对准保持元件;
第二部件进一步地包括相对于第二对准构件不动布置的第二对准保持特征件;
第二可弹性变形对准保持元件配置且布置成过盈地、可变形地且匹配地接合第二对准保持特征件;并且
当被插入该第二对准保持特征件时,该第二可弹性变形对准保持元件的部分弹性变形成弹性平衡最终构形,其进一步地在六个平面正交方向中的至少两个相对于第二部件对准且保持第一部件。
4.如权利要求3所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
第一可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管具有定向在第一方向的纵向轴线;
第二可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管具有定向在第二方向的纵向轴线;并且
第二方向不平行于第一方向。
5.如权利要求3所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
第一可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管具有定向在第一方向的纵向轴线;
第二可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管具有定向在第二方向的纵向轴线;并且
第二方向不垂直于第一方向。
6.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该电线束包括挠性管。
7.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该电线束包括用带子包在一起的电线捆。
8.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该电线束包括模制外壳。
9.如权利要求8所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该模制外壳具有半刚性预定形状。
10.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,进一步地包括:
夹子,其包括配置成夹在电线束上的连接部分和从该连接部分伸出的至少一个臂,可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管相对于该至少一个臂不动布置。
11.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管包括纵向轴线、外圆周和沿着该纵向轴线以不连续间隔限定该外圆周的多个定位脊。
12.如权利要求11所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该多个定位脊相对于该纵向轴线沿径向向外延伸。
13.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
可弹性变形对准保持元件的中空管包括纵向轴线、外圆周和切入该外圆周的至少一部分的至少一个定位凹口。
14.如权利要求13所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该至少一个定位凹口包括沿着该纵向轴线以不连续间隔切入该外圆周的至少一部分的多个定位凹口。
15.如权利要求13所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该中空管具有相对于该纵向轴线的四小叶截面;并且
该至少一个定位凹口切入至少一个凸角的外顶。
16.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该中空管具有纵向轴线和相对于该纵向轴线的圆截面。
17.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该对准保持特征件的孔包括圆孔。
18.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该对准保持特征件的孔包括槽孔。
19.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中,该第二部件由金属制成。
20.如权利要求1所述的弹性平衡对准保持系统,其中:
该第一部件包括车辆的第一部分;并且
该第二部件包括车辆的第二部分。
